Europska unija odlučila je zadati novi porezni udarac duhanskoj industriji kroz prijedlog povećanja najniže moguće trošarine. Ovaj potez EU značajno će povećati ukupnu cijenu cigareta u istočnoeuropskim članicama, gdje se dio cigareta i dalje može kupiti po cijeni ispod 3 eura. EU administracija predviđa povećanje najmanje moguće trošarine na cigarete s 1,8 na čak 3,6 eura za pakiranje od 20 komada. S obzirom na to da će po kutiji cigareta minimalna trošarina iznositi 3,6 eura ili 27 kuna, to znači da će cijeli niz duhanskih brendova drastično poskupjeti, što će biti doprinos Europske komisije inflaciji te poboljšanju opće zdravstvene slike, piše Jutarnji.

Podaci Ministarstva financija u tabelarnom prikazu otkrivaju da se cijene cigareta u RH po pakiranjima kreću od 16 do 37 kuna, ali je pretežiti dio vrlo širokog spektra ponude pozicioniran između 20 i 30 kuna po pakiranju. Pri tome je sukladno Uredbi o visini trošarine na duhanske prerađevine i duhanske proizvode minimalna trošarina na cigarete 17,76 kuna za pakiranje od 20 komada, što dovodi do maloprodajne cijene od 28,71 kuna po pakiranju. U osnovi, dakle, govorimo o poskupljenju od najmanje 10-ak kuna po pakiranju u RH. S obzirom na to da je maloprodajna cijena cigareta na hrvatskom tržištu trenutačno većinom ispod najniže trošarine koju predlaže EU, može se pretpostaviti da će buduća poskupljenja dodatno smanjiti broj pušača, što je cilj europske administracije.

Nova rješenja EU predviđaju i novitete u oporezivanju različitih duhanskih proizvoda kao što su parilice ili grijani duhan. Zbog rasta popularnosti u mlađim dijelovima populacije, oporezivanje tih proizvoda približit će se oporezivanju cigareta. Jači ‘vaping‘ ili isparavajući duhanski proizvodi imat će najmanju trošarinu od 40 posto, a oni slabiji do 20 posto. Grijani duhanski proizvodi dobit će 55-postotnu trošarinu – plaćat će 91 euro na tisuću prodanih komada.

Očekuje se da će dizanje trošarina na duhanske proizvode podići prihode članica EU za 9,3 milijardi eura. Oni koji podržavaju ovaj potez ne skrivaju kako im je cilj da rast cijena duhanskih proizvoda barem prati inflaciju, a najveća poskupljenja očekuju se u Bugarskoj, Slovačkoj, Poljskoj i Mađarskoj.

Ideja je EU administracije imati „tobacco-free“ generacije do 2040. godine, a prije toga cilj je smanjiti udio korisnika duhanskih proizvoda s 25 na 20 posto već do 2025. godine. U konačnici tj. 2040. godine, udio korisnika duhanskih proizvoda trebao bi biti ispod 5 posto.

Europska unija odlučila je zadati novi porezni udarac duhanskoj industriji kroz prijedlog povećanja najniže moguće trošarine. Ovaj potez EU značajno će povećati ukupnu cijenu cigareta u istočnoeuropskim članicama, gdje se dio cigareta i dalje može kupiti po cijeni ispod 3 eura. EU administracija predviđa povećanje najmanje moguće trošarine na cigarete s 1,8 na čak 3,6 eura za pakiranje od 20 komada. S obzirom na to da će po kutiji cigareta minimalna trošarina iznositi 3,6 eura ili 27 kuna, to znači da će cijeli niz duhanskih brendova drastično poskupjeti, što će biti doprinos Europske komisije inflaciji te poboljšanju opće zdravstvene slike, piše Jutarnji.

Podaci Ministarstva financija u tabelarnom prikazu otkrivaju da se cijene cigareta u RH po pakiranjima kreću od 16 do 37 kuna, ali je pretežiti dio vrlo širokog spektra ponude pozicioniran između 20 i 30 kuna po pakiranju. Pri tome je sukladno Uredbi o visini trošarine na duhanske prerađevine i duhanske proizvode minimalna trošarina na cigarete 17,76 kuna za pakiranje od 20 komada, što dovodi do maloprodajne cijene od 28,71 kuna po pakiranju. U osnovi, dakle, govorimo o poskupljenju od najmanje 10-ak kuna po pakiranju u RH. S obzirom na to da je maloprodajna cijena cigareta na hrvatskom tržištu trenutačno većinom ispod najniže trošarine koju predlaže EU, može se pretpostaviti da će buduća poskupljenja dodatno smanjiti broj pušača, što je cilj europske administracije.

Nova rješenja EU predviđaju i novitete u oporezivanju različitih duhanskih proizvoda kao što su parilice ili grijani duhan. Zbog rasta popularnosti u mlađim dijelovima populacije, oporezivanje tih proizvoda približit će se oporezivanju cigareta. Jači ‘vaping‘ ili isparavajući duhanski proizvodi imat će najmanju trošarinu od 40 posto, a oni slabiji do 20 posto. Grijani duhanski proizvodi dobit će 55-postotnu trošarinu – plaćat će 91 euro na tisuću prodanih komada.

Očekuje se da će dizanje trošarina na duhanske proizvode podići prihode članica EU za 9,3 milijardi eura. Oni koji podržavaju ovaj potez ne skrivaju kako im je cilj da rast cijena duhanskih proizvoda barem prati inflaciju, a najveća poskupljenja očekuju se u Bugarskoj, Slovačkoj, Poljskoj i Mađarskoj.

Ideja je EU administracije imati „tobacco-free“ generacije do 2040. godine, a prije toga cilj je smanjiti udio korisnika duhanskih proizvoda s 25 na 20 posto već do 2025. godine. U konačnici tj. 2040. godine, udio korisnika duhanskih proizvoda trebao bi biti ispod 5 posto.

Rastu cijene cigareta u Hrvatskoj: EU predlaže drastično dizanje trošarina, evo u kojim se državama očekuje najveće poskupljenje

Europska unija odlučila je zadati novi porezni udarac duhanskoj industriji kroz prijedlog povećanja najniže moguće trošarine. Ovaj potez EU značajno će povećati ukupnu cijenu cigareta u istočnoeuropskim članicama, gdje se dio cigareta i dalje može kupiti po cijeni ispod 3 eura. EU administracija predviđa povećanje najmanje moguće trošarine na cigarete s 1,8 na čak 3,6 eura za pakiranje od 20 komada. S obzirom na to da će po kutiji cigareta minimalna trošarina iznositi 3,6 eura ili 27 kuna, to znači da će cijeli niz duhanskih brendova drastično poskupjeti, što će biti doprinos Europske komisije inflaciji te poboljšanju opće zdravstvene slike, piše Jutarnji.
