U Bosnu i Hercegovinu moglo bi doći do deset tisuća migranata dnevno u slučaju pojačanog priljeva ilegalnih migranata na zapadni Balkan, rekao je jučer Peter Van der Auweraert, voditelj misije Međunarodne organizacije za migracije (IOM) u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Prema njegovim riječima, broj migranata u BiH ovisi o mjerama koje će poduzeti Hrvatska.
“Ono što mene brine jest to da Hrvatska pojačava kontrolu granica”, poručio je Van der Auweraert. A službena Hrvatska ne namjerava popustiti u čuvanju svojih granica prema BiH i Srbiji, pogotovo ne sada kad je krenula nova migrantska kriza.
“Hrvatska je ključ za opstojnost Schengena. Da Hrvatska ne štiti svoju i europsku granicu, danas bi bilo upitno postoji li Schengen”, ustvrdio je za Jutarnji list visoki dužnosnik hrvatske Vlade.
“Granicu čuva oko 6500 pripadnika policije, a namjera nam je dodatno opremiti područje granice tehnikom. Namjerava se nabaviti još šest velikih i dvije male stacionarne termovizije, 17 mobilnih termovizija, određen broj vozila, a uskoro stižu i dodatni dronovi. Što se tiče granice sa Srbijom, ona je u ovom trenutku 98 posto pokrivena termovizijama i radarima”, naglašava sugovornik Jutarnjeg lista iz MUP-a.
Nakon odluke Turske da izbjeglicama otvori granice prema Europskoj uniji i suočavanja s mogućim novim pritiskom na hrvatske granice, premijer Andrej Plenković najavio je da ćemo, ako dođe do veće eskalacije, razmišljati o uključenju hrvatske vojske.
Vojska na granici
Angažman vojske kao pomoć policiji na granici zakonski je uređen još 2016. godine. Prema Zakonu o obrani, odluku o pružanju vojne potpore policiji donosi Vlada na prijedlog ministra obrane i uz prethodnu suglasnost predsjednika RH.
Naši sugovornici naglašavaju kako je i prije najnovije krize sve veći priljev migranata prema Hrvatskoj. Prema službenoj statistici MUP-a, u siječnju ove godine broj slučajeva uhićenja migranata povećan je za 51 posto, odnosno registrirano ih je 1110. To je samo nastavak trenda iz 2019. godine u kojoj je zabilježeno 20.278 slučajeva pokušaja nezakonitog prelaska državne granice, dok je u 2018. godini evidentirano 8207 takvih slučajeva. To znači da se broj pokušaja ilegalnog prelaska granice povećao za dva i pol puta u odnosu na 2018. godinu.
U MUP-u naglašavaju kako je u ovom trenutku jedan od najvećih problema nedostatak ljudi i opremljenost policije BiH na poslovima čuvanja granice. To je tijekom nedavnog posjeta priznao i novi ministar sigurnosti BiH Fahrudin Radončić.
“BiH ne može garantirati članicama EU isti nivo sigurnosti jer su naše sigurnosne i obavještajne službe na granici kapaciteta”, poručio je tada Radončić.
Na tom sastanku ipak je dogovoreno funkcioniranje zajedničkih policijskih patrola RH i BiH deset kilometara unutar dviju država te skraćeni postupak readmisije.
Naši sugovornici naglašavaju kako je za hrvatsku policiju veliko olakšanje nastalo nakon zatvaranja kampa Vučjak kod Bihaća, koji je sagrađen praktički na granici s Hrvatskom i zapravo se koristio kao točka za organizirano prebacivanje migranata u Hrvatsku.
U ovom trenutku u Bosni i Hercegovini je oko osam tisuća migranata, a polovica njih je u zapadnoj Bosni i čekaju pogodno vrijeme za prebacivanje u Hrvatsku. No, bez dogovora na razini Europske unije hrvatske vlasti to neće dopustiti. Naime, prema svim analizama riječ je o ekonomskim migrantima, a ne stradalnicima s ratnih područja.
Prema anketi među migrantima, koju je nedavno provela Međunarodna organizacija za migracije, čak 68 posto njih uopće nema namjeru aplicirati za azil kada uđu u neku zemlju Europske unije. Cilj im je preživljavati od sive ekonomije, biti neregistriran nekoliko godina i nakon nekog vremena odabrati u kojoj će državi živjeti.
Azil u Hrvatskoj
Takve namjere migranata potvrđuju i statistike o broju podnositelja zahtjeva za azil u Hrvatskoj. Od 2016. do 1. veljače ove godine podneseno je 7618 aplikacija za azil u Hrvatskoj, a manje od 400 migranata je ostalo u Hrvatskoj.
Prema službenim podacima MUP-a, 70 posto tražitelja međunarodne zaštite zapravo zloupotrebljava taj institut jer napusti Hrvatsku prije okončanja postupka zbog čega se donosi rješenje o obustavi postupka. Primjerice, tražitelji samovoljno napuste prihvatilište za tražitelje azila, ne pojave se u prihvatilištu ili izbjegavaju podnijeti zahtjev za međunarodnu zaštitu, a potom budu ponovno uhićeni na granici sa Slovenijom.

U Bosnu i Hercegovinu moglo bi doći do deset tisuća migranata dnevno u slučaju pojačanog priljeva ilegalnih migranata na zapadni Balkan, rekao je jučer Peter Van der Auweraert, voditelj misije Međunarodne organizacije za migracije (IOM) u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Prema njegovim riječima, broj migranata u BiH ovisi o mjerama koje će poduzeti Hrvatska.
“Ono što mene brine jest to da Hrvatska pojačava kontrolu granica”, poručio je Van der Auweraert. A službena Hrvatska ne namjerava popustiti u čuvanju svojih granica prema BiH i Srbiji, pogotovo ne sada kad je krenula nova migrantska kriza.
“Hrvatska je ključ za opstojnost Schengena. Da Hrvatska ne štiti svoju i europsku granicu, danas bi bilo upitno postoji li Schengen”, ustvrdio je za Jutarnji list visoki dužnosnik hrvatske Vlade.
“Granicu čuva oko 6500 pripadnika policije, a namjera nam je dodatno opremiti područje granice tehnikom. Namjerava se nabaviti još šest velikih i dvije male stacionarne termovizije, 17 mobilnih termovizija, određen broj vozila, a uskoro stižu i dodatni dronovi. Što se tiče granice sa Srbijom, ona je u ovom trenutku 98 posto pokrivena termovizijama i radarima”, naglašava sugovornik Jutarnjeg lista iz MUP-a.
Nakon odluke Turske da izbjeglicama otvori granice prema Europskoj uniji i suočavanja s mogućim novim pritiskom na hrvatske granice, premijer Andrej Plenković najavio je da ćemo, ako dođe do veće eskalacije, razmišljati o uključenju hrvatske vojske.
Vojska na granici
Angažman vojske kao pomoć policiji na granici zakonski je uređen još 2016. godine. Prema Zakonu o obrani, odluku o pružanju vojne potpore policiji donosi Vlada na prijedlog ministra obrane i uz prethodnu suglasnost predsjednika RH.
Naši sugovornici naglašavaju kako je i prije najnovije krize sve veći priljev migranata prema Hrvatskoj. Prema službenoj statistici MUP-a, u siječnju ove godine broj slučajeva uhićenja migranata povećan je za 51 posto, odnosno registrirano ih je 1110. To je samo nastavak trenda iz 2019. godine u kojoj je zabilježeno 20.278 slučajeva pokušaja nezakonitog prelaska državne granice, dok je u 2018. godini evidentirano 8207 takvih slučajeva. To znači da se broj pokušaja ilegalnog prelaska granice povećao za dva i pol puta u odnosu na 2018. godinu.
U MUP-u naglašavaju kako je u ovom trenutku jedan od najvećih problema nedostatak ljudi i opremljenost policije BiH na poslovima čuvanja granice. To je tijekom nedavnog posjeta priznao i novi ministar sigurnosti BiH Fahrudin Radončić.
“BiH ne može garantirati članicama EU isti nivo sigurnosti jer su naše sigurnosne i obavještajne službe na granici kapaciteta”, poručio je tada Radončić.
Na tom sastanku ipak je dogovoreno funkcioniranje zajedničkih policijskih patrola RH i BiH deset kilometara unutar dviju država te skraćeni postupak readmisije.
Naši sugovornici naglašavaju kako je za hrvatsku policiju veliko olakšanje nastalo nakon zatvaranja kampa Vučjak kod Bihaća, koji je sagrađen praktički na granici s Hrvatskom i zapravo se koristio kao točka za organizirano prebacivanje migranata u Hrvatsku.
U ovom trenutku u Bosni i Hercegovini je oko osam tisuća migranata, a polovica njih je u zapadnoj Bosni i čekaju pogodno vrijeme za prebacivanje u Hrvatsku. No, bez dogovora na razini Europske unije hrvatske vlasti to neće dopustiti. Naime, prema svim analizama riječ je o ekonomskim migrantima, a ne stradalnicima s ratnih područja.
Prema anketi među migrantima, koju je nedavno provela Međunarodna organizacija za migracije, čak 68 posto njih uopće nema namjeru aplicirati za azil kada uđu u neku zemlju Europske unije. Cilj im je preživljavati od sive ekonomije, biti neregistriran nekoliko godina i nakon nekog vremena odabrati u kojoj će državi živjeti.
Azil u Hrvatskoj
Takve namjere migranata potvrđuju i statistike o broju podnositelja zahtjeva za azil u Hrvatskoj. Od 2016. do 1. veljače ove godine podneseno je 7618 aplikacija za azil u Hrvatskoj, a manje od 400 migranata je ostalo u Hrvatskoj.
Prema službenim podacima MUP-a, 70 posto tražitelja međunarodne zaštite zapravo zloupotrebljava taj institut jer napusti Hrvatsku prije okončanja postupka zbog čega se donosi rješenje o obustavi postupka. Primjerice, tražitelji samovoljno napuste prihvatilište za tražitelje azila, ne pojave se u prihvatilištu ili izbjegavaju podnijeti zahtjev za međunarodnu zaštitu, a potom budu ponovno uhićeni na granici sa Slovenijom.
