Neke europske države, uključujući i najveće poput Njemačke, imale su problema s osobama koje su navodno radile za rusku stranu. S time je bila suočena i Ukrajina, koja s Rusijom ratuje.

U češljanje "ruskih ljudi" uključila se i Crna Gora, čija je policija provela je veliku akciju tijekom koje je uhićeno više osoba zbog sumnje da su odavale podatke ruskoj obavještajnoj službi. Jedan od njih navodno je djelatnik državne uprave, a cijela akcija izvedena je u suradnji s međunarodnim obavještajnim službama.

U okviru akcije pripadnika Agencije za nacionalnu sigurnost (ANB), Specijalnog državnog tužiteljstva (SDT) i Specijalnog policijskog odjela (SPO) izvršeni su pretresi na više lokacija u Podgorici i okolini, prilikom čega su predmeti "od interesa za istragu". Akciju uhićenja izveli su pripadnici Sektora za suzbijanje kriminaliteta. Imajući u vidu da je ovo kazneno djelo u nadležnosti Agencije za nacionalnu sigurnost, njeni pripadnici rukovodili su složenom akcijom na području Podgorice. Prema podacima ANB-a, jedan od uhićenih, navodno zaposlenik državne uprave, je više od desetljeća radio za rusku službu i dio je šire skupine čiji su članovi poznati ANB-u, piše Nova.rs.

Akcija crnogorske policije nije došla neizazvana.

Tehnički ministar javne uprave Maraš Dukaj rekao je nedavno da je Crna Gora već duže vrijeme izložena novom nizu organiziranih cyber napada na Vladinu IT infrastrukturu, ističući da su stručnjaci resora na čijem je čelu poduzeli pravovremene obrambene mjere.

"Iako su pojedini servisi trenutno privremeno onemogućeni iz sigurnosnih razloga, sigurnost računa građana i poslovnih subjekata i njihovih podataka nije ni na koji način ugrožena", rekao je Dukaj.

Ovi napadi vrlo su slični onima iz 2015. i 2016. godine, a zbog njih najviše je stradala javna nabava u Crnoj Gori. Zaustavljeni su državni natječaji, čime je otežan rad pojedinih institucija. No, u Ministarstvu financija kažu da se još ne može govoriti o novčanim gubicima, piše Nova.rs.

Deripaska, od prijatelja do tužitelja

Crna Gora se 8. travnja pridružila zemljama koje su uvele sankcije Rusiji zbog njezine invazije na Ukrajinu. Dan prije crnogorsko Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova protjeralo je četvoricu diplomata ruskog veleposlanstva u Crnoj Gori.

Tim odlukama Crna Gora je uskladila svoju politiku sa stavovima EU, ali i izazvala bijes ruske strane.

Suradnja između najveće i najmanje slavenske države nekada je bila "povijesno prijateljska", ali je Crna Gora u ožujku 2022. službeno postala "zemlja neprijatelj Rusije".

Pored činjenice da Crnu Goru i Rusiju spajaju pravoslavna vjera, pripadnost slavenskim narodima i nekada bliski politički odnosi, ekonomske veze uvijek su bile najjače.

Ruski oligarh Oleg Deripaska, čiju je vilu u Washingtonu nedavno pretresao FBI, godinama posluje u Crnoj Gori.

Osim poznate bliskosti s Vladimirom Putinom, Deripaska se najprije proslavio brakom s Polinom Jumaševom, unukom bivšeg ruskog predsjednika Borisa Jeljcina.

Deripaska je početkom 2000-ih osnovao je tvornicu aluminija, zaslužnu za polovicu crnogorskog izvoza.

On se od 2005. godine zalaže za neovisnost Crne Gore. Međutim, ljubav je prekinuta kada je Deripaska zbog propale investicije u Kombinatu aluminija tražio odštetu od više stotina milijuna eura. U tri arbitražna postupka sud je presudio u korist Crne Gore, a Deripaska je osobno pokrenuo posljednji postupak pred arbitražnim sudom u Haagu, piše Nova.rs.

Višestoljetne političke, kulturne i vjerske veze Crne Gore i Rusije, dodatno ojačane interesima oligarha, povezivale su najveću i najmanju slavensku državu. Ulaskom Crne Gore u NATO i izglasavanjem sankcija Rusji, one su prekinute. Ali, kako vidimo, Rusija ne pušta na miru svoju staru saveznicu.

Neke europske države, uključujući i najveće poput Njemačke, imale su problema s osobama koje su navodno radile za rusku stranu. S time je bila suočena i Ukrajina, koja s Rusijom ratuje.

U češljanje "ruskih ljudi" uključila se i Crna Gora, čija je policija provela je veliku akciju tijekom koje je uhićeno više osoba zbog sumnje da su odavale podatke ruskoj obavještajnoj službi. Jedan od njih navodno je djelatnik državne uprave, a cijela akcija izvedena je u suradnji s međunarodnim obavještajnim službama.

U okviru akcije pripadnika Agencije za nacionalnu sigurnost (ANB), Specijalnog državnog tužiteljstva (SDT) i Specijalnog policijskog odjela (SPO) izvršeni su pretresi na više lokacija u Podgorici i okolini, prilikom čega su predmeti "od interesa za istragu". Akciju uhićenja izveli su pripadnici Sektora za suzbijanje kriminaliteta. Imajući u vidu da je ovo kazneno djelo u nadležnosti Agencije za nacionalnu sigurnost, njeni pripadnici rukovodili su složenom akcijom na području Podgorice. Prema podacima ANB-a, jedan od uhićenih, navodno zaposlenik državne uprave, je više od desetljeća radio za rusku službu i dio je šire skupine čiji su članovi poznati ANB-u, piše Nova.rs.

Akcija crnogorske policije nije došla neizazvana.

Tehnički ministar javne uprave Maraš Dukaj rekao je nedavno da je Crna Gora već duže vrijeme izložena novom nizu organiziranih cyber napada na Vladinu IT infrastrukturu, ističući da su stručnjaci resora na čijem je čelu poduzeli pravovremene obrambene mjere.

"Iako su pojedini servisi trenutno privremeno onemogućeni iz sigurnosnih razloga, sigurnost računa građana i poslovnih subjekata i njihovih podataka nije ni na koji način ugrožena", rekao je Dukaj.

Ovi napadi vrlo su slični onima iz 2015. i 2016. godine, a zbog njih najviše je stradala javna nabava u Crnoj Gori. Zaustavljeni su državni natječaji, čime je otežan rad pojedinih institucija. No, u Ministarstvu financija kažu da se još ne može govoriti o novčanim gubicima, piše Nova.rs.

Deripaska, od prijatelja do tužitelja

Crna Gora se 8. travnja pridružila zemljama koje su uvele sankcije Rusiji zbog njezine invazije na Ukrajinu. Dan prije crnogorsko Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova protjeralo je četvoricu diplomata ruskog veleposlanstva u Crnoj Gori.

Tim odlukama Crna Gora je uskladila svoju politiku sa stavovima EU, ali i izazvala bijes ruske strane.

Suradnja između najveće i najmanje slavenske države nekada je bila "povijesno prijateljska", ali je Crna Gora u ožujku 2022. službeno postala "zemlja neprijatelj Rusije".

Pored činjenice da Crnu Goru i Rusiju spajaju pravoslavna vjera, pripadnost slavenskim narodima i nekada bliski politički odnosi, ekonomske veze uvijek su bile najjače.

Ruski oligarh Oleg Deripaska, čiju je vilu u Washingtonu nedavno pretresao FBI, godinama posluje u Crnoj Gori.

Osim poznate bliskosti s Vladimirom Putinom, Deripaska se najprije proslavio brakom s Polinom Jumaševom, unukom bivšeg ruskog predsjednika Borisa Jeljcina.

Deripaska je početkom 2000-ih osnovao je tvornicu aluminija, zaslužnu za polovicu crnogorskog izvoza.

On se od 2005. godine zalaže za neovisnost Crne Gore. Međutim, ljubav je prekinuta kada je Deripaska zbog propale investicije u Kombinatu aluminija tražio odštetu od više stotina milijuna eura. U tri arbitražna postupka sud je presudio u korist Crne Gore, a Deripaska je osobno pokrenuo posljednji postupak pred arbitražnim sudom u Haagu, piše Nova.rs.

Višestoljetne političke, kulturne i vjerske veze Crne Gore i Rusije, dodatno ojačane interesima oligarha, povezivale su najveću i najmanju slavensku državu. Ulaskom Crne Gore u NATO i izglasavanjem sankcija Rusji, one su prekinute. Ali, kako vidimo, Rusija ne pušta na miru svoju staru saveznicu.
