Obrana Miroslava Kutle predstavila je u četvrtak pred županijskim sudom u Sarajevu opsežnu dokumentaciju, kojom osporava navode iz presude kojom je Kutle u Hrvatskoj osuđen na dvije godine i osam mjeseci zatvora u slučaju zagrebačkog Gradskog podruma, te je zatražila obnovu postupka u toj državi.

Sud u Sarajevu najavio je da će se naknadno izjasniti hoće li prihvatiti zahtjev obrane za obnovom sudskog postupka ili pak odlučiti o prihvaćanju presude iz Hrvatske i određivanju visine kazne.

Kutlin odvjetnik Damir Alagić rekao je medijima kako je obrana predstavila vještačenje Ekonomskog instituta iz Sarajeva te još jednu ekspertizu kojim se navodno pobija presuda iz Hrvatske uz tvrdnju da je riječ o “montiranom slučaju”.

“Sud je saslušao kompletnu obranu u kojoj je predočeno i potpuno novo financijsko vještačenje što ga je izradio ekonomski institut u Sarajevu, neovisni stručnjaci, akademici. Sud bi prilikom ocjene morao uzeti u obzir sve te nalaze”, rekao je Alagić.

Obrana Miroslava Kutle predstavila je u četvrtak pred županijskim sudom u Sarajevu opsežnu dokumentaciju, kojom osporava navode iz presude kojom je Kutle u Hrvatskoj osuđen na dvije godine i osam mjeseci zatvora u slučaju zagrebačkog Gradskog podruma, te je zatražila obnovu postupka u toj državi.

Sud u Sarajevu najavio je da će se naknadno izjasniti hoće li prihvatiti zahtjev obrane za obnovom sudskog postupka ili pak odlučiti o prihvaćanju presude iz Hrvatske i određivanju visine kazne.

Kutlin odvjetnik Damir Alagić rekao je medijima kako je obrana predstavila vještačenje Ekonomskog instituta iz Sarajeva te još jednu ekspertizu kojim se navodno pobija presuda iz Hrvatske uz tvrdnju da je riječ o “montiranom slučaju”.

“Sud je saslušao kompletnu obranu u kojoj je predočeno i potpuno novo financijsko vještačenje što ga je izradio ekonomski institut u Sarajevu, neovisni stručnjaci, akademici. Sud bi prilikom ocjene morao uzeti u obzir sve te nalaze”, rekao je Alagić.
