Na temelju brojnih iskaza svjedoka, sud je zaključio da ni jedan od optuženih nije vršio pritisak na suradnike u cilju donošenja pozitivne odluke o kreditima Styrian Airlinesu i jednom privatnom detektivu, u iznosu od 2,15 milijuna eura, te da suradnici u slučaju negativne odluke ne bi bili izloženi kazni.

Nadalje, sud je utvrdio da su se službenici banke oslanjali na izvješće vještaka odnosno na procjene svojih kolega.

Predsjednik sudskog vijeća obrazložio je oslobađajuću presudu Kultereru time da on kao predsjednik uprave Hypo International u to vrijeme nije bio u mogućnosti utjecati na dodjelu kredita o kojima je odlučivao Hypo Oesterreich.

Na temelju brojnih iskaza svjedoka, sud je zaključio da ni jedan od optuženih nije vršio pritisak na suradnike u cilju donošenja pozitivne odluke o kreditima Styrian Airlinesu i jednom privatnom detektivu, u iznosu od 2,15 milijuna eura, te da suradnici u slučaju negativne odluke ne bi bili izloženi kazni.

Nadalje, sud je utvrdio da su se službenici banke oslanjali na izvješće vještaka odnosno na procjene svojih kolega.

Predsjednik sudskog vijeća obrazložio je oslobađajuću presudu Kultereru time da on kao predsjednik uprave Hypo International u to vrijeme nije bio u mogućnosti utjecati na dodjelu kredita o kojima je odlučivao Hypo Oesterreich.

Hypo banka: Kutlerer i još dvojica oslobođeni krivnje

Trojica bivših čelnika austrijske Hypo banke, Wolfgang Kulterer, Gert Xander i Albin Ruhdorfer u utorak su presudom zemaljskog suda u Klagenfurtu oslobođeni krivnje za pronevjeru pri odobravanju dvaju kredita.
