Zastupnički dom parlamenta Bosne i Hercegovine u srijedu je usvojio prijedlog državnog proračuna za ovu godinu nakon višemjesečnih prijepora koji su priječili njegovo donošenje.

Proračun "težak" nešto manje od milijardu eura usvojen je glasovima zastupnika iz Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA), Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD) i onih iz manjih stranaka koje su njihovi politički partneri no zastupnici HDZ BiH, stranke koja je također članica vladajuće koalicije, glasali su protiv.

Da bi proračun konačno bio usvojen treba ga prihvatiti i Dom naroda parlamenta BiH koji će o tome odluivati narendog tjedna a tamo HDZ BiH ima četiri od pet zastupnika u klubu Hrvata i na taj način može blokirati usvajanje bilo koje odluke ili zakona pa tako i proračuna.

Usvajanje proračuna do kraja narednog tjedna preduvjet je da bi se iz njega osiguralo nešto višpe od 2,5 milijuna eura za provedbu lokalnih izbora zakazanih za 15 studeni a HDZ BiH ne želi da provedbu tih izbora nadzire Središnje izborno povjerenstvo (SIP) u sadašnjem sazivu.

Za tu je stranku neprihvatljivo da član SIP-a iz reda hrvatskog naroda bude Željko Bakalar, donedavni savjetnik u uredu člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića.

Bakalar je ranije ovog mjeseca preuzeo i dužnost predsjednika SIP-a a za člana tog tijela izabran je većinom glasova u Zastupničkom domu pri čemu su odlučujuću ulogu imali zastupnici iz SDA i političkih stranaka sa srpskim prdznakom koje su u oporbi.

"To je dovoljno jasna poruka da vidimo u što se SIP želi pretvoriti i politički podrediti", kazao je ranije predsjednik HDZ BiH Dragan Čović komentirajući izbor Bakalara.

Čović je naknadno izjavio kako njegova stranka neće podržati niti jedno imenovanje na državnoj razini sve dok se ovaj problem ne riješi.

Zastupnički dom parlamenta Bosne i Hercegovine u srijedu je usvojio prijedlog državnog proračuna za ovu godinu nakon višemjesečnih prijepora koji su priječili njegovo donošenje.

Proračun "težak" nešto manje od milijardu eura usvojen je glasovima zastupnika iz Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA), Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD) i onih iz manjih stranaka koje su njihovi politički partneri no zastupnici HDZ BiH, stranke koja je također članica vladajuće koalicije, glasali su protiv.

Da bi proračun konačno bio usvojen treba ga prihvatiti i Dom naroda parlamenta BiH koji će o tome odluivati narendog tjedna a tamo HDZ BiH ima četiri od pet zastupnika u klubu Hrvata i na taj način može blokirati usvajanje bilo koje odluke ili zakona pa tako i proračuna.

Usvajanje proračuna do kraja narednog tjedna preduvjet je da bi se iz njega osiguralo nešto višpe od 2,5 milijuna eura za provedbu lokalnih izbora zakazanih za 15 studeni a HDZ BiH ne želi da provedbu tih izbora nadzire Središnje izborno povjerenstvo (SIP) u sadašnjem sazivu.

Za tu je stranku neprihvatljivo da član SIP-a iz reda hrvatskog naroda bude Željko Bakalar, donedavni savjetnik u uredu člana Predsjedništva BiH Željka Komšića.

Bakalar je ranije ovog mjeseca preuzeo i dužnost predsjednika SIP-a a za člana tog tijela izabran je većinom glasova u Zastupničkom domu pri čemu su odlučujuću ulogu imali zastupnici iz SDA i političkih stranaka sa srpskim prdznakom koje su u oporbi.

"To je dovoljno jasna poruka da vidimo u što se SIP želi pretvoriti i politički podrediti", kazao je ranije predsjednik HDZ BiH Dragan Čović komentirajući izbor Bakalara.

Čović je naknadno izjavio kako njegova stranka neće podržati niti jedno imenovanje na državnoj razini sve dok se ovaj problem ne riješi.

Zastupnički dom parlamenta BiH konačno usvojio prijedlog proračuna, HDZ bio protiv

Zastupnički dom parlamenta Bosne i Hercegovine u srijedu je usvojio prijedlog državnog proračuna za ovu godinu nakon višemjesečnih prijepora koji su priječili njegovo donošenje.

Proračun "težak" nešto manje od milijardu eura usvojen je glasovima zastupnika iz Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA), Saveza nezavisnih socijaldemokrata (SNSD) i onih iz manjih stranaka koje su njihovi politički partneri no zastupnici HDZ BiH, stranke koja je također članica vladajuće koalicije, glasali su protiv.

Da bi proračun konačno bio usvojen treba ga prihvatiti i Dom naroda parlamenta BiH koji će o tome odluivati narendog tjedna a tamo HDZ BiH ima četiri od pet zastupnika u klubu Hrvata i na taj način može blokirati usvajanje bilo koje odluke ili zakona pa tako i proračuna.
