Državni odvjetnici Washington DC-ija i savezne države Maryland u ponedeljak će podnijeti tužbu u kojoj se tvrdi da uplate iz inozemstva koje je primalo poslovno carstvo američkog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa predstavljaju kršenje američkog ustava, prenose mediji pozivajući se na izvore upoznate s tužbama.

Trump je već suočen sa sličnom tužbom koju je u siječnju podnijela neprofitna udruga koja se bavi političkom etikom.

Tužba koju podnose državni odvjetnici ima veće izglede pred sudom jer se radi o prvom potezu pravosuđa vezanima uz optužbe da je Trump kao republikanski predsjednički kandidat prekršio ustavne odredbe koje brane financiranje političara iz izvora koje kontroliraju strane vlade.

Državni odvjetnici, koje je imenovala Demokratska stranka, predvode napore u sudskim borbama protiv politike američkog predsjednika pa su uspješno blokirali primjenu njegove izvršne uredbe o zabrani ulaska u zemlju državljana nekoliko većinski muslimanskih zemalja. Na sudu su i tužbe protiv njegovih mjera o slabljenju zaštite okoliša i ukidanja sveobuhvatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja.

Državni odvjetnici Washington DC-ija i savezne države Maryland u ponedeljak će podnijeti tužbu u kojoj se tvrdi da uplate iz inozemstva koje je primalo poslovno carstvo američkog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa predstavljaju kršenje američkog ustava, prenose mediji pozivajući se na izvore upoznate s tužbama.

Trump je već suočen sa sličnom tužbom koju je u siječnju podnijela neprofitna udruga koja se bavi političkom etikom.

Tužba koju podnose državni odvjetnici ima veće izglede pred sudom jer se radi o prvom potezu pravosuđa vezanima uz optužbe da je Trump kao republikanski predsjednički kandidat prekršio ustavne odredbe koje brane financiranje političara iz izvora koje kontroliraju strane vlade.

Državni odvjetnici, koje je imenovala Demokratska stranka, predvode napore u sudskim borbama protiv politike američkog predsjednika pa su uspješno blokirali primjenu njegove izvršne uredbe o zabrani ulaska u zemlju državljana nekoliko većinski muslimanskih zemalja. Na sudu su i tužbe protiv njegovih mjera o slabljenju zaštite okoliša i ukidanja sveobuhvatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja.
