Politička zvijezda u usponu, republikanski zastupnik Matt Gaetz, koji je inače jedan od najvećih političkih saveznika Donalda Trumpa i pripadnik novog vala republikanaca na krajnjoj desnici, održao je jučer gnjusan šovinistički i seksistički govor o ženama i njihovom pravu na pobačaj.

Govoreći na konferenciji konzervativaca na Floridi, ustvrdio je kako se za pravo na pobačaj uglavnom zalažu niske, debele žene, kojima pobačaj i onako neće nikad trebati jer ih nitko ne želi.

“To su neke žene od metar i 10, sa 150 kilograma, koje se bore za pobačaj. Ako si ružna i mala poput palca, neće ti trebati pobačaj. Vas nitko neće napumpati”, odvratno je zaključio Gaetz.

"Jeste li gledali ove skupove za pobačaj i ubojstva?" upitao je okupljene na Turning Point USA Student Action Summitu u Tampi pa nastavio:

 “Ti ljudi su jednostavno odurni iznutra i izvana. Zašto se žene s najmanjom vjerojatnošću da će ostati trudne zalažu za pobačaj? – upitao je te konstatirao cerekajući se kako bi onima što prosvjeduju bilo pametnije da dnevno marširaju sat vremena  i zamahuju rukama da pokrenu cirkulaciju ili da miješaju salatu.

Gaetz se inače, nalazi pod optužbama da je spavao sa 17-godišnjom maloljetnicom, koja je bila uključena u lanac prostitucije. Prema navodima nekoliko svjedoka, političar je često plaćao seks s maloljetnicama, što on negira kao i optužbe da uživa kokain.

Demokratska zastupnica Erin Zwiener odgovorila mu je na Twitteru: 

„Mnogi muškarci koji su odlučni ženama oduzeti izbor vide nas upravo na taj način, kao ukrase koji imaju vrijednost samo ako ih privlačimo. Gaetz, nije nas briga je li misliš da smo zgodne. U svakom slučaju, zaslužujemo same donositi odluke o svojoj budućnosti!“

Gaetz je tražio pomilovanje od bivšeg predsjednika Donalda Trumpa u posljednjim tjednima njegove administracije, no nije u tome uspio. Prvi put je izabran u američki Kongres 2016., a u svojim memoarima hvalio se da ga je Trump smatrao svojim "ratnikom".

Novinari New York Timesa dobili su na uvid i račune s isplatama ženama iz CashAppa i Apple Paya, a Washington Post je pisao kako je Gaetz kolegama u Zastupničkom domu često pokazivao slike golih žena na svom telefonu. Također se hvalio pristupom ženama koji mu je omogućio Greenberg. Gaetz negira sve navode i tvrdi da su politički motivirani i da je istraga Ministarstva pravosuđa zapravo povezana s pokušajem da bivši vladin dužnosnik, tužitelj Ministarstva pravosuđa David McGea, iznudi od njegove obitelji čak 25 milijuna dolara. McGee je takve prozivke odbacio. 

Američki mediji su pisali kako su Gaetz i njegova ekipa s Floride igrali igru u kojoj su muškarci dobivali bodove za spavanje sa ženama. Spavanje s oženjenim ženama, djevicama ili određenim zastupnicama donosilo je više bodova.

Politička zvijezda u usponu, republikanski zastupnik Matt Gaetz, koji je inače jedan od najvećih političkih saveznika Donalda Trumpa i pripadnik novog vala republikanaca na krajnjoj desnici, održao je jučer gnjusan šovinistički i seksistički govor o ženama i njihovom pravu na pobačaj.

Govoreći na konferenciji konzervativaca na Floridi, ustvrdio je kako se za pravo na pobačaj uglavnom zalažu niske, debele žene, kojima pobačaj i onako neće nikad trebati jer ih nitko ne želi.

“To su neke žene od metar i 10, sa 150 kilograma, koje se bore za pobačaj. Ako si ružna i mala poput palca, neće ti trebati pobačaj. Vas nitko neće napumpati”, odvratno je zaključio Gaetz.

 “Ti ljudi su jednostavno odurni iznutra i izvana. Zašto se žene s najmanjom vjerojatnošću da će ostati trudne zalažu za pobačaj? – upitao je te konstatirao cerekajući se kako bi onima što prosvjeduju bilo pametnije da dnevno marširaju sat vremena  i zamahuju rukama da pokrenu cirkulaciju ili da miješaju salatu.

Gaetz se inače, nalazi pod optužbama da je spavao sa 17-godišnjom maloljetnicom, koja je bila uključena u lanac prostitucije. Prema navodima nekoliko svjedoka, političar je često plaćao seks s maloljetnicama, što on negira kao i optužbe da uživa kokain.

Demokratska zastupnica Erin Zwiener odgovorila mu je na Twitteru: 

„Mnogi muškarci koji su odlučni ženama oduzeti izbor vide nas upravo na taj način, kao ukrase koji imaju vrijednost samo ako ih privlačimo. Gaetz, nije nas briga je li misliš da smo zgodne. U svakom slučaju, zaslužujemo same donositi odluke o svojoj budućnosti!“

Gaetz je tražio pomilovanje od bivšeg predsjednika Donalda Trumpa u posljednjim tjednima njegove administracije, no nije u tome uspio. Prvi put je izabran u američki Kongres 2016., a u svojim memoarima hvalio se da ga je Trump smatrao svojim "ratnikom".

Novinari New York Timesa dobili su na uvid i račune s isplatama ženama iz CashAppa i Apple Paya, a Washington Post je pisao kako je Gaetz kolegama u Zastupničkom domu često pokazivao slike golih žena na svom telefonu. Također se hvalio pristupom ženama koji mu je omogućio Greenberg. Gaetz negira sve navode i tvrdi da su politički motivirani i da je istraga Ministarstva pravosuđa zapravo povezana s pokušajem da bivši vladin dužnosnik, tužitelj Ministarstva pravosuđa David McGea, iznudi od njegove obitelji čak 25 milijuna dolara. McGee je takve prozivke odbacio. 

Američki mediji su pisali kako su Gaetz i njegova ekipa s Floride igrali igru u kojoj su muškarci dobivali bodove za spavanje sa ženama. Spavanje s oženjenim ženama, djevicama ili određenim zastupnicama donosilo je više bodova.

Politička zvijezda u usponu, republikanski zastupnik Matt Gaetz, koji je inače jedan od najvećih političkih saveznika Donalda Trumpa i pripadnik novog vala republikanaca na krajnjoj desnici, održao je jučer gnjusan šovinistički i seksistički govor o ženama i njihovom pravu na pobačaj.

Govoreći na konferenciji konzervativaca na Floridi, ustvrdio je kako se za pravo na pobačaj uglavnom zalažu niske, debele žene, kojima pobačaj i onako neće nikad trebati jer ih nitko ne želi.

“To su neke žene od metar i 10, sa 150 kilograma, koje se bore za pobačaj. Ako si ružna i mala poput palca, neće ti trebati pobačaj. Vas nitko neće napumpati”, odvratno je zaključio Gaetz.
