Dvojica deminera i jedan policajac proteklog su vikenda poginuli u pokušaju obilježavanja novootkrivenoga minskog polja kod Goražda. Upravo je ta tragedija otvorila pitanje koliko još u BiH ima neobilježenih minskih polja, posebno u Federaciji.
Prema nekim analizama, zadnjih nekoliko tragičnih slučajeva dogodilo se na linijama razdvajanja zaraćenih vojski, ali najveći je problem što su takva područja najčešće nepristupačna.
U Upravi civilne zaštite smatraju kako je broj neobilježenih minskih polja manji nego što se misli. Stanko Slišković, tajnik Uprave, tvrdi da se u ovaj problem moraju uključiti i ostale sigurnosne strukture, a prioritetno je uspostaviti i nove mehanizme sigurnosnih mjera. Podsjećanja radi, problemom zaostalih mina u BiH trenutačno se bavi šesnaest organizacija, čija je osnovna zadaća upozoravanje na njihovu prisutnost.
S druge strane, BHMAC je izdao do sada 39 dozvola organizacijama za deminiranje. Međutim, u Upravi civilne zaštite izražavaju bojazan od mina koje nisu postavljene tijekom rata, nego nakon njegova završetka. Zbog toga u Upravi drže kako se u ovaj problem moraju uključiti i ostale sigurnosne službe.

Dvojica deminera i jedan policajac proteklog su vikenda poginuli u pokušaju obilježavanja novootkrivenoga minskog polja kod Goražda. Upravo je ta tragedija otvorila pitanje koliko još u BiH ima neobilježenih minskih polja, posebno u Federaciji.
Prema nekim analizama, zadnjih nekoliko tragičnih slučajeva dogodilo se na linijama razdvajanja zaraćenih vojski, ali najveći je problem što su takva područja najčešće nepristupačna.
U Upravi civilne zaštite smatraju kako je broj neobilježenih minskih polja manji nego što se misli. Stanko Slišković, tajnik Uprave, tvrdi da se u ovaj problem moraju uključiti i ostale sigurnosne strukture, a prioritetno je uspostaviti i nove mehanizme sigurnosnih mjera. Podsjećanja radi, problemom zaostalih mina u BiH trenutačno se bavi šesnaest organizacija, čija je osnovna zadaća upozoravanje na njihovu prisutnost.
S druge strane, BHMAC je izdao do sada 39 dozvola organizacijama za deminiranje. Međutim, u Upravi civilne zaštite izražavaju bojazan od mina koje nisu postavljene tijekom rata, nego nakon njegova završetka. Zbog toga u Upravi drže kako se u ovaj problem moraju uključiti i ostale sigurnosne službe.
