O rezultatima izbora u Srbiji razgovarali smo s Filipom Balunovićem, analitičarem iz Instituta za filozofiju i društvenu teoriju u Beogradu.

- Nije li ovakav ishod nedjelje posve očekivan?

- S jedne strane, jest očekivan, ali s druge ljudi su bili svjesni da je realno stanje stvari u Srbiji dosta depresivno i ipak su se nadali. Mnogi su ostali razočarani vidjevši da je to opet 60 posto, da je uvjerljivo i da je prvi idući kandidat imao nekih tek 16-17 posto.

Što se tiče parlamentarnih izbora, tu su stvari najdepresivnije, najtragičnije, jer su u parlament ušle opcije koje su desno s izuzetkom koalicije Moramo, koja je, ajmo reći, lijevo. Ovo je proces, koji se počeo odvijati prije 30-ak godina u svim bivšim republikama SFRJ, 2022. je doživio svoj vrhunac. Imamo konzervativnu stranku na vlasti, fašistoidne i fašističke partije u oporbi.

Službe su odradile posao

Za partije poput Zavetnika uvjeren sam da su ih napravile službe, jer kako drugačije objasniti da doslovno ni iz čega neka stranka uzme četiri ili pet posto na parlamentarnim izborima?! Oni su bukvalno fantomska organizacija za koju nitko prije nije čuo. Ja ne znam bilo koga koji tu stranku smatra relevantnom. Jednom riječju, tragično. Vučić je dobio onakvu Srbiju kakvu je sanjao prije 30 godina.

- Jednom ste izjavili da Vučića može pobijediti samo bahati manipulator veći od njega. Očito je da oporba u Srbiji nema takvog igrača.

- Nema, i to se pokazalo ovog puta. Njegov najveći protukandidat je general Zdravko Ponoš, koji je sve, ali ne manipulator. Kao vojno lice, posve drugačije je karakterno posložen, a politički i ideološki samo djelomično. Mislim, ipak, da se sve ovo događa jer je 30 godina u Srbiji sustavno uništavana ljevica, bilo da je ona revolucionarna, reformistička, socijaldemokratska ili komunistička. Ljevica je uništavana, a ona je jedina brana fašizaciji društva.

Tračak nade

Jedina stranka ili koalicija koja je tu tračak nade jest Moramo, ali su imali gotovo zanemarive rezultate na izborima. Situacija je tek nešto bolja u Beogradu, ali je to daleko ispod onog što se očekivalo, samo 10-ak posto.

- Je li Beograd rezultatima ipak pokazao taj oporbeni stav prema Vučiću? Rezultati su, barem prema do sada prebrojanim glasovima, negdje u egalu.

- U izbornoj noći je bilo riječi da Beograd može ‘pasti’ i SNS izgubiti vlast. Prema prvim projekcijama, SNS i SPS imaju točno 56 vijećnika, koliko je potrebno za većinu u Skupštini od 110 članova. Ako ništa, bit će tijesno. S druge strane, koalicije okupljene oko Đilasa i Možemo nemaju niti blizu dovoljno za formiranje vlasti i morat će ići u koaliciju s desnim koalicijama.

Jedno je Nada, bivša Koštuničina partija koja je u koaliciji s monarhistima, snagama koje vjeruju u Srbiju kao kraljevinu, a druga Dveri Boška Obradovića, koji ide od pristojnog, uljuđenog do krajnjeg desničara, kako koji dan ustane. Ako će se praviti nova vlast, to će morati biti s minimalno jednom desnom strankom, što na lokalnoj razini i ne igra toliko značajnu ulogu ili ne bi trebalo. Beograd ostaje jedina šansa kao najvažniji dio Srbije i nije potkupljiv kao ostatak zemlje, jer nije toliko siromašan. Izborna komisija se povukla i prvi put rekla da neće izlaziti s rezultatima prvu noć. Okružila ju je policija.

Ljude zvali doma

- Kako to komentirate? Strah...

- Potpuno suludo! Svuda se događaju ove desne tendencije, u Mađarskoj koja nam je možda najsličnija, pa Hrvatskoj..., ali rijetko gdje se toliko očigledno kradu izbori. To se ne događa samo na dan izbora, već četiri godine mandata ucjenama, kupovinom, zastrašivanjem...

Na dan izbora tek se može vidjeti puna manifestacija svega toga, kada ljudi čekaju ispred u automobilima s nekakvim popisima i slično, zove ih se doma i u poduzeća i poziva na red.

- Hoće li se Vučić odreći Dačića?

- Mislim da neće jer mu ovog puta itekako treba za razliku od prošlih izbora, kada je sam imao apsolutnu većinu.

Ako se SPS nekim slučajem odluči ne podržati ih, SNS bi bio u problemu napraviti vladu.

Istina, imaju već spomenute Zavetnike, koji bi odmah uskočili. Oni jesu tu da rade usluge vlasti. SPS igra značajnu ulogu i u Beogradu. Meni, a ni mnogim drugima, nije jasno kako SPS dobiva glasove, tko su im birači. Nema naznaka da se do sada služe istom metodom kao SNS.

- Hoćemo li u idućih pet godina gledati istog, goreg ili možda boljeg Aleksandra Vučića?

- Uf! To je jako dobro pitanje ne koje je jako teško dati odgovor. Zavisi to od niza faktora koji se ne tiču samo Srbije i Vučića osobno. Ako uvjetno možemo govoriti o boljem ili dobrom Vučiću, to je onaj koji strahuje što će reći neki izvana.

Pusta obećanja

Poobećavao je svima sve i svašta uključujući zemlju, eksploataciju prirodnih bogatstava raznim kompanijama i vladama od Istoka do Zapada.

On je prezadužen i preuvjetovan čovjek, pa što pritisak sa strane bude jači, on će biti benigniji.

Ako podrška sa strane bude jenjavala i on procijeni da bi nekom izolacionističkom politikom mogao ostati na vlasti, onda ćete vidjeti pravog malignog Vučića, koji nikada nije prestao biti ono što jest. U svakom slučaju, tragična nedjelja u Srbiji i užasno izazovno vrijeme pred nama.

O rezultatima izbora u Srbiji razgovarali smo s Filipom Balunovićem, analitičarem iz Instituta za filozofiju i društvenu teoriju u Beogradu.

- Nije li ovakav ishod nedjelje posve očekivan?

- S jedne strane, jest očekivan, ali s druge ljudi su bili svjesni da je realno stanje stvari u Srbiji dosta depresivno i ipak su se nadali. Mnogi su ostali razočarani vidjevši da je to opet 60 posto, da je uvjerljivo i da je prvi idući kandidat imao nekih tek 16-17 posto.

Što se tiče parlamentarnih izbora, tu su stvari najdepresivnije, najtragičnije, jer su u parlament ušle opcije koje su desno s izuzetkom koalicije Moramo, koja je, ajmo reći, lijevo. Ovo je proces, koji se počeo odvijati prije 30-ak godina u svim bivšim republikama SFRJ, 2022. je doživio svoj vrhunac. Imamo konzervativnu stranku na vlasti, fašistoidne i fašističke partije u oporbi.

Službe su odradile posao

Za partije poput Zavetnika uvjeren sam da su ih napravile službe, jer kako drugačije objasniti da doslovno ni iz čega neka stranka uzme četiri ili pet posto na parlamentarnim izborima?! Oni su bukvalno fantomska organizacija za koju nitko prije nije čuo. Ja ne znam bilo koga koji tu stranku smatra relevantnom. Jednom riječju, tragično. Vučić je dobio onakvu Srbiju kakvu je sanjao prije 30 godina.

- Jednom ste izjavili da Vučića može pobijediti samo bahati manipulator veći od njega. Očito je da oporba u Srbiji nema takvog igrača.

- Nema, i to se pokazalo ovog puta. Njegov najveći protukandidat je general Zdravko Ponoš, koji je sve, ali ne manipulator. Kao vojno lice, posve drugačije je karakterno posložen, a politički i ideološki samo djelomično. Mislim, ipak, da se sve ovo događa jer je 30 godina u Srbiji sustavno uništavana ljevica, bilo da je ona revolucionarna, reformistička, socijaldemokratska ili komunistička. Ljevica je uništavana, a ona je jedina brana fašizaciji društva.

Tračak nade

Jedina stranka ili koalicija koja je tu tračak nade jest Moramo, ali su imali gotovo zanemarive rezultate na izborima. Situacija je tek nešto bolja u Beogradu, ali je to daleko ispod onog što se očekivalo, samo 10-ak posto.

- Je li Beograd rezultatima ipak pokazao taj oporbeni stav prema Vučiću? Rezultati su, barem prema do sada prebrojanim glasovima, negdje u egalu.

- U izbornoj noći je bilo riječi da Beograd može ‘pasti’ i SNS izgubiti vlast. Prema prvim projekcijama, SNS i SPS imaju točno 56 vijećnika, koliko je potrebno za većinu u Skupštini od 110 članova. Ako ništa, bit će tijesno. S druge strane, koalicije okupljene oko Đilasa i Možemo nemaju niti blizu dovoljno za formiranje vlasti i morat će ići u koaliciju s desnim koalicijama.

Jedno je Nada, bivša Koštuničina partija koja je u koaliciji s monarhistima, snagama koje vjeruju u Srbiju kao kraljevinu, a druga Dveri Boška Obradovića, koji ide od pristojnog, uljuđenog do krajnjeg desničara, kako koji dan ustane. Ako će se praviti nova vlast, to će morati biti s minimalno jednom desnom strankom, što na lokalnoj razini i ne igra toliko značajnu ulogu ili ne bi trebalo. Beograd ostaje jedina šansa kao najvažniji dio Srbije i nije potkupljiv kao ostatak zemlje, jer nije toliko siromašan. Izborna komisija se povukla i prvi put rekla da neće izlaziti s rezultatima prvu noć. Okružila ju je policija.

Ljude zvali doma

- Kako to komentirate? Strah...

- Potpuno suludo! Svuda se događaju ove desne tendencije, u Mađarskoj koja nam je možda najsličnija, pa Hrvatskoj..., ali rijetko gdje se toliko očigledno kradu izbori. To se ne događa samo na dan izbora, već četiri godine mandata ucjenama, kupovinom, zastrašivanjem...

Na dan izbora tek se može vidjeti puna manifestacija svega toga, kada ljudi čekaju ispred u automobilima s nekakvim popisima i slično, zove ih se doma i u poduzeća i poziva na red.

- Hoće li se Vučić odreći Dačića?

- Mislim da neće jer mu ovog puta itekako treba za razliku od prošlih izbora, kada je sam imao apsolutnu većinu.

Ako se SPS nekim slučajem odluči ne podržati ih, SNS bi bio u problemu napraviti vladu.

Istina, imaju već spomenute Zavetnike, koji bi odmah uskočili. Oni jesu tu da rade usluge vlasti. SPS igra značajnu ulogu i u Beogradu. Meni, a ni mnogim drugima, nije jasno kako SPS dobiva glasove, tko su im birači. Nema naznaka da se do sada služe istom metodom kao SNS.

- Hoćemo li u idućih pet godina gledati istog, goreg ili možda boljeg Aleksandra Vučića?

- Uf! To je jako dobro pitanje ne koje je jako teško dati odgovor. Zavisi to od niza faktora koji se ne tiču samo Srbije i Vučića osobno. Ako uvjetno možemo govoriti o boljem ili dobrom Vučiću, to je onaj koji strahuje što će reći neki izvana.

Pusta obećanja

Poobećavao je svima sve i svašta uključujući zemlju, eksploataciju prirodnih bogatstava raznim kompanijama i vladama od Istoka do Zapada.

On je prezadužen i preuvjetovan čovjek, pa što pritisak sa strane bude jači, on će biti benigniji.

Ako podrška sa strane bude jenjavala i on procijeni da bi nekom izolacionističkom politikom mogao ostati na vlasti, onda ćete vidjeti pravog malignog Vučića, koji nikada nije prestao biti ono što jest. U svakom slučaju, tragična nedjelja u Srbiji i užasno izazovno vrijeme pred nama.
