U intervju od utorka za Glas Srpske Radulj je istaknuo kako se vrijednost 63 nekretnine Republike Srpske u Hrvatskoj procjenjuje na više od milijardu konvertibilnih maraka (oko pola milijade eura), što u odvjetničkoj kući iz Šibenika, koja će zastupati RS, smatraju izvedivim čak i da se prodaja ne okonča do ulaska Hrvatske EU.

"Ići ćemo s probnom varijantom na način kako je svoju imovinu putem te kuće prodala Slovenija. Procjene suradnika u Hrvatskoj su da ne bi trebalo biti problem to što ova zemlja 1. srpnja 2013. godine ulazi u EU. Oni će nam pomoći da imovinu uknjižimo na RS ili da se imovina izravno proda", rekao je javni pravobranitelj Republike Srpske.

Dodao je da bi vlasti RS trebale donijeti odluku da se prodaju nekretnine, uglavnom odmarališta u vlasništvu bivših državnih poduzeća. Po njegovim riječima, vlasti RS bi nekretnine u Hrvatskoj prodale putem međunarodnog natječaja.

U intervju od utorka za Glas Srpske Radulj je istaknuo kako se vrijednost 63 nekretnine Republike Srpske u Hrvatskoj procjenjuje na više od milijardu konvertibilnih maraka (oko pola milijade eura), što u odvjetničkoj kući iz Šibenika, koja će zastupati RS, smatraju izvedivim čak i da se prodaja ne okonča do ulaska Hrvatske EU.

"Ići ćemo s probnom varijantom na način kako je svoju imovinu putem te kuće prodala Slovenija. Procjene suradnika u Hrvatskoj su da ne bi trebalo biti problem to što ova zemlja 1. srpnja 2013. godine ulazi u EU. Oni će nam pomoći da imovinu uknjižimo na RS ili da se imovina izravno proda", rekao je javni pravobranitelj Republike Srpske.

Dodao je da bi vlasti RS trebale donijeti odluku da se prodaju nekretnine, uglavnom odmarališta u vlasništvu bivših državnih poduzeća. Po njegovim riječima, vlasti RS bi nekretnine u Hrvatskoj prodale putem međunarodnog natječaja.

Vlasti Republike Srpske zatražit će od Hrvatske povrat, a zatim će prodati nekretnine, uglavnom odmarališta u vlasništvu poduzeća iz ovoga bosanskohercegovačkog entiteta prije raspada bivše Jugoslavije, onako kako su napravile vlasti Slovenije posredstvom jedne odvjetničke kuće u Hrvatskoj, izjavio je javni pravobranitelj RS-a Slobodan Radulj.
