Ukrajinci su toliko dobro opremljeni naoružanjem da je samo pitanje tajminga, odnosno pravog trenutka kada će krenuti u veliku protuofenzivu.

Pa iza Ukrajine stoje 54 države koje joj pomažu kako bi se obranile od ruske agresije. Ukrajinci napreduju iz dana u dan, između ostalog i zbog toga što imaju jako puno dronova koji prvi krenu u čišćenje terena, a tek iza njih ide pješaštvo i “konjica”, kaže nam Denis Ivančić, Hrvat koji već dugi niz godina živi i radi u ukrajinskom gradu Ivano-Frankivsku.

I dok cijeli svijet, a najviše Ukrajinci iščekuju protuofenzivu, dotle su američki vojni instruktori obučavali ukrajinske vojnike s novim naoružanjem.

- Kako se priča po Ukrajini, kada se krene u protuofenzivu, prvi će cilj biti krimski most, koji je sada ponos Rusa. Prvo će njega srušiti, kako bi Rusiju i fizički odvojili od Krima. Ako je ta informacija točna, to će biti veliki udar i u moralnom smislu za Rusiju. Zamislite da im Ukrajinci sruše krimski most, pa njihov bi moral pao na najniže grane - kaže Ivančić.

Uzbune se prorijedile

I broj uzbuna u ukrajinskim gradovima je dramatično pao u posljednja dva do tri mjeseca.

- Prije smo u cijeloj Ukrajini, dnevno imali između dvije, tri, četiri uzbune, a sada ih u mjesec dana imamo dvije do tri. Rusi su prije raketirali termocentrale, gospodarske objekte..., ali od kada im Ukrajinci ruše sve ili gotovo sve rakete, Rusi više ne napadaju. Znaju da njihove rakete neće pogoditi cilj. Eto, ne tako davno, prije jedno mjesec i pol dana u napadu, u kojemu su Rusi poslali 70 raketa, njih 60 je srušila ukrajinska protuzračna obrana, a kod njih 10 je uništena navigacija pa te rakete nisu pogodile ciljeve - kaže Ivančić.

Zanimalo nas je, imaju li Ukrajinci problema s novačenjem, odnosno “odlazi li Ukrajinac rado u vojnike”?

- Nema problema s dobrovoljcima, puno ljudi želi ići u obranu svoje države. Moral im je jako visok i mislim da ovaj Ukrajini nametnuti rat ide svom kraju i naravno, pobjedi Ukrajine - ističe Denis Ivančić.

Osim što se u Ukrajini bavi farmacijom Ivančić ima i agenciju koja u Hrvatsku dovodi radnu snagu iz Ukrajine.

- Da, svake godine, pogotovo prije turističke sezone dovodim u Hrvatsku određeni broj ljudi iz Ukrajine koji žele raditi u hrvatskom turizmu.

Očekujem da ću ih ove godine, na područje cijele Hrvatske dovesti nekoliko stotina. Ukrajinci su vrlo radišni i skromni ljudi. Ove sam godine sa zapošljavanjem krenuo prije mjesec i pol dana i svakodnevno dobivam “narudžbe” za radnom snagom.

Hrvatska je za njih raj

Naši ugostitelji trebaju sve, od čistačica, pomoćnih kuhara, kuhara... Moram istaknuti da se mnogo restorana ili ostalih ugostiteljskih objekata neće ni otvoriti, jer su njihovi vlasnici kasno krenuli u “nabavku” radne snage. O tome se trebalo početi razmišljati prije dva mjeseca - kaže Ivančić.

Mnogi Ukrajinci dolaze raditi u Hrvatsku, ali i ostale mediteranske države.

- Puno autobusa s radnom snagom iz Ukrajine ide za Italiju, Španjolsku kojoj turizam počiva na radnoj snazi iz Ukrajine, i Francusku, a mnogi ostanu i u Hrvatskoj.

Plaće koje oni dobiju u Hrvatskoj zadovoljavaju njihove potrebe. Tako recimo čistačica dobije oko 700 eura, a najviše se plaće znaju kretati i do 2500 eura mjesečno, što je u Ukrajini ogroman novac. Ne smijete zaboraviti da radnici iz Ukrajine imaju plaćen smještaj i jedan, a ponekad i dva obroka ili dobiju dodatak na plaću. A i prijevoz iz Ukrajine im je besplatan, plaća ga poslodavac, odnosno onaj koji ih zapošljava. Oni samo moraju doći do Lavova iz kojeg kreću prema Hrvatskoj.

Za šest-sedam mjeseci rada u Hrvatskoj, osoba koja ima plaću 2500 eura u “mom” gradu Ivano-Frankivsku može kupiti stan od 30 kvadratnih metara. Taj stan nije novogradnja, nije u centru grada, ali je sasvim pristojan za život. I takav stan se može pronaći po cijeni od 12 do 14 tisuća američkih dolara. Prije rata cijene kvadrata su u Ivano-Frankivsku bile od 200 do 500 američkih dolara, a sada su cijene porasle - zaključuje Ivančić.

Ukrajinci su toliko dobro opremljeni naoružanjem da je samo pitanje tajminga, odnosno pravog trenutka kada će krenuti u veliku protuofenzivu.

Pa iza Ukrajine stoje 54 države koje joj pomažu kako bi se obranile od ruske agresije. Ukrajinci napreduju iz dana u dan, između ostalog i zbog toga što imaju jako puno dronova koji prvi krenu u čišćenje terena, a tek iza njih ide pješaštvo i “konjica”, kaže nam Denis Ivančić, Hrvat koji već dugi niz godina živi i radi u ukrajinskom gradu Ivano-Frankivsku.

I dok cijeli svijet, a najviše Ukrajinci iščekuju protuofenzivu, dotle su američki vojni instruktori obučavali ukrajinske vojnike s novim naoružanjem.

- Kako se priča po Ukrajini, kada se krene u protuofenzivu, prvi će cilj biti krimski most, koji je sada ponos Rusa. Prvo će njega srušiti, kako bi Rusiju i fizički odvojili od Krima. Ako je ta informacija točna, to će biti veliki udar i u moralnom smislu za Rusiju. Zamislite da im Ukrajinci sruše krimski most, pa njihov bi moral pao na najniže grane - kaže Ivančić.

Uzbune se prorijedile

I broj uzbuna u ukrajinskim gradovima je dramatično pao u posljednja dva do tri mjeseca.

- Prije smo u cijeloj Ukrajini, dnevno imali između dvije, tri, četiri uzbune, a sada ih u mjesec dana imamo dvije do tri. Rusi su prije raketirali termocentrale, gospodarske objekte..., ali od kada im Ukrajinci ruše sve ili gotovo sve rakete, Rusi više ne napadaju. Znaju da njihove rakete neće pogoditi cilj. Eto, ne tako davno, prije jedno mjesec i pol dana u napadu, u kojemu su Rusi poslali 70 raketa, njih 60 je srušila ukrajinska protuzračna obrana, a kod njih 10 je uništena navigacija pa te rakete nisu pogodile ciljeve - kaže Ivančić.

Zanimalo nas je, imaju li Ukrajinci problema s novačenjem, odnosno “odlazi li Ukrajinac rado u vojnike”?

- Nema problema s dobrovoljcima, puno ljudi želi ići u obranu svoje države. Moral im je jako visok i mislim da ovaj Ukrajini nametnuti rat ide svom kraju i naravno, pobjedi Ukrajine - ističe Denis Ivančić.

Osim što se u Ukrajini bavi farmacijom Ivančić ima i agenciju koja u Hrvatsku dovodi radnu snagu iz Ukrajine.

- Da, svake godine, pogotovo prije turističke sezone dovodim u Hrvatsku određeni broj ljudi iz Ukrajine koji žele raditi u hrvatskom turizmu.

Očekujem da ću ih ove godine, na područje cijele Hrvatske dovesti nekoliko stotina. Ukrajinci su vrlo radišni i skromni ljudi. Ove sam godine sa zapošljavanjem krenuo prije mjesec i pol dana i svakodnevno dobivam “narudžbe” za radnom snagom.

Hrvatska je za njih raj

Naši ugostitelji trebaju sve, od čistačica, pomoćnih kuhara, kuhara... Moram istaknuti da se mnogo restorana ili ostalih ugostiteljskih objekata neće ni otvoriti, jer su njihovi vlasnici kasno krenuli u “nabavku” radne snage. O tome se trebalo početi razmišljati prije dva mjeseca - kaže Ivančić.

Mnogi Ukrajinci dolaze raditi u Hrvatsku, ali i ostale mediteranske države.

- Puno autobusa s radnom snagom iz Ukrajine ide za Italiju, Španjolsku kojoj turizam počiva na radnoj snazi iz Ukrajine, i Francusku, a mnogi ostanu i u Hrvatskoj.

Plaće koje oni dobiju u Hrvatskoj zadovoljavaju njihove potrebe. Tako recimo čistačica dobije oko 700 eura, a najviše se plaće znaju kretati i do 2500 eura mjesečno, što je u Ukrajini ogroman novac. Ne smijete zaboraviti da radnici iz Ukrajine imaju plaćen smještaj i jedan, a ponekad i dva obroka ili dobiju dodatak na plaću. A i prijevoz iz Ukrajine im je besplatan, plaća ga poslodavac, odnosno onaj koji ih zapošljava. Oni samo moraju doći do Lavova iz kojeg kreću prema Hrvatskoj.

Za šest-sedam mjeseci rada u Hrvatskoj, osoba koja ima plaću 2500 eura u “mom” gradu Ivano-Frankivsku može kupiti stan od 30 kvadratnih metara. Taj stan nije novogradnja, nije u centru grada, ali je sasvim pristojan za život. I takav stan se može pronaći po cijeni od 12 do 14 tisuća američkih dolara. Prije rata cijene kvadrata su u Ivano-Frankivsku bile od 200 do 500 američkih dolara, a sada su cijene porasle - zaključuje Ivančić.
