Slovenski ministar zdravstva Janez Poklukar potvrdio je  u četvrtak da privremno obustavljaju cijepljenje cjepivom Janssen proizvođača Johnson&Johnson, nakon što je 20-godišnjakinja cijepljena ovim cjepivom preminula, a njezina smrt povezuje se s komplikacijama nakon vakcine.  

Janez Poklukar je naveo kako je Ministarstvo donijelo ovu odluku na prijedlog savjetodavne skupine za cijepljenje pri Nacionalnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo.

'Obaviješteni smo o sumnji na štetan događaj u vrijeme cijepljenja, koji je završio tragično. Pokrenuti su svi propisani postupci kako bi se razjasnile sve okolnosti bolesti', objasnio je. Cijepljenja tim cjepivom neće biti sve dok stručno povjerenstvo ne prouči medicinsku dokumentaciju i utvrdi je li smrt 20-godišnjakinje povezana s cijepljenjem, nakon čega će se odlučiti hoće li se ta vrsta cjepiva još koristiti ili ne. 

Inače, prošlog je tjedna u Sloveniju stiglo 21.600 novih doza ovog cjepiva, a do sada je njime cijepljeno 119.799 osoba.

Budući je jednokratno, posebno se kao najpoželjnije tražilo posljednjih tjedana, nakon što je vlada uvela restrikcije vezane uz obvezne covid potvrde.

Neki centri za cijepljenje i prije objave ministra povukli su cjepivo Janssen iz ponude. Tako je osim Pfizera, Biontecha i Moderne, Sveučilišni klinički centar Ljubljana u rasporedu za ponedjeljak i utorak imao na raspolaganju i Janssen, no danas ono više nije u ponudi. Cjepivo Janssen također nije na popisu ljubljanskog Doma zdravlja, gdje se cijepe s druga tri cjepiva (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer).

Potvrdi li se da je između smrti djevojke i cijepljenja bilo uzročno-posljedične veze, bit će to drugi takav slučaj u Sloveniji, nakon što je krajem svibnja Slovenka s diplomatskom putovnicom u Bruxellesu umrla nakon što je primila isto cjepivo. Liječnici u Bruxellesu tada su joj dijagnosticirali duboku vensku trombozu te propisali terapiju, ali je umrla u bolnici nakon što je više dana bila u kritičnom stanju. Istraga provedena u Sloveniji na temelju nalaza dokumentacije iz Belgije pokazala je da se radilo o inače vrlo rijetkoj neželjenoj posljedici cijepljenja kod vektorskih cjepiva koja mogu izazvati stvaranje krvnih ugrušaka.

Cjepivo proizvođača Johnson&Johnson koristi se i u Hrvatskoj, a do danas se njime cijepilo preko 93.000 osoba.

Reagirajući na tragičnu smrt mlade žene nakon cijepljenja, slovenska infektologinja Bojana Beović još prije odluke vlade, izjavila je kako smatra da bi s primjenom tog cjepiva trebalo privremeno prekinuti.

"Ovakvi se tragični slučajevi pojavljuju jednom na milijun cijepljenih i nešto takvo nismo očekivali, za to nije bilo nikakvog ozbiljnog upozorenja. No, ovaj je događaj tako tragičan da osobno smatram da u ovom trenutku ne bismo više riskirali i da to cjepivo više ne koristimo, makar je drukčije stajalište Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) i niza zemalja koje koriste to cjepivo. Ja sam za privremenu obustavu primjene, dok se ova situacija ne analizira", kazala je Beović.

HALMED: Ne razmišlja se o povlačenju niti prestanku primjene cjepiva Janssen

Hrvatska agencija za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) upoznata je sa situacijom koja se dogodila u Sloveniji. Navode kako u Hrvatskoj nije zabilježena nijedna prijava sa smrtnim ishodom na cjepivo protiv COVIDA-19 Janssen te ne razmišljaju o povlačenju tog cjepiva niti prestanku njegove primjene. Na ukupno 93.240 doza ovog cjepiva primijenjenog u Hrvatskoj do 29. rujna ove godine, zaprimljene su ukupno 144 prijave sumnji na nuspojave. Najčešće prijavljene nuspojave bile su blagog do umjerenog karaktera te su prolazile kroz nekoliko dana. Uključivale su povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu, glavobolju, zimicu, bol u mišićima, bol na mjestu primjene, umor, opću slabost, malaksalost, bol u leđima i bol u ekstremitetima.

Slovenski ministar zdravstva Janez Poklukar potvrdio je  u četvrtak da privremno obustavljaju cijepljenje cjepivom Janssen proizvođača Johnson&Johnson, nakon što je 20-godišnjakinja cijepljena ovim cjepivom preminula, a njezina smrt povezuje se s komplikacijama nakon vakcine.  

Janez Poklukar je naveo kako je Ministarstvo donijelo ovu odluku na prijedlog savjetodavne skupine za cijepljenje pri Nacionalnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo.

'Obaviješteni smo o sumnji na štetan događaj u vrijeme cijepljenja, koji je završio tragično. Pokrenuti su svi propisani postupci kako bi se razjasnile sve okolnosti bolesti', objasnio je. Cijepljenja tim cjepivom neće biti sve dok stručno povjerenstvo ne prouči medicinsku dokumentaciju i utvrdi je li smrt 20-godišnjakinje povezana s cijepljenjem, nakon čega će se odlučiti hoće li se ta vrsta cjepiva još koristiti ili ne. 

Inače, prošlog je tjedna u Sloveniju stiglo 21.600 novih doza ovog cjepiva, a do sada je njime cijepljeno 119.799 osoba.

Budući je jednokratno, posebno se kao najpoželjnije tražilo posljednjih tjedana, nakon što je vlada uvela restrikcije vezane uz obvezne covid potvrde.

Neki centri za cijepljenje i prije objave ministra povukli su cjepivo Janssen iz ponude. Tako je osim Pfizera, Biontecha i Moderne, Sveučilišni klinički centar Ljubljana u rasporedu za ponedjeljak i utorak imao na raspolaganju i Janssen, no danas ono više nije u ponudi. Cjepivo Janssen također nije na popisu ljubljanskog Doma zdravlja, gdje se cijepe s druga tri cjepiva (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer).

Potvrdi li se da je između smrti djevojke i cijepljenja bilo uzročno-posljedične veze, bit će to drugi takav slučaj u Sloveniji, nakon što je krajem svibnja Slovenka s diplomatskom putovnicom u Bruxellesu umrla nakon što je primila isto cjepivo. Liječnici u Bruxellesu tada su joj dijagnosticirali duboku vensku trombozu te propisali terapiju, ali je umrla u bolnici nakon što je više dana bila u kritičnom stanju. Istraga provedena u Sloveniji na temelju nalaza dokumentacije iz Belgije pokazala je da se radilo o inače vrlo rijetkoj neželjenoj posljedici cijepljenja kod vektorskih cjepiva koja mogu izazvati stvaranje krvnih ugrušaka.

Cjepivo proizvođača Johnson&Johnson koristi se i u Hrvatskoj, a do danas se njime cijepilo preko 93.000 osoba.

Reagirajući na tragičnu smrt mlade žene nakon cijepljenja, slovenska infektologinja Bojana Beović još prije odluke vlade, izjavila je kako smatra da bi s primjenom tog cjepiva trebalo privremeno prekinuti.

"Ovakvi se tragični slučajevi pojavljuju jednom na milijun cijepljenih i nešto takvo nismo očekivali, za to nije bilo nikakvog ozbiljnog upozorenja. No, ovaj je događaj tako tragičan da osobno smatram da u ovom trenutku ne bismo više riskirali i da to cjepivo više ne koristimo, makar je drukčije stajalište Europske agencije za lijekove (EMA) i niza zemalja koje koriste to cjepivo. Ja sam za privremenu obustavu primjene, dok se ova situacija ne analizira", kazala je Beović.

HALMED: Ne razmišlja se o povlačenju niti prestanku primjene cjepiva Janssen

Hrvatska agencija za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) upoznata je sa situacijom koja se dogodila u Sloveniji. Navode kako u Hrvatskoj nije zabilježena nijedna prijava sa smrtnim ishodom na cjepivo protiv COVIDA-19 Janssen te ne razmišljaju o povlačenju tog cjepiva niti prestanku njegove primjene. Na ukupno 93.240 doza ovog cjepiva primijenjenog u Hrvatskoj do 29. rujna ove godine, zaprimljene su ukupno 144 prijave sumnji na nuspojave. Najčešće prijavljene nuspojave bile su blagog do umjerenog karaktera te su prolazile kroz nekoliko dana. Uključivale su povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu, glavobolju, zimicu, bol u mišićima, bol na mjestu primjene, umor, opću slabost, malaksalost, bol u leđima i bol u ekstremitetima.
