Osnovni problem zbog kojeg dolazi do kvarova na lokomotivama željezničkih poduzeća u Srbiji je njihova starost, ali i i slabo održavanje uslijed nedostatka stručne radne snage i dijelova, tvrde za Danas.rs sugovornici bliski srpskim željeznicama.

Željeznički promet, konkretno poduzeće "Srbija voz", u središte interesa javnosti ovih dana je postavio kvar na lokomotivi koja je vukla kompoziciju na relaciji Beograd – Bar, zbog čega su putnici deset sati čekali dolazak nove lokomotive.

Zanimljivo je to što se lokomotiva kvarila dvaput tijekom vožnje, odnosno da se pokvarila i ona koja je angažirana kao zamjena za prvu lokomotivu, koja je otkazala kod Valjeva.

Zbog toga je Tomislav Momirović, srpski ministar prometa, građevinarstva i infrastrukture, najavio kažnjavanje odgovornih za nemar koji je po njemu osnovni razlog za izbijanje kvara. Međutim, sindikalni predstavnici željezničara misle sasvim drugačije pa je tako Dragan Ranđelović, predsjednik Sindikata željezničara Srbije, uz konstataciju da odgovornost treba ispitati, istaknuo to da s tim treba krenuti od samoga vrha, odnosno od resornog ministra.

Također, Ranđelović kategorički ističe da se za kvar lokomotive na kompoziciji od Beograda do Bara apsolutno ne može kriviti ljudski faktor već isključivo "zamor materijala" na lokomotivi zbog zastarjelosti. A kompozicije koje voze iz Beograda prema Baru često vuku lokomotive stare i po pedesetak godina.

Kako saznaje Danas.rs, iako dva željeznička poduzeća, "Srbija voz" i "Srbija kargo" posjeduju i nove, vrlo moderne lokomotive, u voznom parku i danas postoji veliki broj onih starih.

Ranije se spominjalo da je prosječna starost lokomotiva na srpskim željeznicama oko 40 godina, i to je najbolji pokazatelj kakvi se sve "dinosauri" kreću tamošnjim prugama.

Tako, u voznim parkovima željezničkih poduzeća u Srbiji i dalje obitavaju američke dizel električne lokomotive s kraja šezdesetih i početka sedamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, švedske monofazne električne lokomotive iz 70-ih, kao i sovjetske lokomotive na elektromotornim kompozicijama, koje primjera radi prometuju na linijama "BG voz", proizvedene osamdesetih godina.

Izvor je za spomenuti portal rekao kako smatra da je mnogo bolje rješenje, umjesto "krpanja" zastarjelih lokomotiva, je kupovina novih. To je nešto na što bi se nadležni u državi i prometnom resoru trebali orijentirati kako bi se smanjio broj kvarova na lokomotivama te kako bi se time smanjila kašnjenja.

Prema njegovim riječima, problem je i u tome što se ne radi redovno održavanje tih lokomotiva. Razlog nije nezainteresiranost niti lijenost zaposlenih u srpskim željezničkim poduzećima, već to što nema dovoljno stručnog kadra, kao ni rezervnih dijelova.

– Prije je bilo obvezno da lokomotiva uđe u dnevni pregled unutar 24 sata, bilo da je riječ o putničkom ili teretnom prometu. Toga odavno više nema. U "Srbija vozu" se ti dnevni pregledi još i prakticiraju dok u "Srbija kargu" to nije slučaj. Privatni operateri, odnosno firme koje prevoze robu srpskim željeznicama, tu praksu nikad nisu ni imali. Tako je svojevremeno danima lokomotiva privatnog operatera prometovala s oštećenim pantografom, koji je samo bio vezan žicom, što je najbolji pokazatelj koliko se ne vodi računa o ispravnosti lokomotiva koje se puštaju u promet – zaključio je sugovornik za portal Danas.rs.

Osnovni problem zbog kojeg dolazi do kvarova na lokomotivama željezničkih poduzeća u Srbiji je njihova starost, ali i i slabo održavanje uslijed nedostatka stručne radne snage i dijelova, tvrde za Danas.rs sugovornici bliski srpskim željeznicama.

Željeznički promet, konkretno poduzeće "Srbija voz", u središte interesa javnosti ovih dana je postavio kvar na lokomotivi koja je vukla kompoziciju na relaciji Beograd – Bar, zbog čega su putnici deset sati čekali dolazak nove lokomotive.

Zanimljivo je to što se lokomotiva kvarila dvaput tijekom vožnje, odnosno da se pokvarila i ona koja je angažirana kao zamjena za prvu lokomotivu, koja je otkazala kod Valjeva.

Zbog toga je Tomislav Momirović, srpski ministar prometa, građevinarstva i infrastrukture, najavio kažnjavanje odgovornih za nemar koji je po njemu osnovni razlog za izbijanje kvara. Međutim, sindikalni predstavnici željezničara misle sasvim drugačije pa je tako Dragan Ranđelović, predsjednik Sindikata željezničara Srbije, uz konstataciju da odgovornost treba ispitati, istaknuo to da s tim treba krenuti od samoga vrha, odnosno od resornog ministra.

Također, Ranđelović kategorički ističe da se za kvar lokomotive na kompoziciji od Beograda do Bara apsolutno ne može kriviti ljudski faktor već isključivo "zamor materijala" na lokomotivi zbog zastarjelosti. A kompozicije koje voze iz Beograda prema Baru često vuku lokomotive stare i po pedesetak godina.

Kako saznaje Danas.rs, iako dva željeznička poduzeća, "Srbija voz" i "Srbija kargo" posjeduju i nove, vrlo moderne lokomotive, u voznom parku i danas postoji veliki broj onih starih.

Ranije se spominjalo da je prosječna starost lokomotiva na srpskim željeznicama oko 40 godina, i to je najbolji pokazatelj kakvi se sve "dinosauri" kreću tamošnjim prugama.

Tako, u voznim parkovima željezničkih poduzeća u Srbiji i dalje obitavaju američke dizel električne lokomotive s kraja šezdesetih i početka sedamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, švedske monofazne električne lokomotive iz 70-ih, kao i sovjetske lokomotive na elektromotornim kompozicijama, koje primjera radi prometuju na linijama "BG voz", proizvedene osamdesetih godina.

Izvor je za spomenuti portal rekao kako smatra da je mnogo bolje rješenje, umjesto "krpanja" zastarjelih lokomotiva, je kupovina novih. To je nešto na što bi se nadležni u državi i prometnom resoru trebali orijentirati kako bi se smanjio broj kvarova na lokomotivama te kako bi se time smanjila kašnjenja.

Prema njegovim riječima, problem je i u tome što se ne radi redovno održavanje tih lokomotiva. Razlog nije nezainteresiranost niti lijenost zaposlenih u srpskim željezničkim poduzećima, već to što nema dovoljno stručnog kadra, kao ni rezervnih dijelova.

– Prije je bilo obvezno da lokomotiva uđe u dnevni pregled unutar 24 sata, bilo da je riječ o putničkom ili teretnom prometu. Toga odavno više nema. U "Srbija vozu" se ti dnevni pregledi još i prakticiraju dok u "Srbija kargu" to nije slučaj. Privatni operateri, odnosno firme koje prevoze robu srpskim željeznicama, tu praksu nikad nisu ni imali. Tako je svojevremeno danima lokomotiva privatnog operatera prometovala s oštećenim pantografom, koji je samo bio vezan žicom, što je najbolji pokazatelj koliko se ne vodi računa o ispravnosti lokomotiva koje se puštaju u promet – zaključio je sugovornik za portal Danas.rs.

Osnovni problem zbog kojeg dolazi do kvarova na lokomotivama željezničkih poduzeća u Srbiji je njihova starost, ali i i slabo održavanje uslijed nedostatka stručne radne snage i dijelova, tvrde za Danas.rs sugovornici bliski srpskim željeznicama.

Željeznički promet, konkretno poduzeće "Srbija voz", u središte interesa javnosti ovih dana je postavio kvar na lokomotivi koja je vukla kompoziciju na relaciji Beograd – Bar, zbog čega su putnici deset sati čekali dolazak nove lokomotive.

Zanimljivo je to što se lokomotiva kvarila dvaput tijekom vožnje, odnosno da se pokvarila i ona koja je angažirana kao zamjena za prvu lokomotivu, koja je otkazala kod Valjeva.
