O novoj taktici Rusije, otporu Ukrajinaca, ali i budućnosti pregovora Zelenskog i Putina, za RTL je govorio bivši ministar obrane i vojni analitičar Ante Kotromanović.

Komentirajući 27. dan ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, Kotromanović je kazao da je Ukrajina u ovoj fazi rata moralni pobjednik.

"Uspjeli su sačuvati velike gradove izuzev jednoga koji je pao, doduše nekolicina se nalazi u okruženju ili poluokruženju, ali su uspjeli zaustaviti neprijatelja na uvjetnoj distanci. Uspjeli su dobro u propagandom ratu. Svi mediji su puni različitih filmova, Zelenski je zvijezda, puni su mediji tih filmića. Uspjeli su sačuvati strukturu vlasti. Uspjeli su sačuvati vlastitu vojsku koja se fenomenalno brani, imaju jasnu liniju zapovijedanja s vrha do same dubine", kazao je Kotromanović. 

Komentirao je tvrdnju da je 99 posto zapadnih medija protiv Rusije, te dodao da je istina da smo skloni podcjenjivanju onoga što dolazi iz Rusije.

"Pristrani smo i gledamo sa simpatijama na ukrajinsku obranu što je razumljivo jer jači napada slabije, ali rusku armiju ne treba podcjenjivati. Nisu uspjeli u blitzkriegu, ali su drugačije ušli u drugu fazu. Puno štede ljude, ne guraju ih u prvi plan zbog gubitaka, uzeli su velik dio teritorija. Nisu uspjeli uzeti velike gradove, ali idu polako, sistematično tuku prvu crtu, slamaju otpor neprijatelja i nastupaju 2-4-5 kilometara. Idu korak po korak, a ono što se da iščitati od ruskog vojnog vodstva, osjeća se doza nezadovoljstva. Šojgua nema nigdje, ali smatraju da rade dobar posao i da će završiti ono što je njihova nakana, iako ne znamo prave namjere", kazao je. 

Komentirajući logističke probleme na terenu, Kotromanović je kazao da je logistička operacija složena te ju nije lako organizirati, pogotovo za Ruse. 

"Dobavni centri su im dugački, ne dvojim da ruska vojska ima ozbiljene generalne u logistici koji znaju planirati operaciju. Što se tiče rata, ne vidi se nedostatak streljiva. Vidjeli smo u prvoj fazi nedostatak goriva, ali su se uigrali i djeluju skladnije", kazao je Kotromanović. 

Kazao je i da će Rusi u Ukrajini iskoristiti sve što imaju u arsenalu.

"Vidjeli smo hipersonične rakete dugog dometa, brze su, idu više d 6 macha, mogu se lansirati s MIG-a 31 koji je možda i najbrži borbeni lovac na svijetu. To im je dobra prilika da istestiraju sva oružja iako to ne može biti odlučujuća stvar koja će definirati rat. Nemaju dovoljno raketa u zalihama da bi mogli na desetine projektila poslati na ciljeve, tvornice oružja, vojne poligone. Mislim da nemaju dovoljno komponenata za određeni sustav naoružanja da bi to mogli gurati na front", kazao je Kotromanović.

Na pitanje koliko još dugo Mariupolj može izdržati, Kotromanović je kazao da je to interesantno pitanje.

"Ne znamo koliko ljudi brani Mariupolj ni koliko imaju sredstva za obranu. Po meni je pitanje dana kada će on pasti, ne može se održavati dugo. Zatvoren je sa svih strana. Drugo pitanje koje treba otvoriti je da li je u interesu Putinu da Mariupolj brzo padne. On može biti primjer za ostale gradove i poruka 'budete li se igrali s nama, imat ćete ovakvu igru do kraja sezone'", kazao je. 

Kotromanović je kazao i da ne zna kako bi ukrajinska vojska pobijedila u ovom ratu. 

"Oni su do sada napravili puno, skloni smo podcjenjivanju ruskih sustava, planiranja, ali dugoročno, Ukrajina je izgubila veliki dio teritorija, u idućih 10 do 15 dana će izgubiti još teritorija. Ono što mislim da je jasnije definirano u glavama ruskog vodstva, to je izaći do rijeke Dnjipro i prepustiti Ukrajini zapadni dio. Zašto se Ukrajina ne može smatrati pravim pobjednikom, jer nemaju dovoljno snaga da oslobode zemlju i izbace ruske vojnike van granica. Ovo što sada rade je fenomenalno, ovo što će se desiti u 10-15 dana vidjet ćemo, ali ruska vojska neće stati. Udaraju žestoko, uvukli su dio Čečenaca i Sirijaca, raspodijelili su ih na različitim frontovima, bit će zanimljivo pratiti razvoj događaja u idućih nekoliko dana", kazao je.

Osvrnuo se i na Putinovo odbijanje sastanaka sa Zelenskim i komentirao želi li ga Putin time poniziti.

"Smatra ga sebi nedoraslim frajerom, 'ja sam puno ozbiljniji, iskusniji stariji, a ti si komičar', vjerojatno je to jedan od razloga. Siguran sam da Putin čeka bolje rezultate na terenu. Svega 200 tisuća vojnika terorizira 40 milijuna ljudi u Ukrajini i da će morati iscrpiti rezervne snage ili ubaciti u borbu još 200 tisuća vojnika ako misli održati tempo napada i dugotrajni rat", kazao je za RTL

"Uspjeli su sačuvati velike gradove izuzev jednoga koji je pao, doduše nekolicina se nalazi u okruženju ili poluokruženju, ali su uspjeli zaustaviti neprijatelja na uvjetnoj distanci. Uspjeli su dobro u propagandom ratu. Svi mediji su puni različitih filmova, Zelenski je zvijezda, puni su mediji tih filmića. Uspjeli su sačuvati strukturu vlasti. Uspjeli su sačuvati vlastitu vojsku koja se fenomenalno brani, imaju jasnu liniju zapovijedanja s vrha do same dubine", kazao je Kotromanović. 

Komentirao je tvrdnju da je 99 posto zapadnih medija protiv Rusije, te dodao da je istina da smo skloni podcjenjivanju onoga što dolazi iz Rusije.

"Pristrani smo i gledamo sa simpatijama na ukrajinsku obranu što je razumljivo jer jači napada slabije, ali rusku armiju ne treba podcjenjivati. Nisu uspjeli u blitzkriegu, ali su drugačije ušli u drugu fazu. Puno štede ljude, ne guraju ih u prvi plan zbog gubitaka, uzeli su velik dio teritorija. Nisu uspjeli uzeti velike gradove, ali idu polako, sistematično tuku prvu crtu, slamaju otpor neprijatelja i nastupaju 2-4-5 kilometara. Idu korak po korak, a ono što se da iščitati od ruskog vojnog vodstva, osjeća se doza nezadovoljstva. Šojgua nema nigdje, ali smatraju da rade dobar posao i da će završiti ono što je njihova nakana, iako ne znamo prave namjere", kazao je. 

Komentirajući logističke probleme na terenu, Kotromanović je kazao da je logistička operacija složena te ju nije lako organizirati, pogotovo za Ruse. 

"Dobavni centri su im dugački, ne dvojim da ruska vojska ima ozbiljene generalne u logistici koji znaju planirati operaciju. Što se tiče rata, ne vidi se nedostatak streljiva. Vidjeli smo u prvoj fazi nedostatak goriva, ali su se uigrali i djeluju skladnije", kazao je Kotromanović. 

Kazao je i da će Rusi u Ukrajini iskoristiti sve što imaju u arsenalu.

"Vidjeli smo hipersonične rakete dugog dometa, brze su, idu više d 6 macha, mogu se lansirati s MIG-a 31 koji je možda i najbrži borbeni lovac na svijetu. To im je dobra prilika da istestiraju sva oružja iako to ne može biti odlučujuća stvar koja će definirati rat. Nemaju dovoljno raketa u zalihama da bi mogli na desetine projektila poslati na ciljeve, tvornice oružja, vojne poligone. Mislim da nemaju dovoljno komponenata za određeni sustav naoružanja da bi to mogli gurati na front", kazao je Kotromanović.

Na pitanje koliko još dugo Mariupolj može izdržati, Kotromanović je kazao da je to interesantno pitanje.

"Ne znamo koliko ljudi brani Mariupolj ni koliko imaju sredstva za obranu. Po meni je pitanje dana kada će on pasti, ne može se održavati dugo. Zatvoren je sa svih strana. Drugo pitanje koje treba otvoriti je da li je u interesu Putinu da Mariupolj brzo padne. On može biti primjer za ostale gradove i poruka 'budete li se igrali s nama, imat ćete ovakvu igru do kraja sezone'", kazao je. 

Kotromanović je kazao i da ne zna kako bi ukrajinska vojska pobijedila u ovom ratu. 

"Oni su do sada napravili puno, skloni smo podcjenjivanju ruskih sustava, planiranja, ali dugoročno, Ukrajina je izgubila veliki dio teritorija, u idućih 10 do 15 dana će izgubiti još teritorija. Ono što mislim da je jasnije definirano u glavama ruskog vodstva, to je izaći do rijeke Dnjipro i prepustiti Ukrajini zapadni dio. Zašto se Ukrajina ne može smatrati pravim pobjednikom, jer nemaju dovoljno snaga da oslobode zemlju i izbace ruske vojnike van granica. Ovo što sada rade je fenomenalno, ovo što će se desiti u 10-15 dana vidjet ćemo, ali ruska vojska neće stati. Udaraju žestoko, uvukli su dio Čečenaca i Sirijaca, raspodijelili su ih na različitim frontovima, bit će zanimljivo pratiti razvoj događaja u idućih nekoliko dana", kazao je.

Osvrnuo se i na Putinovo odbijanje sastanaka sa Zelenskim i komentirao želi li ga Putin time poniziti.

"Smatra ga sebi nedoraslim frajerom, 'ja sam puno ozbiljniji, iskusniji stariji, a ti si komičar', vjerojatno je to jedan od razloga. Siguran sam da Putin čeka bolje rezultate na terenu. Svega 200 tisuća vojnika terorizira 40 milijuna ljudi u Ukrajini i da će morati iscrpiti rezervne snage ili ubaciti u borbu još 200 tisuća vojnika ako misli održati tempo napada i dugotrajni rat", kazao je za RTL

O novoj taktici Rusije, otporu Ukrajinaca, ali i budućnosti pregovora Zelenskog i Putina, za RTL je govorio bivši ministar obrane i vojni analitičar Ante Kotromanović.

Komentirajući 27. dan ruske invazije na Ukrajinu, Kotromanović je kazao da je Ukrajina u ovoj fazi rata moralni pobjednik.
