Nakon masovne kupovine brašna, potom goriva veliki broj građana sada razmjenjuje konvertibilne marke (KM) u eure. Zbog toga, od početka rata u Ukrajini, pune ruke posla imaju zaposlenici i zaposlenice u mjenjačnicama.
Kontaktirali smo većinu mjenjačnica i dobili informaciju da za manje količine novca razmjena KM u eure protječe bez problema. Problem nastaje kada građani žele razmijeniti veće količine, piše Dnevnik.ba.

"Prije svega bitno se osvrnuti na propise. Osnovni razlog nedostatka eura ili bilo koje strane valute su propisi koji reguliraju blagajnički maksimum unutar mjenjačkih mjesta ovlaštenih mjenjača. Dakle, postoji taj maksimum koji možemo imati u prostoriji i ne možemo iznad toga ići. Nemoguće je imati onoliko koliko bi klijenti željeli s određenom valutom, nije to samo sada nego i recimo postoje sezonski periodi kada ne možemo dovoljno imati recimo srpskih dinara, itd.", objašnjava Nejra Uštović Pektić, direktorica Exclusive Change BiH.
Građani s druge strane objašnjavaju da je masovna promjena KM u eure produkt straha i lošeg iskustva iz rata u BiH.
"Poučeni lošim iskustvom, imaju pravo. Nisam, ali imam namjeru to uraditi," kaže jedna od građanki, dok druga pojašnjava: "Ima moje raje koja diže novac. Kažu: u onom smo ratu ostali bez para…. tako da sada svatko ima sefove po kući… nesigurnost je jedna velika".
Iz Središnje banke BiH na upit N1 odgovaraju da su svi zahtjevi komercijalnih banaka za podizanje euro-efektive uspješno realizirani te da je domaća valuta KM stabilna i nije ugrožena njena stabilnost.

"Kurs KM u odnosu na euro je fiksan i definiran Zakonom o Središnjoj banci. Komercijalne banke u Bosni i Hercegovini na zahtjev kupuju i prodaju konvertibilnu marku za euro, bez ograničenja i po zakonom utvrđenom tečaju,'' priopćili su iz Središnje banke BiH.
Također, ekonomski analitičari s kojima je razgovarano objašnjavaju da nema potrebe za paničnim mijenjanjem KM u eure i da se time smanjuje količina novca u optjecaju. Konvertibilna marka je, poručuju, vrlo stabilna, kao i prije mjesec i prije godinu dana, piše Dnevnik.ba.

"Prije svega bitno se osvrnuti na propise. Osnovni razlog nedostatka eura ili bilo koje strane valute su propisi koji reguliraju blagajnički maksimum unutar mjenjačkih mjesta ovlaštenih mjenjača. Dakle, postoji taj maksimum koji možemo imati u prostoriji i ne možemo iznad toga ići. Nemoguće je imati onoliko koliko bi klijenti željeli s određenom valutom, nije to samo sada nego i recimo postoje sezonski periodi kada ne možemo dovoljno imati recimo srpskih dinara, itd.", objašnjava Nejra Uštović Pektić, direktorica Exclusive Change BiH.
Građani s druge strane objašnjavaju da je masovna promjena KM u eure produkt straha i lošeg iskustva iz rata u BiH.
"Poučeni lošim iskustvom, imaju pravo. Nisam, ali imam namjeru to uraditi," kaže jedna od građanki, dok druga pojašnjava: "Ima moje raje koja diže novac. Kažu: u onom smo ratu ostali bez para…. tako da sada svatko ima sefove po kući… nesigurnost je jedna velika".
Iz Središnje banke BiH na upit N1 odgovaraju da su svi zahtjevi komercijalnih banaka za podizanje euro-efektive uspješno realizirani te da je domaća valuta KM stabilna i nije ugrožena njena stabilnost.
