Njemačke će elektroenergetske kompanije, zbog najave zatvaranja svih nuklearki u državi do 2022. godine, tužiti vladu Ustavnom sudu i zahtijevati milijarde eura na ime odštete, najavljuju njemački mediji.
Kako tvrdi “Der Spiegel”, koncern E.ON naručio je pravnu procjenu, koja je navodno pokazala da je vladina odluka da se do 2022. potpuno zaustavi proizvodnja električne energije u nuklearnim postrojenjima neustavna. Pravnička tvrtka Gleiss Lutz zaključila je da ova strategija vlade krši vlasnička prava koja su utvrđena u njemačkom ustavu.
E.ON je, inače, već priopćio da će zbog novog ubrzanog scenarija isključivanja nuklearki imati znatno veće štete nego po prethodnom planu. Prerano isključivanje njemačkih nuklearnih elektrana nanijet će njihovim vlasnicima i upraviteljima štetu od najmanje 22 milijarde eura, kako je procijenjeno u nedavno objavljenoj studiji njemačke banke Landesbank Baden-Virtemberg (LBW).
Spremnost da krene u pravnu bitku s vladom pokazao je i drugi veliki njemački koncern RWE, koji, inače, otprije razmišlja o tome da na Ustavnom sudu “napadne” i porez na nuklearno gorivo koji je nedavno uvela vlada.
Ova dva koncerna, koji predviđaju da će do 2022. izgubiti četvrtinu svoje vrijednosti, a već za ovu godinu planiraju gubitke od 1,7 milijardi eura, konačne će odluke o tome donijeti do sredine kolovoza. Treći veliki proizvođač, EnBW, koji je djelomično u vlasništvu države, priopćio je, međutim, da ne planira pokretanje pravnih postupaka protiv vlade.
U Njemačkoj su nuklearke dosad s 23 posto sudjelovale u pokrivanju potrošnje električne energije u zemlji. Taj će se manjak morati pokrivati skupljom strujom iz vjetrenjača i solarnih elektrana, kao i uvozom iz Češke i Francuske.
Struja iz obnovljivih izvora skuplja je i zbog neizbježnih prilagodbi i investicija u prijenosnu mrežu zbog nestalnosti proizvodnje iz tih izvora.

Njemačke će elektroenergetske kompanije, zbog najave zatvaranja svih nuklearki u državi do 2022. godine, tužiti vladu Ustavnom sudu i zahtijevati milijarde eura na ime odštete, najavljuju njemački mediji.
Kako tvrdi “Der Spiegel”, koncern E.ON naručio je pravnu procjenu, koja je navodno pokazala da je vladina odluka da se do 2022. potpuno zaustavi proizvodnja električne energije u nuklearnim postrojenjima neustavna. Pravnička tvrtka Gleiss Lutz zaključila je da ova strategija vlade krši vlasnička prava koja su utvrđena u njemačkom ustavu.
E.ON je, inače, već priopćio da će zbog novog ubrzanog scenarija isključivanja nuklearki imati znatno veće štete nego po prethodnom planu. Prerano isključivanje njemačkih nuklearnih elektrana nanijet će njihovim vlasnicima i upraviteljima štetu od najmanje 22 milijarde eura, kako je procijenjeno u nedavno objavljenoj studiji njemačke banke Landesbank Baden-Virtemberg (LBW).
Spremnost da krene u pravnu bitku s vladom pokazao je i drugi veliki njemački koncern RWE, koji, inače, otprije razmišlja o tome da na Ustavnom sudu “napadne” i porez na nuklearno gorivo koji je nedavno uvela vlada.
Ova dva koncerna, koji predviđaju da će do 2022. izgubiti četvrtinu svoje vrijednosti, a već za ovu godinu planiraju gubitke od 1,7 milijardi eura, konačne će odluke o tome donijeti do sredine kolovoza. Treći veliki proizvođač, EnBW, koji je djelomično u vlasništvu države, priopćio je, međutim, da ne planira pokretanje pravnih postupaka protiv vlade.
U Njemačkoj su nuklearke dosad s 23 posto sudjelovale u pokrivanju potrošnje električne energije u zemlji. Taj će se manjak morati pokrivati skupljom strujom iz vjetrenjača i solarnih elektrana, kao i uvozom iz Češke i Francuske.
Struja iz obnovljivih izvora skuplja je i zbog neizbježnih prilagodbi i investicija u prijenosnu mrežu zbog nestalnosti proizvodnje iz tih izvora.
