Vrhbosanski nadbiskup kardinal Vinko Puljić u petak je, u povodu 26. obljetnice genocida nad Bošnjacima Srebrenice koja pada u nedjelju, obiteljima žrtava uputio izraze solidarnosti uz poruku javnosti kako je pokajanje na temelju priznatih činjenica o počinjenim zločinima temelj trajnog mira.

"Događaji od prije 26 godina snažno nas opominju koliko zlo i mržnja mogu biti zasljepljujući, destruktivni i bratoubilački te koliko se velike posljedice mogu osjećati ukoliko ljudi dopuste da im srce zatruje sebičnost, oholost i netrpeljivost prema bližnjima", stoji u poruci kardinala Puljića kako je prenosi Katolička tiskovna agencija Biskupske konferencije BiH (KTA).

Podsjećajući na najgori ratni zločin na europskom tlu nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, u kojemu su pripadnici vojske i policije bosanskih Srba u srpnju 1995. ubili više od osam tisuća bošnjačkih muškaraca i dječaka, kardinal Puljić je istaknuo kako je ljudska dužnost i civilizacijski čin odati pijetet nevino stradalima, a vjernički stav moliti za spas njihovih duša.

Kako je kazao vrhbosanski nadbiskup, zločin je uvijek zločin te on ne poznaje ni vjeru niti naciju, no povijest nas uči kako se zlo ne pobjeđuje činjenjem novoga nasilja ili osvetom već isključivo kajanjem, dijalogom i praštanjem.

Kardinal Puljić kazao je da upućuje molitvu Bogu da dade utjehu svima koji u sebi nose rane gubitka svojih najmilijih kako nikada ne bi upali u zamku osvete, nego ljubavlju i sjećanjem na svoje stradale nadvladavali silu mržnje koja se na njih prije 26 godina sručila. Naveo je kako se moli i da oni koji su počinili zlo uvide svoja zlodjela, pokaju se za njih i obznane gdje počivaju kosti onih za koje obitelji još uvijek tragaju te da se utječu Božjemu milosrđu kako se ništa slično u budućnosti nikada i nikomu ne bi dogodilo.

"Istina i pravda temelj su pomirenja i suživota. Stoga, po tko zna koji put, pozivam najodgovornije pojedince našega društva neka svojim riječima i djelima doprinose izgradnji međusobnog povjerenja. Neka se ova i slične komemoracije ne koriste za bespotrebno podizanje tenzija, prikupljanje političkih poena i širenje osjećaja nesigurnosti nego svi zajedno odajmo počast nevino stradalima, budimo podrška njihovim obiteljima i rodbini te izvučemo pouke za suživot u ovoj našoj domovini Bosni i Hercegovini", poručio je kardinal Puljić.

Vrhbosanski nadbiskup kardinal Vinko Puljić u petak je, u povodu 26. obljetnice genocida nad Bošnjacima Srebrenice koja pada u nedjelju, obiteljima žrtava uputio izraze solidarnosti uz poruku javnosti kako je pokajanje na temelju priznatih činjenica o počinjenim zločinima temelj trajnog mira.

"Događaji od prije 26 godina snažno nas opominju koliko zlo i mržnja mogu biti zasljepljujući, destruktivni i bratoubilački te koliko se velike posljedice mogu osjećati ukoliko ljudi dopuste da im srce zatruje sebičnost, oholost i netrpeljivost prema bližnjima", stoji u poruci kardinala Puljića kako je prenosi Katolička tiskovna agencija Biskupske konferencije BiH (KTA).

Podsjećajući na najgori ratni zločin na europskom tlu nakon Drugog svjetskog rata, u kojemu su pripadnici vojske i policije bosanskih Srba u srpnju 1995. ubili više od osam tisuća bošnjačkih muškaraca i dječaka, kardinal Puljić je istaknuo kako je ljudska dužnost i civilizacijski čin odati pijetet nevino stradalima, a vjernički stav moliti za spas njihovih duša.

Kako je kazao vrhbosanski nadbiskup, zločin je uvijek zločin te on ne poznaje ni vjeru niti naciju, no povijest nas uči kako se zlo ne pobjeđuje činjenjem novoga nasilja ili osvetom već isključivo kajanjem, dijalogom i praštanjem.

Kardinal Puljić kazao je da upućuje molitvu Bogu da dade utjehu svima koji u sebi nose rane gubitka svojih najmilijih kako nikada ne bi upali u zamku osvete, nego ljubavlju i sjećanjem na svoje stradale nadvladavali silu mržnje koja se na njih prije 26 godina sručila. Naveo je kako se moli i da oni koji su počinili zlo uvide svoja zlodjela, pokaju se za njih i obznane gdje počivaju kosti onih za koje obitelji još uvijek tragaju te da se utječu Božjemu milosrđu kako se ništa slično u budućnosti nikada i nikomu ne bi dogodilo.

"Istina i pravda temelj su pomirenja i suživota. Stoga, po tko zna koji put, pozivam najodgovornije pojedince našega društva neka svojim riječima i djelima doprinose izgradnji međusobnog povjerenja. Neka se ova i slične komemoracije ne koriste za bespotrebno podizanje tenzija, prikupljanje političkih poena i širenje osjećaja nesigurnosti nego svi zajedno odajmo počast nevino stradalima, budimo podrška njihovim obiteljima i rodbini te izvučemo pouke za suživot u ovoj našoj domovini Bosni i Hercegovini", poručio je kardinal Puljić.

Vrhbosanski nadbiskup kardinal Vinko Puljić u petak je, u povodu 26. obljetnice genocida nad Bošnjacima Srebrenice koja pada u nedjelju, obiteljima žrtava uputio izraze solidarnosti uz poruku javnosti kako je pokajanje na temelju priznatih činjenica o počinjenim zločinima temelj trajnog mira.

"Događaji od prije 26 godina snažno nas opominju koliko zlo i mržnja mogu biti zasljepljujući, destruktivni i bratoubilački te koliko se velike posljedice mogu osjećati ukoliko ljudi dopuste da im srce zatruje sebičnost, oholost i netrpeljivost prema bližnjima", stoji u poruci kardinala Puljića kako je prenosi Katolička tiskovna agencija Biskupske konferencije BiH (KTA).
