Podstanari se znaju žaliti na probleme sa stanodavcima, ali ima i obrnutih slučajeva.

- U stanu je podstanar koji ne plaća račune već duže vrijeme. Nemam ključ od stana iako sam vlasnica, a nisam ga uzela kako me ne bi optuživao da sam ulazila u stan. On me sada ignorira i ne želi se javiti, požalila se jedna gospođa u grupi "Besplatna pravna pomoć - Pravni centar Niš".

Ona je korisnike grupe zamolila za savjet i upitala može li uz pratnju policije, predsjednika kućnog savjeta i bravara promijeniti bravu.

- Ne treba vam policija već upravitelj i jedan svjedok. Prethodno obavijestite podstanara o otkazu zakupa koji je 30 dana. Ako se on pravi biesav, sa svjedocima i bravarom promijenite bravu. Ako podstanar nije prisutan, ostavite mu pismenu obavijest na ulaznim vratima da ćete mu idućeg dana izbaciti stvari i tužite ga za dug, navodi se u jednom od komentara.

- Mi smo imali takvog podstanara. Pokažite vlasnički list i dođite s policijom na vrata. Policija mu potom daje rok 15 dana da se iseli. I to je to, objasnio je drugi korisnik, piše Kurir.rs.

Ako već podstanar ignorira stanodavku i plaćanje režija, policiju će već teže ignorirati. Osim toga, teško da će više naći stanodavca koji će toliko poštivati njegovu privatnost da mu da vlasitii ključ.

Podstanari se znaju žaliti na probleme sa stanodavcima, ali ima i obrnutih slučajeva.

- U stanu je podstanar koji ne plaća račune već duže vrijeme. Nemam ključ od stana iako sam vlasnica, a nisam ga uzela kako me ne bi optuživao da sam ulazila u stan. On me sada ignorira i ne želi se javiti, požalila se jedna gospođa u grupi "Besplatna pravna pomoć - Pravni centar Niš".

Ona je korisnike grupe zamolila za savjet i upitala može li uz pratnju policije, predsjednika kućnog savjeta i bravara promijeniti bravu.

- Ne treba vam policija već upravitelj i jedan svjedok. Prethodno obavijestite podstanara o otkazu zakupa koji je 30 dana. Ako se on pravi biesav, sa svjedocima i bravarom promijenite bravu. Ako podstanar nije prisutan, ostavite mu pismenu obavijest na ulaznim vratima da ćete mu idućeg dana izbaciti stvari i tužite ga za dug, navodi se u jednom od komentara.

- Mi smo imali takvog podstanara. Pokažite vlasnički list i dođite s policijom na vrata. Policija mu potom daje rok 15 dana da se iseli. I to je to, objasnio je drugi korisnik, piše Kurir.rs.

Ako već podstanar ignorira stanodavku i plaćanje režija, policiju će već teže ignorirati. Osim toga, teško da će više naći stanodavca koji će toliko poštivati njegovu privatnost da mu da vlasitii ključ.
