    Devet europskih nacija potpisalo je jučer u glavnome gradu Estonije zajedničku izjavu poznatu kao ‘Zakletva iz Talina‘. Njome su se obvezali da će Ukrajini pružiti svu potporu koja joj je potrebna da oslobodi svoj teritorij koji je trenutno okupiran od strane Rusije. Veliku Britaniju, Poljsku, Estoniju, Latviju i Litvu zastupali su na ovom skupu njihovi ministri obrane, a nazočni su bili i predstavnici Danske, Nizozemske, Češke i Slovačke.

    “Shvaćamo da je vojno opremanje Ukrajine da potisne Rusiju sa svog teritorija jednako važno kao i opremanje za obranu onoga što već imaju. Okupljajući saveznike i partnere, osiguravamo da porast globalne vojne potpore napadnutoj zemlji bude strateški i koordiniran koliko god je to moguće. Nova razina potrebne borbene moći postiže se samo kombiniranjem kontingenata glavnih borbenih tenkova s protuzračnom i raketnom obranom i divizijskim topničkim skupinama, te sredstvima duboke precizne paljbe koja omogućuju gađanje ruskih logističkih i zapovjednih čvorova na okupiranom području", stoji u zajedničkoj izjavi devet država.

Njemački Leopardi, pitanje svih pitanja

      Zakletva iz Talina dolazi u trenutku kad su sve oči uprte u Njemačku jer obećala svoju konačnu odluku o isporuci Leoparda uoči summita ukrajinskih obrambenih partnera u američkoj zračnoj bazi u njemačkome Ramsteinu. Njemačka tvrtka za proizvodnju oružja Rheinmetall navodno je spremna isporučiti 100 borbenih tenkova Ukrajini ako vlada to odobri, navode poslovne novine Handelsblatt, pozivajući se na izvore u industriji. Tvrtka je navodno spremna osigurati Leopard 1 i 2 njemačke proizvodnje, kao i Challengere 1 britanske proizvodnje koje bi Rheinmetall kupio u Omanu i unaprijedio prije slanja u Ukrajinu.

     Njemačka je svaki put dosad odbila poslati moderne tenkove u Ukrajinu s izlikom "eskalacije", unatoč tome što su Poljska i Velika Britanija prekršile tabu da Ukrajini ne dostavljaju tenkove zapadne proizvodnje. Njemački kancelar Olaf Scholz rekao je tijekom Svjetskog ekonomskog foruma u Davosu da će Njemačka isporučiti Leoparde Ukrajini samo ako SAD prvo isporuči svoje domaće tenkove tipa M1 Abrams. Odgovarajući na Scholzove komentare, glasnogovornica Pentagona Sabrina Singh rekla je jučer da "trenutno nema smisla" da SAD šalje Abramse. Na sjednici Bundestaga jučer zastupnik Ditmar Nietan, član Scholzova vladajućeg SPD-a, potvrdio je ranije data obećanja da će konačnu odluku o isporuci Leoparda Berlin donijeti danas u Ramsteinu.

      Stav Njemačke o opskrbi Ukrajine tenkovima uskraćuje i Finskoj, Španjolskoj, Portugalu i Poljskoj slanje Kijevu svojih Leoparda koje imaju na zalihama. Pošto Leoparde proizvodi njemački proizvođač, za rukovanje ovim tenkovima izvan NATO-a potrebno je odobrenje vlade u Berlinu.

     “Mnoge zemlje žele nam osigurati tenkove, ali čekaju dokumente od onih zemalja koje ih imaju pravo izdati. Svi se radujemo zelenom svjetlu zemlje koja ima pravo licencirati takve isporuke,” rekao je ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski u video obraćanju forumu u Davosu, jasno aludirajući na Njemačku.

     Poljska je još 11. siječnja obećala svoju četu tenkova Leopard 2 Ukrajini, te ne skriva svoju frustraciju oklijevanjem Njemačke. Poljski premijer Mateusz Morawiecki naznačio je čak da bi Poljska mogla poslati tenkove bez obzira hoće li Berlin to službeno odobriti ili ne. Litvanski ministar obrane Arvydas Anusauskas rekao je Reutersu da će još nekoliko zemalja definitivno najaviti nove isporuke Leoparda Ukrajini na summitu u Rammsteinu.

      Zakletva iz Talina ne uključuje nikakve najave slanja novih tenkova Ukrajini osim onih poljskih i iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, mada je rečeno da i Slovačka „razmatra mogućnosti povezane s isporukom glavnih borbenih tenkova. Kakogod, danas će se u Rammsteinu rasplesti gordijski čvor kolektivnog Zapada oko pitanja daljnjega naoružavanja Ukrajine.

    Devet europskih nacija potpisalo je jučer u glavnome gradu Estonije zajedničku izjavu poznatu kao ‘Zakletva iz Talina‘. Njome su se obvezali da će Ukrajini pružiti svu potporu koja joj je potrebna da oslobodi svoj teritorij koji je trenutno okupiran od strane Rusije. Veliku Britaniju, Poljsku, Estoniju, Latviju i Litvu zastupali su na ovom skupu njihovi ministri obrane, a nazočni su bili i predstavnici Danske, Nizozemske, Češke i Slovačke.

Njemački Leopardi, pitanje svih pitanja

      Zakletva iz Talina dolazi u trenutku kad su sve oči uprte u Njemačku jer obećala svoju konačnu odluku o isporuci Leoparda uoči summita ukrajinskih obrambenih partnera u američkoj zračnoj bazi u njemačkome Ramsteinu. Njemačka tvrtka za proizvodnju oružja Rheinmetall navodno je spremna isporučiti 100 borbenih tenkova Ukrajini ako vlada to odobri, navode poslovne novine Handelsblatt, pozivajući se na izvore u industriji. Tvrtka je navodno spremna osigurati Leopard 1 i 2 njemačke proizvodnje, kao i Challengere 1 britanske proizvodnje koje bi Rheinmetall kupio u Omanu i unaprijedio prije slanja u Ukrajinu.

     Njemačka je svaki put dosad odbila poslati moderne tenkove u Ukrajinu s izlikom "eskalacije", unatoč tome što su Poljska i Velika Britanija prekršile tabu da Ukrajini ne dostavljaju tenkove zapadne proizvodnje. Njemački kancelar Olaf Scholz rekao je tijekom Svjetskog ekonomskog foruma u Davosu da će Njemačka isporučiti Leoparde Ukrajini samo ako SAD prvo isporuči svoje domaće tenkove tipa M1 Abrams. Odgovarajući na Scholzove komentare, glasnogovornica Pentagona Sabrina Singh rekla je jučer da "trenutno nema smisla" da SAD šalje Abramse. Na sjednici Bundestaga jučer zastupnik Ditmar Nietan, član Scholzova vladajućeg SPD-a, potvrdio je ranije data obećanja da će konačnu odluku o isporuci Leoparda Berlin donijeti danas u Ramsteinu.

      Stav Njemačke o opskrbi Ukrajine tenkovima uskraćuje i Finskoj, Španjolskoj, Portugalu i Poljskoj slanje Kijevu svojih Leoparda koje imaju na zalihama. Pošto Leoparde proizvodi njemački proizvođač, za rukovanje ovim tenkovima izvan NATO-a potrebno je odobrenje vlade u Berlinu.

Britansko oružje za Ukrajinu

     “Mnoge zemlje žele nam osigurati tenkove, ali čekaju dokumente od onih zemalja koje ih imaju pravo izdati. Svi se radujemo zelenom svjetlu zemlje koja ima pravo licencirati takve isporuke,” rekao je ukrajinski predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski u video obraćanju forumu u Davosu, jasno aludirajući na Njemačku.

     Poljska je još 11. siječnja obećala svoju četu tenkova Leopard 2 Ukrajini, te ne skriva svoju frustraciju oklijevanjem Njemačke. Poljski premijer Mateusz Morawiecki naznačio je čak da bi Poljska mogla poslati tenkove bez obzira hoće li Berlin to službeno odobriti ili ne. Litvanski ministar obrane Arvydas Anusauskas rekao je Reutersu da će još nekoliko zemalja definitivno najaviti nove isporuke Leoparda Ukrajini na summitu u Rammsteinu.

      Zakletva iz Talina ne uključuje nikakve najave slanja novih tenkova Ukrajini osim onih poljskih i iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, mada je rečeno da i Slovačka „razmatra mogućnosti povezane s isporukom glavnih borbenih tenkova. Kakogod, danas će se u Rammsteinu rasplesti gordijski čvor kolektivnog Zapada oko pitanja daljnjega naoružavanja Ukrajine.

    Devet europskih nacija potpisalo je jučer u glavnome gradu Estonije zajedničku izjavu poznatu kao ‘Zakletva iz Talina‘. Njome su se obvezali da će Ukrajini pružiti svu potporu koja joj je potrebna da oslobodi svoj teritorij koji je trenutno okupiran od strane Rusije. Veliku Britaniju, Poljsku, Estoniju, Latviju i Litvu zastupali su na ovom skupu njihovi ministri obrane, a nazočni su bili i predstavnici Danske, Nizozemske, Češke i Slovačke.
