Nakon što je Telekom Srbija prošle godine za 600 milijuna eura kupio Telekom Srpske, a mobilnu mrežu tog operatera preimenovao u “m:tel“, uslijedila je žestoka marketinška kampanja mreže “m:tel“ zbog koje dva neprivatizirana operatera iz BiH – sarajevski BH Telecom i HT Mostar značajno gube tržišne udjele.

Generalni direktor Telekoma Srpske Predrag Ćulibrk priopćio je da je, u odnosu na razdoblje prije privatizacije, broj korisnika usluga mobilne telefonije “m:tel“ porastao za 35 posto i sada ih je 1,35 milijuna.

Enormni porast broja korisnika usluga “m:tel” bilježi na području Federacije BiH gdje je nekadašnji “Mobis“ imao 10 tisuća korisnika svojih usluga, a nakon privatizacije i preimenovanja u “m:tel” sada ih je čak 120 tisuća.

Pritisak na Vladu

BH Telecom, u čijem sastavu je mreža BH-mobile te HT Mostar, u sklopu kojeg je mobilna mreža Eronet, zato su izvršili pritisak na Vladu Federacije da ubrza aktivnosti oko prodaje državnih udjela u ova dva operatera.

Za BH Telecom zainteresirani su Mobilkom Austria, Telekom Slovenije te France Telecom, četvrti po veličini operater u svijetu. Za državni udio u HT Mostar, pak, zainteresiran je Deutsche Telecom koji putem T-HT Zagreb u mostarskoj kompaniji već ima 39,1 posto vlasničkog udjela.

Federalni premijer Nedžad Branković tvrdi kako je baš sada, kad je interes potencijalnih kupaca na vrhuncu, pravi trenutak za privatizaciju dvaju operatera. Kada taj proces počne, trajat će oko godinu dana, a ponuđena cijena neće biti odlučujuća.

Predsjednik Uprave Telekom Austria Boris Nemšić ističe da Parlament FBiH što prije mora donijeti odluku o prodaji dvaju telekoma. Prema podacima kojima raspolaže BH Telecom ozbiljno stagnira, iako je prošlu godinu završio s dobiti od 173 milijuna KM.

Stagnaciju bilježi i HT Mostar koji je 2007. godinu završio s profitom od 20 milijuna KM. Godišnja dobit Telekoma Srpske iznosila je 88,5 milijuna KM. Bitan razlog zbog kojeg federalne vlasti moraju brzo prodati telekom operater je što u federalnoj blagajni nema novca za velike infrastrukturne projekate nužne za aktiviranje privrede, kao što su autocesta na koridoru 5C ili brza cesta Sarajevo - Tuzla.

Nominalna vrijednost BH Telecoma je četiri milijarde KM - od čega 90 posto u vlasništvu FBiH, a 10 posto u vlasništvu PIF-ova i malih dioničara. Prema riječima generalnog direktora Nedžada Rašidbegovića, početna cijena za 51 posto dionica tog operatera bila bi nešto više od 2 milijarde KM, a za gradnju brze ceste Sarajevo – Tuzla dovoljna je četvrtina toga novca dok bi se ostatak novca mogao utrošiti za autocestu.

Generalni direktor HT Mostar Stipe Prlić kaže da knjigovodstvena vrijednost te tvrtke upisana u sudski registar iznosi 350 milijuna KM. Udio Federalne vlade u HT Mostar iznosi 55,67 posto; 5,23 posto Hrvatskih pošta Zagreb, a 39,1 posto pripada T-HT Zagreb koji će imati prvenstvo kod otkupa dionica.

Stručnjaci smatraju da je u BiH iskorištena samo polovica telekomunikacijskog tržišta. Penetracija mobilne telefonije u BiH daleko je ispod europskog prosjeka, negdje oko 55 posto, dok je u većini zemalja dosegla stopu od 100 posto.

Nakon što je Telekom Srbija prošle godine za 600 milijuna eura kupio Telekom Srpske, a mobilnu mrežu tog operatera preimenovao u “m:tel“, uslijedila je žestoka marketinška kampanja mreže “m:tel“ zbog koje dva neprivatizirana operatera iz BiH – sarajevski BH Telecom i HT Mostar značajno gube tržišne udjele.

Generalni direktor Telekoma Srpske Predrag Ćulibrk priopćio je da je, u odnosu na razdoblje prije privatizacije, broj korisnika usluga mobilne telefonije “m:tel“ porastao za 35 posto i sada ih je 1,35 milijuna.

Enormni porast broja korisnika usluga “m:tel” bilježi na području Federacije BiH gdje je nekadašnji “Mobis“ imao 10 tisuća korisnika svojih usluga, a nakon privatizacije i preimenovanja u “m:tel” sada ih je čak 120 tisuća.

Pritisak na Vladu

BH Telecom, u čijem sastavu je mreža BH-mobile te HT Mostar, u sklopu kojeg je mobilna mreža Eronet, zato su izvršili pritisak na Vladu Federacije da ubrza aktivnosti oko prodaje državnih udjela u ova dva operatera.

Za BH Telecom zainteresirani su Mobilkom Austria, Telekom Slovenije te France Telecom, četvrti po veličini operater u svijetu. Za državni udio u HT Mostar, pak, zainteresiran je Deutsche Telecom koji putem T-HT Zagreb u mostarskoj kompaniji već ima 39,1 posto vlasničkog udjela.

Federalni premijer Nedžad Branković tvrdi kako je baš sada, kad je interes potencijalnih kupaca na vrhuncu, pravi trenutak za privatizaciju dvaju operatera. Kada taj proces počne, trajat će oko godinu dana, a ponuđena cijena neće biti odlučujuća.

Predsjednik Uprave Telekom Austria Boris Nemšić ističe da Parlament FBiH što prije mora donijeti odluku o prodaji dvaju telekoma. Prema podacima kojima raspolaže BH Telecom ozbiljno stagnira, iako je prošlu godinu završio s dobiti od 173 milijuna KM.

Stagnaciju bilježi i HT Mostar koji je 2007. godinu završio s profitom od 20 milijuna KM. Godišnja dobit Telekoma Srpske iznosila je 88,5 milijuna KM. Bitan razlog zbog kojeg federalne vlasti moraju brzo prodati telekom operater je što u federalnoj blagajni nema novca za velike infrastrukturne projekate nužne za aktiviranje privrede, kao što su autocesta na koridoru 5C ili brza cesta Sarajevo - Tuzla.

Nominalna vrijednost BH Telecoma je četiri milijarde KM - od čega 90 posto u vlasništvu FBiH, a 10 posto u vlasništvu PIF-ova i malih dioničara. Prema riječima generalnog direktora Nedžada Rašidbegovića, početna cijena za 51 posto dionica tog operatera bila bi nešto više od 2 milijarde KM, a za gradnju brze ceste Sarajevo – Tuzla dovoljna je četvrtina toga novca dok bi se ostatak novca mogao utrošiti za autocestu.

Generalni direktor HT Mostar Stipe Prlić kaže da knjigovodstvena vrijednost te tvrtke upisana u sudski registar iznosi 350 milijuna KM. Udio Federalne vlade u HT Mostar iznosi 55,67 posto; 5,23 posto Hrvatskih pošta Zagreb, a 39,1 posto pripada T-HT Zagreb koji će imati prvenstvo kod otkupa dionica.

Stručnjaci smatraju da je u BiH iskorištena samo polovica telekomunikacijskog tržišta. Penetracija mobilne telefonije u BiH daleko je ispod europskog prosjeka, negdje oko 55 posto, dok je u većini zemalja dosegla stopu od 100 posto.
