Bosna i Hercegovina u srijedu je nakon gotovo desetljeća čekanja dobila novih desetak kilometara suvremene autoceste na pravcu koridora Vc koji treba povezati Budimpeštu i Ploče i čiji se dovršetak pokušava ubrzati ne bi li se sve okončalo do 2028. godine.

Nešto manje od 11 kilometara autoceste koji su zapravo obilaznica oko Zenice konačno je pušteno u promet osam mjeseci nakon dovršetka izgradnje. Dionica na kojoj se radilo više od pet godina uz obrazloženje kako se radovi izvode na zahtjevnom terenu i koja je stajala 225 milijuna eura prvotno je otvorena potkraj studenog 2020. da bi nakon deset dana bila zatvorena za sav promet jer se ispostavilo kako Autoceste Federacije BiH kao investitor nisu ishodile ništa od potrebnih dozvola. Uz to su opaženi nedostaci u gradnji koji su morali biti otklonjeni.

Više od pola godine nakon toga trajali su popravci i prikupljanje potrebnih odobrenja.

"Istina je da je to trajalo šest mjeseci, no takve su procedure i morali smo ispoštovati zakon", kazao je uoči ponovnog otvaranja dionice entitetski ministar prometa Josip Martić nudeći građanima ispriku zbog ovog šlamperaja.

Autocestu na koridoru V c koja kroz BiH prolazi u dužini od oko 330 kilometara u toj zemlji grade još od 1997. godine, a jedina kompletna veća dionica koja je do sada puštena u promet je ona od osamdesetak kilometara od Zenice do mjesta Tarčin južno od Sarajeva ka Mostaru.

U drugim dijelovima zemlje grade se nepovezane dionice od dva do pet kilometara, a jedan od najpoznatijih simbola kaotične realizacije cijelog projekta je desetak kilometara autoceste izgrađene usred ničega koja vodi k planiranom novom graničnom prijelazu s Hrvatskom, odnosno mosta kod mjesta Svilaj uz Savu.

Još deset kilometara izgrađeno je od okolice Međugorja do graničnog prijelaza Bijača-Nova Sela s Hrvatskom, no ta je dionica barem spojena s autocestom Dalmatina.---

Kritika Europske unije

U BiH autocestu Budimpešta-Ploče uglavnom grade uzimajući kredite, a oko 230 milijuna eura potpore osigurala je Europska unija kroz bespovratna sredstva. Šef delegacije EU u BiH Johann Sattler je potkraj lipnja otvoreno kritizirao lokalne vlasti zbog sporosti u realiziranju ovog projekta koji Unija smatra strateški značajnim.

"Koridor Vc je infrastrukturni projekt od velikog značaja kako za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, tako i za regiju i EU. Iz tog razloga zabrinjava to što procesi koji vode do efikasne isplate bespovratnih sredstava i zajmova i dalje traju predugo. Pozivam sve uključene u proces da učine sve što je u njihovoj moći kako bi osigurali da koridor Vc bude završen do 2028. godine kako je planirano", kazao je Sattler bosanskohercegovačkim dužnosnicima uključenim u projekt na sastanku održanom potkraj lipnja.

Bosna i Hercegovina u srijedu je nakon gotovo desetljeća čekanja dobila novih desetak kilometara suvremene autoceste na pravcu koridora Vc koji treba povezati Budimpeštu i Ploče i čiji se dovršetak pokušava ubrzati ne bi li se sve okončalo do 2028. godine.

Nešto manje od 11 kilometara autoceste koji su zapravo obilaznica oko Zenice konačno je pušteno u promet osam mjeseci nakon dovršetka izgradnje. Dionica na kojoj se radilo više od pet godina uz obrazloženje kako se radovi izvode na zahtjevnom terenu i koja je stajala 225 milijuna eura prvotno je otvorena potkraj studenog 2020. da bi nakon deset dana bila zatvorena za sav promet jer se ispostavilo kako Autoceste Federacije BiH kao investitor nisu ishodile ništa od potrebnih dozvola. Uz to su opaženi nedostaci u gradnji koji su morali biti otklonjeni.

Više od pola godine nakon toga trajali su popravci i prikupljanje potrebnih odobrenja.

"Istina je da je to trajalo šest mjeseci, no takve su procedure i morali smo ispoštovati zakon", kazao je uoči ponovnog otvaranja dionice entitetski ministar prometa Josip Martić nudeći građanima ispriku zbog ovog šlamperaja.

Autocestu na koridoru V c koja kroz BiH prolazi u dužini od oko 330 kilometara u toj zemlji grade još od 1997. godine, a jedina kompletna veća dionica koja je do sada puštena u promet je ona od osamdesetak kilometara od Zenice do mjesta Tarčin južno od Sarajeva ka Mostaru.

U drugim dijelovima zemlje grade se nepovezane dionice od dva do pet kilometara, a jedan od najpoznatijih simbola kaotične realizacije cijelog projekta je desetak kilometara autoceste izgrađene usred ničega koja vodi k planiranom novom graničnom prijelazu s Hrvatskom, odnosno mosta kod mjesta Svilaj uz Savu.

Još deset kilometara izgrađeno je od okolice Međugorja do graničnog prijelaza Bijača-Nova Sela s Hrvatskom, no ta je dionica barem spojena s autocestom Dalmatina.---

Kritika Europske unije

U BiH autocestu Budimpešta-Ploče uglavnom grade uzimajući kredite, a oko 230 milijuna eura potpore osigurala je Europska unija kroz bespovratna sredstva. Šef delegacije EU u BiH Johann Sattler je potkraj lipnja otvoreno kritizirao lokalne vlasti zbog sporosti u realiziranju ovog projekta koji Unija smatra strateški značajnim.

"Koridor Vc je infrastrukturni projekt od velikog značaja kako za Bosnu i Hercegovinu, tako i za regiju i EU. Iz tog razloga zabrinjava to što procesi koji vode do efikasne isplate bespovratnih sredstava i zajmova i dalje traju predugo. Pozivam sve uključene u proces da učine sve što je u njihovoj moći kako bi osigurali da koridor Vc bude završen do 2028. godine kako je planirano", kazao je Sattler bosanskohercegovačkim dužnosnicima uključenim u projekt na sastanku održanom potkraj lipnja.
