S početkom mobilizacije u Rusiji za agresiju na Ukrajinu, dobar dio Rusa pobjegao je iz domovine. Dio ih je završio i u Beogradu, što je više nego dvostruko podiglo cijenu najma stanova. Na radost iznajmljivača, na tugu i bijes podstanara.

Jedan je Beograđanin svoj drugi, naslijeđeni stan odlučio iznajmiti Rusima.

– Stanarinu sam naplaćivao 150 eura, a kad su Rusi došli ovdje i cijene su počele skakati, pa sam i ja odlučio povećati stanarinu sa 150 na 400 eura. Svakome od nas treba novac, ako možemo iznajmiti stan za dvostruko više novca - zašto ne? Kad imaš djecu i radiš za plaću, teško se živi i povećanje stanarine je bila odlična opcija da si maksimalno olakšam život, kaže M. R. (35) za Telegraf .

Rusi su platili dva puta po 400 eura i ne trepnuvši

Stan koji je naslijedio od bake temeljito je renovirao i oglasio ga na internetskim grupama.

- Bilo mi je čudno da se naši ljudi ne javljaju na oglas, samo Rusi. A onda sam shvatio da je to mojih pet minuta. Dogovorio sam sve s Rusima. Nisu ni ulazili u stan, bili su jako sretni jer su našli smještaj, a ja sam bio zadovoljan jer sam uzeo prvu stanarinu od 400 eura plus polog u istom iznosu. Nikada mi naši ne bi toliko dali, rekao je M. R. za Telegraf.

Sve je, kaže, bilo kako treba. Prvi mjesec je otišao po stanarinu, a nakon toga su mu oni uplatili novac na račun. Doduše, susjedi su se nekoliko puta žalili na nered, ali Rusi su se ispričali i obećali da se to više neće ponoviti. Kad je nakon pet mjeseci trebalo platiti stanarinu, Rusa nije bilo. Poslije sedam dana zvao je susjede, a oni su mu rekli da ih nisu vidjeli, ali da su u stanu upaljena sva svjetla.

- Osjećao sam da nešto nije u redu. Pozvonio sam, ali nikoga nije bilo unutra. Odlučio sam razvaliti vrata i ući unutra. Šok! Stan je jako smrdio, smeće je bilo na podu, namještaj uništen, kreveti, madraci, sve je bilo uključeno, čak i perilica koja je bila prazna, i štednjak. Nisam mogao vjerovati da je to moj stan, WC školjka je bila začepljena, a na stolu je bila hrpa računa koji nikada nisu plaćeni. Za mjesec dana napravili su račun za struju od 600 eura. Na kraju sam morao platiti skoro 1500 eura da sve otplatim. Od danas u mom stanu nema mjesta strancima. Smanjio sam stanarinu i sada je 250 eura, opet 100 eura više nego prije, rekao je M.R.

Ima i poruku za lokalne iznajmljivače: "Pazite koga puštate u stan, spustite cijene i pustite naše ljude, ako ništa drugo, barem ih možete nađi ako pobjegnu, a kako da jurim Ruse", rekao je on za Telegraf.

Naravno iskustvo M.R.-a je specifično, imao je nesreću da naleti na takve podstanare iz pakla. Odluka je ipak na svakom iznajmljivaču pojedinačno, ali da bi trebalo voditi računa i o domaćim ljudima, nije upitno.

S početkom mobilizacije u Rusiji za agresiju na Ukrajinu, dobar dio Rusa pobjegao je iz domovine. Dio ih je završio i u Beogradu, što je više nego dvostruko podiglo cijenu najma stanova. Na radost iznajmljivača, na tugu i bijes podstanara.

Jedan je Beograđanin svoj drugi, naslijeđeni stan odlučio iznajmiti Rusima.

– Stanarinu sam naplaćivao 150 eura, a kad su Rusi došli ovdje i cijene su počele skakati, pa sam i ja odlučio povećati stanarinu sa 150 na 400 eura. Svakome od nas treba novac, ako možemo iznajmiti stan za dvostruko više novca - zašto ne? Kad imaš djecu i radiš za plaću, teško se živi i povećanje stanarine je bila odlična opcija da si maksimalno olakšam život, kaže M. R. (35) za Telegraf .

Stan koji je naslijedio od bake temeljito je renovirao i oglasio ga na internetskim grupama.

- Bilo mi je čudno da se naši ljudi ne javljaju na oglas, samo Rusi. A onda sam shvatio da je to mojih pet minuta. Dogovorio sam sve s Rusima. Nisu ni ulazili u stan, bili su jako sretni jer su našli smještaj, a ja sam bio zadovoljan jer sam uzeo prvu stanarinu od 400 eura plus polog u istom iznosu. Nikada mi naši ne bi toliko dali, rekao je M. R. za Telegraf.

Sve je, kaže, bilo kako treba. Prvi mjesec je otišao po stanarinu, a nakon toga su mu oni uplatili novac na račun. Doduše, susjedi su se nekoliko puta žalili na nered, ali Rusi su se ispričali i obećali da se to više neće ponoviti. Kad je nakon pet mjeseci trebalo platiti stanarinu, Rusa nije bilo. Poslije sedam dana zvao je susjede, a oni su mu rekli da ih nisu vidjeli, ali da su u stanu upaljena sva svjetla.

- Osjećao sam da nešto nije u redu. Pozvonio sam, ali nikoga nije bilo unutra. Odlučio sam razvaliti vrata i ući unutra. Šok! Stan je jako smrdio, smeće je bilo na podu, namještaj uništen, kreveti, madraci, sve je bilo uključeno, čak i perilica koja je bila prazna, i štednjak. Nisam mogao vjerovati da je to moj stan, WC školjka je bila začepljena, a na stolu je bila hrpa računa koji nikada nisu plaćeni. Za mjesec dana napravili su račun za struju od 600 eura. Na kraju sam morao platiti skoro 1500 eura da sve otplatim. Od danas u mom stanu nema mjesta strancima. Smanjio sam stanarinu i sada je 250 eura, opet 100 eura više nego prije, rekao je M.R.

Ima i poruku za lokalne iznajmljivače: "Pazite koga puštate u stan, spustite cijene i pustite naše ljude, ako ništa drugo, barem ih možete nađi ako pobjegnu, a kako da jurim Ruse", rekao je on za Telegraf.

Naravno iskustvo M.R.-a je specifično, imao je nesreću da naleti na takve podstanare iz pakla. Odluka je ipak na svakom iznajmljivaču pojedinačno, ali da bi trebalo voditi računa i o domaćim ljudima, nije upitno.
