Najstarija profesija, odnosno pružanje seksualnih usluga uz novčanu ili drugu materijalnu naknadu postoji u cijelom svijetu pa tako i u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje je u porastu elitna prostitucija u stanovima i hotelima. Podaci su to koji su navedeni u Prijedlogu procjene prijetnje od organiziranog kriminala u BiH u 2021. godini, dokumentu Ministarstva sigurnosti BiH.

U dijelu ovog dokumenta, koji se odnosi na trgovinu ljudima, ističe se da je glavni pojavni oblik ove trgovine i dalje seksualna eksploatacija ženskih osoba, među kojima se nalaze i djevojčice, objavio je magazin Buka.

Žrtve trgovine ljudima su uglavnom osobe koje pripadaju socijalno ugroženim kategorijama stanovništva. Trenutni trendovi pokazuju da BiH sve više postaje zemlja polazišta trgovine ljudima, s obzirom na to da su žrtve trgovine ljudima uglavnom državljani BiH, koji se na različite načine eksploatiraju u svrhu prosjačenja, zatim u svrhu radnih i seksualnih potreba.

Kriminalci često vrbuju i eksploatiraju ženske osobe, tako što s njima stupaju u izvanbračne zajednice i organiziraju njihov odlazak u inozemstvo, a potom ih putem ucjena, prijetnji, zastrašivanja, zlostavljanja i drugih oblika fizičkog i psihičkog nasilja tjeraju na rad i prostituciju.

Pojedine informacije ukazuju da se klasična seksualna eksploatacija žrtava u BiH postepeno transformira tako da se djevojke sve više angažira kao 'pratnja poslovnih ljudi' te je u porastu i takozvana elitna prostitucija u stanovima i hotelima, piše u dokumentu.

Osnovni motiv ovih kriminalnih radnji je stjecanje nezakonite dobiti koja se naknadno investira u nekretnine, skupocjene automobile i legalne poslove, što je posljednja faza stavljanja stečenog novca u legalne tokove, poznatije kao pranje novca.

Procjenjuje se da će se trend povećanja trgovine ljudima nastaviti i u budućnosti zbog postojanja faktora koji pogoduju njegovom rastu, prije svega loše ekonomske i socijalne situacije, siromaštva, velike nezaposlenosti, mogućnosti velike financijske zarade, stalnog priliva migranata...

Radmila Žigić, direktorica Fondacije "Lara" iz Bijeljine smatra da je eksploatacija žena prisutna mnogo više nego što je to vidljivo i mnogo više nego što je to iskazano u različitim kriminalističkim statistikama.

-Taj problem se u radu agencija za provođenje zakona apsolutno marginalizira i tretira kao dobrovoljna prostitucija, a zanemaruje se činjenica da prostitucija kod nas nije legalizirana", rekla je Žigić u izjavi za 'Nezavisne novine' te dodala da jednog dana te žene više neće biti atraktivne za tržište elitne prostitucije. Smatra da ako same nisu bile dovoljno jake već su imale svodnika, one će se brzo naći u situaciji da nemaju izbora nego da se nastave baviti prostitucijom, ali na mnogo manje elitnim mjestima.

Prema podacima MUP-a Srpske, u 2020. godini evidentirano je jedno kazneno djelo navođenja na prostituciju, a godinu ranije nije bilo takvih slučajeva. Međutim, u 2019. registrirano je pet prekršaja koji su se odnosili na prostituciju, objavljeno je na portalu Buka.

Najstarija profesija, odnosno pružanje seksualnih usluga uz novčanu ili drugu materijalnu naknadu postoji u cijelom svijetu pa tako i u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje je u porastu elitna prostitucija u stanovima i hotelima. Podaci su to koji su navedeni u Prijedlogu procjene prijetnje od organiziranog kriminala u BiH u 2021. godini, dokumentu Ministarstva sigurnosti BiH.

U dijelu ovog dokumenta, koji se odnosi na trgovinu ljudima, ističe se da je glavni pojavni oblik ove trgovine i dalje seksualna eksploatacija ženskih osoba, među kojima se nalaze i djevojčice, objavio je magazin Buka.

Žrtve trgovine ljudima su uglavnom osobe koje pripadaju socijalno ugroženim kategorijama stanovništva. Trenutni trendovi pokazuju da BiH sve više postaje zemlja polazišta trgovine ljudima, s obzirom na to da su žrtve trgovine ljudima uglavnom državljani BiH, koji se na različite načine eksploatiraju u svrhu prosjačenja, zatim u svrhu radnih i seksualnih potreba.

Kriminalci često vrbuju i eksploatiraju ženske osobe, tako što s njima stupaju u izvanbračne zajednice i organiziraju njihov odlazak u inozemstvo, a potom ih putem ucjena, prijetnji, zastrašivanja, zlostavljanja i drugih oblika fizičkog i psihičkog nasilja tjeraju na rad i prostituciju.

Pojedine informacije ukazuju da se klasična seksualna eksploatacija žrtava u BiH postepeno transformira tako da se djevojke sve više angažira kao 'pratnja poslovnih ljudi' te je u porastu i takozvana elitna prostitucija u stanovima i hotelima, piše u dokumentu.

Osnovni motiv ovih kriminalnih radnji je stjecanje nezakonite dobiti koja se naknadno investira u nekretnine, skupocjene automobile i legalne poslove, što je posljednja faza stavljanja stečenog novca u legalne tokove, poznatije kao pranje novca.

Procjenjuje se da će se trend povećanja trgovine ljudima nastaviti i u budućnosti zbog postojanja faktora koji pogoduju njegovom rastu, prije svega loše ekonomske i socijalne situacije, siromaštva, velike nezaposlenosti, mogućnosti velike financijske zarade, stalnog priliva migranata...

Radmila Žigić, direktorica Fondacije "Lara" iz Bijeljine smatra da je eksploatacija žena prisutna mnogo više nego što je to vidljivo i mnogo više nego što je to iskazano u različitim kriminalističkim statistikama.

-Taj problem se u radu agencija za provođenje zakona apsolutno marginalizira i tretira kao dobrovoljna prostitucija, a zanemaruje se činjenica da prostitucija kod nas nije legalizirana", rekla je Žigić u izjavi za 'Nezavisne novine' te dodala da jednog dana te žene više neće biti atraktivne za tržište elitne prostitucije. Smatra da ako same nisu bile dovoljno jake već su imale svodnika, one će se brzo naći u situaciji da nemaju izbora nego da se nastave baviti prostitucijom, ali na mnogo manje elitnim mjestima.

Prema podacima MUP-a Srpske, u 2020. godini evidentirano je jedno kazneno djelo navođenja na prostituciju, a godinu ranije nije bilo takvih slučajeva. Međutim, u 2019. registrirano je pet prekršaja koji su se odnosili na prostituciju, objavljeno je na portalu Buka.

Najstarija profesija, odnosno pružanje seksualnih usluga uz novčanu ili drugu materijalnu naknadu postoji u cijelom svijetu pa tako i u Bosni i Hercegovini gdje je u porastu elitna prostitucija u stanovima i hotelima. Podaci su to koji su navedeni u Prijedlogu procjene prijetnje od organiziranog kriminala u BiH u 2021. godini, dokumentu Ministarstva sigurnosti BiH.

U dijelu ovog dokumenta, koji se odnosi na trgovinu ljudima, ističe se da je glavni pojavni oblik ove trgovine i dalje seksualna eksploatacija ženskih osoba, među kojima se nalaze i djevojčice, objavio je magazin Buka.
