"Novi nacionalizam ugožava proces europskog ujedinjenja, a u sadašnjim će prilikama  o europskoj budućnosti odlučivati Francuska", navodi Fischer u autorskom članku koji je u petak objavilo ljubljansko "Delo", a u kojemu analizira uzroke porasta ekstremizma i nacionalističkih stranaka u nekim europskim državama.

"Pobjeda Le Pen na predsjedničkim izborima u Francuskoj značila bi smrt Europske unije. To bi katastrofalno djelovalo na Francusku i cijeli stari kontinent, te označilo kraj Zapada u geopolitičkom smislu: SAD bi se morao okrenuti Pacifičkom bazenu, a Europa bi postala privjesak Euroazije", navodi bivši šef njemačke diplomacije i osnivač stranke Zelenih.

On se u članku pita kako to da današnji nacionalistički, šovinistički i ksenofobni pokreti i stranke u Europi nastaju i razvijaju se u bogatim društvima, kao svojevrstan "fašizam bogatih", čime pravi razliku od uspona fašizma i nacizma u Europi 20-ih i 30-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, kad su tim fenomenima pogodovale siromaštvo i kriza, te militarizacija nekih društava nakon završenog velikog rata.

Fischer upozorava da se porast ksenofobije i nacionalističkog ekstremizma, primjetniji u istočnoj Europi nakon migracijske krize, znatno ranije pojavio u bogatijim zapadnim europskim zemljama poput Austrije, Francuske, Belgije, Švedske, Danke i Finske. Uzrok za "fašizam bogatih" on vidi u "strahu" da posljedice globalizacije donose kraj dominacije zapada, odnosno dominantne civilizacije "bijelog čovjeka".

"Sve je jasnije kako je globalizacija dvosmjeran proces, a ako je taj proces Zapadu na početku koristio, sada on zbog njega gubi velik dio svoje ranije moći i bogatstva u korist Istoka", navodi Fischer.

Taj "nagonski strah" kod čovjeka na Zapadu po njegovim riječima izaziva frustracije, pa iz tog straha da će ustaljeni zapadni svijet sa svojim bogatim društvima nestati glasuje za stranke koje identitet država utemeljuju na vjerskom i etničkom načelu.

"Naravno, to je pesimistički scenarij jer se kraj Zapada još ne može jasno najaviti, ali postaje jasno da će uloga Europe biti mnogo presudnija od one koje su joj predviđali njeni osnivači", navodi u zaključku svoje analize Joschka Fischer.

"Novi nacionalizam ugožava proces europskog ujedinjenja, a u sadašnjim će prilikama  o europskoj budućnosti odlučivati Francuska", navodi Fischer u autorskom članku koji je u petak objavilo ljubljansko "Delo", a u kojemu analizira uzroke porasta ekstremizma i nacionalističkih stranaka u nekim europskim državama.

"Pobjeda Le Pen na predsjedničkim izborima u Francuskoj značila bi smrt Europske unije. To bi katastrofalno djelovalo na Francusku i cijeli stari kontinent, te označilo kraj Zapada u geopolitičkom smislu: SAD bi se morao okrenuti Pacifičkom bazenu, a Europa bi postala privjesak Euroazije", navodi bivši šef njemačke diplomacije i osnivač stranke Zelenih.

On se u članku pita kako to da današnji nacionalistički, šovinistički i ksenofobni pokreti i stranke u Europi nastaju i razvijaju se u bogatim društvima, kao svojevrstan "fašizam bogatih", čime pravi razliku od uspona fašizma i nacizma u Europi 20-ih i 30-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, kad su tim fenomenima pogodovale siromaštvo i kriza, te militarizacija nekih društava nakon završenog velikog rata.

Fischer upozorava da se porast ksenofobije i nacionalističkog ekstremizma, primjetniji u istočnoj Europi nakon migracijske krize, znatno ranije pojavio u bogatijim zapadnim europskim zemljama poput Austrije, Francuske, Belgije, Švedske, Danke i Finske. Uzrok za "fašizam bogatih" on vidi u "strahu" da posljedice globalizacije donose kraj dominacije zapada, odnosno dominantne civilizacije "bijelog čovjeka".

"Sve je jasnije kako je globalizacija dvosmjeran proces, a ako je taj proces Zapadu na početku koristio, sada on zbog njega gubi velik dio svoje ranije moći i bogatstva u korist Istoka", navodi Fischer.

Taj "nagonski strah" kod čovjeka na Zapadu po njegovim riječima izaziva frustracije, pa iz tog straha da će ustaljeni zapadni svijet sa svojim bogatim društvima nestati glasuje za stranke koje identitet država utemeljuju na vjerskom i etničkom načelu.

"Naravno, to je pesimistički scenarij jer se kraj Zapada još ne može jasno najaviti, ali postaje jasno da će uloga Europe biti mnogo presudnija od one koje su joj predviđali njeni osnivači", navodi u zaključku svoje analize Joschka Fischer.
