Hrvat F. L. koji nekoliko godina živi u njemačkom gradu Münchenu je prevaren za 1.800 eura i stan koji je htio unajmiti. Za Fenix magazin iznio je svoje iskustvo kako drugi ne bi doživjeli njegovu sudbinu. 

Kako im nam je sugovornik, sestrin dečko mu je poslao post u kojem je navodna K. B. napisala kako je izišla iz stana koji je za najam dostupan od 15. studenog 2023. godine.

“Ja sam stupio u kontakt s dotičnom gospođom! Rekla mi je da je stan slobodan i da je stan od ljudi koji su živjeli u Münchenu 40.godina! Da su se vratili u Srbiju da dolje drže restoran i da rade još uvijek! I pored toga da dolje imaju dva stana koja iznajmljuju! Poslala mi je broj, ja sam zvao na WhatsApp, no nitko mi se nije javio”, priča F.L. za  Fenix magazin.

Naveo je kako je opet pisao gospođi K. B.koja mu je rekla kako će ga kontaktirati gospodin po imenu Marko. Nakon nekog vremena mu se javio dotični Marko.

“Razgovarali smo o svemu, a prvenstveno o stanu koji je za najam ovdje u Münchenu! Čovjek me je oduševio skroz rekao mi je cijenu stana i sve i kao ako se nešto pokvari u stanu da on ovdje ima čovjeka Nijemca koji se zove Hans i koji je po zanimanju kućni majstor! I da ga samo nazovem i kao da će on nazvati Hansa da popravi”, detaljizira.

S navodnim vlasnikom stana je pričao o stanu i radu u Njemačkoj.

“Na kraju razgovora mi je rekao da uslikam svoju putovnicu i da mu pošaljem email kako bi mi mogao poslati ugovor o stanu na njega”, nastavlja dalje F.L.

Po dogovoru F.L. je nakon jednog dana dan kontaktirao navodnog vlasnika stana koji mu je rekao kako je njegova supruga kod javnog bilježnika, te da treba uplatiti polog od 1.800 eura.

“Ja sam ga pitao zašto da uplaćujem tolike novce, a nisam vidio ni njega, ni stan! Malo je povisio ton kao mora se polog odmah uplatiti! Da on razumije moj strah, da i njegova obitelj nailazila na prijevare tijekom života u Münchenu! Razmišljao sam što da uradim? Kako imam kratak rok da iselim iz stana o kojem sam sada! Na kraju sam pristao da ću otići i uplatiti novce traženi iznos, ali da nemam dovoljno da mi nedostaje 300 eura”, rekao je F.L.

Dodao je kako mu je navodni vlasnik stana rekao kako može 300 eura dati sljedeći tjedan kada bude s kćerkom u Münchenu.

“Pristao sam uplatiti polog i tako vozeći metrom razmišljam što napraviti. Ako ne uplatim novce možda gubim stan o kojem sanjam”, objašnjava F.L.

“Podignem na bankomatu 1.800 eura i uplatim novac na ime J.M. 1.800 eura. Kada sam to završio iziđem i fotografiram uplatnicu i pošaljem na WhatsApp gospodina Marka iz priče! Nakon toga ga zovem i javlja se gospodin, a ja mu govorim da sam uplatio cjelokupni iznos za polog stana na što on odgovara da je to super i da mu javim kada dobijem na email ugovor stana”, rekao je F.L.

Objasnio je kako nije dobio nikakav email tijekom dana, te je panično počeo zvati gospodina Marka, ali se nije javljao!

Nakon toga je kontaktirao K. B. na Messenger, koja ga je nakon nekoliko minuta blokirala.

“Shvatio sam na žalost da sam prevaren, ali već je bilo kasno moji novci su otišli, a dotična gospoda je možda negdje sjedila, trošila moje novce i slavila i smijala se”, navodi F.L. za Fenix magazin.

 Svoje iskustvo iznio je u jednoj grupi u kojoj mu se također javilo par ljudi koji su također prevareni prilikom najma stana.

Hrvat F. L. koji nekoliko godina živi u njemačkom gradu Münchenu je prevaren za 1.800 eura i stan koji je htio unajmiti. Za Fenix magazin iznio je svoje iskustvo kako drugi ne bi doživjeli njegovu sudbinu. 

Kako im nam je sugovornik, sestrin dečko mu je poslao post u kojem je navodna K. B. napisala kako je izišla iz stana koji je za najam dostupan od 15. studenog 2023. godine.

“Ja sam stupio u kontakt s dotičnom gospođom! Rekla mi je da je stan slobodan i da je stan od ljudi koji su živjeli u Münchenu 40.godina! Da su se vratili u Srbiju da dolje drže restoran i da rade još uvijek! I pored toga da dolje imaju dva stana koja iznajmljuju! Poslala mi je broj, ja sam zvao na WhatsApp, no nitko mi se nije javio”, priča F.L. za  Fenix magazin.

Naveo je kako je opet pisao gospođi K. B.koja mu je rekla kako će ga kontaktirati gospodin po imenu Marko. Nakon nekog vremena mu se javio dotični Marko.

“Razgovarali smo o svemu, a prvenstveno o stanu koji je za najam ovdje u Münchenu! Čovjek me je oduševio skroz rekao mi je cijenu stana i sve i kao ako se nešto pokvari u stanu da on ovdje ima čovjeka Nijemca koji se zove Hans i koji je po zanimanju kućni majstor! I da ga samo nazovem i kao da će on nazvati Hansa da popravi”, detaljizira.

S navodnim vlasnikom stana je pričao o stanu i radu u Njemačkoj.

“Na kraju razgovora mi je rekao da uslikam svoju putovnicu i da mu pošaljem email kako bi mi mogao poslati ugovor o stanu na njega”, nastavlja dalje F.L.

Po dogovoru F.L. je nakon jednog dana dan kontaktirao navodnog vlasnika stana koji mu je rekao kako je njegova supruga kod javnog bilježnika, te da treba uplatiti polog od 1.800 eura.

“Ja sam ga pitao zašto da uplaćujem tolike novce, a nisam vidio ni njega, ni stan! Malo je povisio ton kao mora se polog odmah uplatiti! Da on razumije moj strah, da i njegova obitelj nailazila na prijevare tijekom života u Münchenu! Razmišljao sam što da uradim? Kako imam kratak rok da iselim iz stana o kojem sam sada! Na kraju sam pristao da ću otići i uplatiti novce traženi iznos, ali da nemam dovoljno da mi nedostaje 300 eura”, rekao je F.L.

Dodao je kako mu je navodni vlasnik stana rekao kako može 300 eura dati sljedeći tjedan kada bude s kćerkom u Münchenu.

“Pristao sam uplatiti polog i tako vozeći metrom razmišljam što napraviti. Ako ne uplatim novce možda gubim stan o kojem sanjam”, objašnjava F.L.

“Podignem na bankomatu 1.800 eura i uplatim novac na ime J.M. 1.800 eura. Kada sam to završio iziđem i fotografiram uplatnicu i pošaljem na WhatsApp gospodina Marka iz priče! Nakon toga ga zovem i javlja se gospodin, a ja mu govorim da sam uplatio cjelokupni iznos za polog stana na što on odgovara da je to super i da mu javim kada dobijem na email ugovor stana”, rekao je F.L.

Objasnio je kako nije dobio nikakav email tijekom dana, te je panično počeo zvati gospodina Marka, ali se nije javljao!

Nakon toga je kontaktirao K. B. na Messenger, koja ga je nakon nekoliko minuta blokirala.

“Shvatio sam na žalost da sam prevaren, ali već je bilo kasno moji novci su otišli, a dotična gospoda je možda negdje sjedila, trošila moje novce i slavila i smijala se”, navodi F.L. za Fenix magazin.

 Svoje iskustvo iznio je u jednoj grupi u kojoj mu se također javilo par ljudi koji su također prevareni prilikom najma stana.

Hrvat F. L. koji nekoliko godina živi u njemačkom gradu Münchenu je prevaren za 1.800 eura i stan koji je htio unajmiti. Za Fenix magazin iznio je svoje iskustvo kako drugi ne bi doživjeli njegovu sudbinu. 

Kako im nam je sugovornik, sestrin dečko mu je poslao post u kojem je navodna K. B. napisala kako je izišla iz stana koji je za najam dostupan od 15. studenog 2023. godine.

“Ja sam stupio u kontakt s dotičnom gospođom! Rekla mi je da je stan slobodan i da je stan od ljudi koji su živjeli u Münchenu 40.godina! Da su se vratili u Srbiju da dolje drže restoran i da rade još uvijek! I pored toga da dolje imaju dva stana koja iznajmljuju! Poslala mi je broj, ja sam zvao na WhatsApp, no nitko mi se nije javio”, priča F.L. za  Fenix magazin.

Naveo je kako je opet pisao gospođi K. B.koja mu je rekla kako će ga kontaktirati gospodin po imenu Marko. Nakon nekog vremena mu se javio dotični Marko.

“Razgovarali smo o svemu, a prvenstveno o stanu koji je za najam ovdje u Münchenu!
