Kina je zabranila mlađima od 18 godina da igraju videoigre više od tri sata tjedno, što je stroga društvena intervencija za koju je rečeno da je potrebna kako bi se prekinula sve veća ovisnost o onome što je nekad opisivala kao "duhovni opijum".

Nova pravila, objavljena u ponedjeljak, dio su velikog pomaka Pekinga da ojača kontrolu nad društvom i ključnim sektorima svoga gospodarstva, uključujući tehnologiju, obrazovanje i imovinu, nakon godina smanjenoga rasta, piše Reuters.

Ograničenja, koja se primjenjuju na sve uređaje, uključujući i pametne telefone, udar su kineskih tijela globalnoj industriji igara koja opslužuje desetke milijuna mladih igrača na najunosnijem svjetskom tržištu.

Ograničavaju mlađe od 18 godina na igranje jedan sat dnevno - od 20 sati do 21 sat - samo petkom, subotom i nedjeljom, navodi državna novinska agencija Xinhua. Također se može igrati sat vremena, u isto vrijeme, na državne praznike.

Pravila regulatora Nacionalne uprave za tisak i objavljivanje podudaraju se sa širim suzbijanjem Pekinga protiv kineskih tehnoloških divova, poput Alibaba grupe i Tencent Holdings.

Kampanja za sprečavanje onoga što su državni mediji opisali kao "divljački rast" nekih tvrtki izbrisala je desetke milijardi dolara s dionica kojima se trguje u zemlji i inozemstvu.

"Tinejdžeri su budućnost naše domovine", citirala je Xinhua izjavu neimenovanog glasnogovornika NPPA -e. "Zaštita fizičkog i mentalnog zdravlja maloljetnika povezana je s vitalnim interesima ljudi, a odnosi se na odgoj mlađe generacije u doba nacionalnog pomlađivanja."

Pod nadzorom su i tvrtke za igre na sreću

Tvrtkama za igre na sreću bit će zabranjeno pružanje usluga maloljetnicima u bilo kojem obliku izvan predviđenog radnog vremena i moraju jamčiti da su postavili sustave za provjeru pravog imena, rekao je regulator koji nadzire tržište videoigara u zemlji.

Ranije je Kina ograničavala vrijeme koje su mlađi od 18 godina mogli igrati videoigre na 1,5 sat radni dan i tri sata na praznike, prema pravilima iz 2019.

Nova pravila brzo su postala jedna od tema o kojima se najviše raspravljalo na Weibu, kineskom odgovoru na Twitter. Neki su korisnici izrazili podršku mjerama, dok su drugi rekli da su iznenađeni koliko su pravila drastična, piše Reuters.

"Ovo je toliko žestoko da sam potpuno bez riječi", glasio je jedan komentar.

Drugi su izrazili sumnju da bi se ograničenja mogla provesti. "Oni će samo koristiti podatke svojih roditelja, kako to mogu kontrolirati?" upitao se jedan.

Kinesko tržište igara ostvarit će procijenjenih 45,6 milijardi dolara prihoda 2021. godine, ispred Sjedinjenih Država, prema analitičkoj tvrtki Newzoo.

Najavljene kineske mjere već su se odrazile na burzama.

Dionice tehnološke investicijske tvrtke Prosus (PRX.AS), koja kotira na Amsterdamskoj burzi, koja ima 29 posto udjela u kineskoj grupi društvenih medija i videoigara Tencent, pale su 1,45 posto, dok su europske dionice online video igara Ubisoft (UBIP.PA) i Embracer Grupa (EMBRACb.ST) pale za preko 2 posto.

Dionice kineskih gaming dionica pale su u trgovanju prije tržišta u Sjedinjenim Državama, pri čemu je NetEase pao za više od 6 posto, a izdavač mobilnih igara Bilibili za 3posto.

Oko 62,5 posto maloljetnih Kineza često igra na mreži, a 13,2 posto maloljetnih korisnika mobilnih igara igra više od dva sata dnevno radnim danima, javljaju državni mediji.

Igre su posljednjih tjedana bile na tapetu jer su državni mediji kritizirali ovisnost o igrama među mladima, signalizirajući regulatorne mjere.

Državni mediji opisali su online igre kao "duhovni opijum", citirajući Tencentovu "Čast kraljeva" u članku koji je pozvao na  obuzdavanje te industrije, pobijajući udjele u najvećoj svjetskoj tvrtki za igre na sreću po prihodu.

Tencent je kasnije najavio nove mjere za smanjenje vremena i novca koji djeca troše na igre. Predsjednik je također rekao da radi s regulatorima na istraživanju načina na koji bi se ukupno vrijeme maloljetnika provedeno na igrama moglo ograničiti na sve naslove u industriji.

Regulator NPPA rekao je za Xinhua da će povećati učestalost i intenzitet inspekcija za tvrtke za online igre na sreću kako bi se osiguralo da postavljaju vremenska ograničenja i sustave protiv ovisnosti.

Također je rečeno da su roditelji i učitelji imali ključnu ulogu u suzbijanju ovisnosti o igrama, piše Reuters.

Kina je zabranila mlađima od 18 godina da igraju videoigre više od tri sata tjedno, što je stroga društvena intervencija za koju je rečeno da je potrebna kako bi se prekinula sve veća ovisnost o onome što je nekad opisivala kao "duhovni opijum".

Nova pravila, objavljena u ponedjeljak, dio su velikog pomaka Pekinga da ojača kontrolu nad društvom i ključnim sektorima svoga gospodarstva, uključujući tehnologiju, obrazovanje i imovinu, nakon godina smanjenoga rasta, piše Reuters.

Ograničenja, koja se primjenjuju na sve uređaje, uključujući i pametne telefone, udar su kineskih tijela globalnoj industriji igara koja opslužuje desetke milijuna mladih igrača na najunosnijem svjetskom tržištu.

Ograničavaju mlađe od 18 godina na igranje jedan sat dnevno - od 20 sati do 21 sat - samo petkom, subotom i nedjeljom, navodi državna novinska agencija Xinhua. Također se može igrati sat vremena, u isto vrijeme, na državne praznike.

Pravila regulatora Nacionalne uprave za tisak i objavljivanje podudaraju se sa širim suzbijanjem Pekinga protiv kineskih tehnoloških divova, poput Alibaba grupe i Tencent Holdings.

Kampanja za sprečavanje onoga što su državni mediji opisali kao "divljački rast" nekih tvrtki izbrisala je desetke milijardi dolara s dionica kojima se trguje u zemlji i inozemstvu.

"Tinejdžeri su budućnost naše domovine", citirala je Xinhua izjavu neimenovanog glasnogovornika NPPA -e. "Zaštita fizičkog i mentalnog zdravlja maloljetnika povezana je s vitalnim interesima ljudi, a odnosi se na odgoj mlađe generacije u doba nacionalnog pomlađivanja."

Pod nadzorom su i tvrtke za igre na sreću

Tvrtkama za igre na sreću bit će zabranjeno pružanje usluga maloljetnicima u bilo kojem obliku izvan predviđenog radnog vremena i moraju jamčiti da su postavili sustave za provjeru pravog imena, rekao je regulator koji nadzire tržište videoigara u zemlji.

Ranije je Kina ograničavala vrijeme koje su mlađi od 18 godina mogli igrati videoigre na 1,5 sat radni dan i tri sata na praznike, prema pravilima iz 2019.

Nova pravila brzo su postala jedna od tema o kojima se najviše raspravljalo na Weibu, kineskom odgovoru na Twitter. Neki su korisnici izrazili podršku mjerama, dok su drugi rekli da su iznenađeni koliko su pravila drastična, piše Reuters.

"Ovo je toliko žestoko da sam potpuno bez riječi", glasio je jedan komentar.

Drugi su izrazili sumnju da bi se ograničenja mogla provesti. "Oni će samo koristiti podatke svojih roditelja, kako to mogu kontrolirati?" upitao se jedan.

Kinesko tržište igara ostvarit će procijenjenih 45,6 milijardi dolara prihoda 2021. godine, ispred Sjedinjenih Država, prema analitičkoj tvrtki Newzoo.

Najavljene kineske mjere već su se odrazile na burzama.

Dionice tehnološke investicijske tvrtke Prosus (PRX.AS), koja kotira na Amsterdamskoj burzi, koja ima 29 posto udjela u kineskoj grupi društvenih medija i videoigara Tencent, pale su 1,45 posto, dok su europske dionice online video igara Ubisoft (UBIP.PA) i Embracer Grupa (EMBRACb.ST) pale za preko 2 posto.

Dionice kineskih gaming dionica pale su u trgovanju prije tržišta u Sjedinjenim Državama, pri čemu je NetEase pao za više od 6 posto, a izdavač mobilnih igara Bilibili za 3posto.

Igre su posljednjih tjedana bile na tapetu jer su državni mediji kritizirali ovisnost o igrama među mladima, signalizirajući regulatorne mjere.

Državni mediji opisali su online igre kao "duhovni opijum", citirajući Tencentovu "Čast kraljeva" u članku koji je pozvao na  obuzdavanje te industrije, pobijajući udjele u najvećoj svjetskoj tvrtki za igre na sreću po prihodu.

Tencent je kasnije najavio nove mjere za smanjenje vremena i novca koji djeca troše na igre. Predsjednik je također rekao da radi s regulatorima na istraživanju načina na koji bi se ukupno vrijeme maloljetnika provedeno na igrama moglo ograničiti na sve naslove u industriji.

Regulator NPPA rekao je za Xinhua da će povećati učestalost i intenzitet inspekcija za tvrtke za online igre na sreću kako bi se osiguralo da postavljaju vremenska ograničenja i sustave protiv ovisnosti.

Također je rečeno da su roditelji i učitelji imali ključnu ulogu u suzbijanju ovisnosti o igrama, piše Reuters.
