Prizivno vijeće Suda Bosne i Hercegovine ukinulo je oslobađajuću presudu koja je u prvostupanjskom postupku izrečena Naseru Oriću, ratnom zapovjedniku obrane Srebrenice kojega Tužiteljstvo BiH tereti za ratne zločine, objavili su u ponedjeljak lokalni mediji u BiH.

Iz Suda BiH službeno je potvrđeno kako je donesena odluka po žalbi koju je podnijelo državno tužiteljstvo no njezin sadržaj nisu objavili s obrazloženjem kako je ona tek otpremljena stranama u postupku.

Portal Balkanske istraživačke mreže (BIRN) specijaliziran za praćenje sudskih postupaka je, pozivajući se na svoje izvore iz Tužiteljstva BiH, objavio kako je oslobađajuća presuda poništena te kako je prizivno vijeće naložilo novo suđenje.

Prema medijskim navodima, razlog za poništenje presude u postupku koji je izazvao veliku pozornost javnosti bilo je to što je ona bila različita u obliku u kojemu je usmeno obrazložena tijekom izricanja presude u listopadu prošle godine i u pisanom obliku u kojemu je dostavljena tužitelju i obrani.

Sud je zapravo prihvatio žalbu tužitelja Miroslava Markovića koji je tražio obnovu postupka zbog bitne povrede odredbi kaznenog postupka i netočno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja.

Obrana je pak tražila potvrdu oslobađajuće prvostupanjske presude.

Orić i njegov suborac Sabahudin Muhić optuženi su da su 1992. godine ubili tri zarobljenika srpske nacionalnosti u selima u okolici Srebrenice.

Prizivno vijeće Suda Bosne i Hercegovine ukinulo je oslobađajuću presudu koja je u prvostupanjskom postupku izrečena Naseru Oriću, ratnom zapovjedniku obrane Srebrenice kojega Tužiteljstvo BiH tereti za ratne zločine, objavili su u ponedjeljak lokalni mediji u BiH.

Iz Suda BiH službeno je potvrđeno kako je donesena odluka po žalbi koju je podnijelo državno tužiteljstvo no njezin sadržaj nisu objavili s obrazloženjem kako je ona tek otpremljena stranama u postupku.

Portal Balkanske istraživačke mreže (BIRN) specijaliziran za praćenje sudskih postupaka je, pozivajući se na svoje izvore iz Tužiteljstva BiH, objavio kako je oslobađajuća presuda poništena te kako je prizivno vijeće naložilo novo suđenje.

Prema medijskim navodima, razlog za poništenje presude u postupku koji je izazvao veliku pozornost javnosti bilo je to što je ona bila različita u obliku u kojemu je usmeno obrazložena tijekom izricanja presude u listopadu prošle godine i u pisanom obliku u kojemu je dostavljena tužitelju i obrani.

Sud je zapravo prihvatio žalbu tužitelja Miroslava Markovića koji je tražio obnovu postupka zbog bitne povrede odredbi kaznenog postupka i netočno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja.

Obrana je pak tražila potvrdu oslobađajuće prvostupanjske presude.

Orić i njegov suborac Sabahudin Muhić optuženi su da su 1992. godine ubili tri zarobljenika srpske nacionalnosti u selima u okolici Srebrenice.
