HDZ-ov zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Karlo Ressler u velikom intervjuu za nedjeljno izdanje Novog lista reterirao je od svog nedavnog istupa na televiziji N1 koji je protumačen kao njegovo okretanje leđa Andreju Plenkoviću uoči predstojećih unutarstranačkih izbora.

- U fazi smo kada nitko od kandidata neće imati a priori bjanko podršku od nikoga, razgovarat ćemo o svemu. Cijenim Andreja Plenkovića, sve što je napravio i za HDZ i za Hrvatsku, izjavio je prije nekoliko tjedana Ressler na televiziji N1, a sada u Novom listu tvrdi da je za njega ipak Plenković najbolji odabir i dodaje da je bio žrtva 'neutemeljenih interpretacija'.

Na pitanje hoće li se i sam kandidirati te koga će podržati za predsjednika HDZ-a, Ressler kaže da u demokratskom procesu unutar HDZ-a trebaju sudjelovati svi.

- Odgovornost svakog člana je izreći svoje mišljenje o tome kako osnažiti HDZ da budemo spremni za parlamentarne izbore. Preduvjet za to je da razgovaramo otvoreno i iskreno jedni s drugima. Trebamo biti realni i prepoznati sva postignuća koja su ostvarena, ali isto tako prepoznati da je HDZ trenutno pred izazovima na koje treba znati dobro odgovoriti. Ovo je prilika da se konsolidiramo, da ojačamo stranku, da izvučemo pouke iz prethodnih izbora i biramo kandidate koji su se dokazali svojim radom, sposobnošću i osobnim integritetom te mogu donijeti pobjedu HDZ-a na izborima. Uvjeren sam da iz ovih unutarstranačkih izbora možemo izaći jači, rekao je Ressler.

Na pitanje o njegovoj izjavi za N1 od prije dva tjedna Ressler odgovara:

- Meni se to čini kao dosta normalan stav. Bilo je i neutemeljenih interpretacija koje su išle puno dalje od onoga što sam rekao. Ali prošlo je vrijeme polaganja nekakvih političkih zakletvi vjernosti. Godine 2020. se ne može očekivati razmišljanje u kategorijama političkih prisega, a posebice unaprijed, prije nego su i raspisani izbori. Moramo inzistirati na znanju i poštenju, nastaviti s modernizacijom HDZ-a i prilagodbom izazovima današnjice. Moramo objektivno sagledati rezultate, sve ono što je napravljeno, ali i kako osnažiti HDZ. I zbog svega toga smatram da je na unutarstranačkim izborima Andrej Plenković najbolji odabir za HDZ, ali isto tako smatram da je iznimno važno da se u vodstvu HDZ-a okupe svi dijelovi stranke, rekao je Ressler u intervjuu za Novi list.

Na pitanje znači li to da smatra da Plenković treba ostati na čelu stranke, Ressler odgovara da je bio jasan, no ni da ne želi proces stranačkih izbora svesti samo na to pitanje.

Kratko se osvrnuo i na kandidaturu Plenkovićevih oponenata, Mire Kovača, Davora Ive Stiera i Ivana Penave. Kaže da je dobro da će biti više kandidata, a na pitanje novinara progovorio je o svom odnosu sa Stierom.

- Poštujem ga, slažemo se oko puno toga i vjerujem da ćemo i ubuduće kvalitetno surađivati.

HDZ-ov zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Karlo Ressler u velikom intervjuu za nedjeljno izdanje Novog lista reterirao je od svog nedavnog istupa na televiziji N1 koji je protumačen kao njegovo okretanje leđa Andreju Plenkoviću uoči predstojećih unutarstranačkih izbora.

- U fazi smo kada nitko od kandidata neće imati a priori bjanko podršku od nikoga, razgovarat ćemo o svemu. Cijenim Andreja Plenkovića, sve što je napravio i za HDZ i za Hrvatsku, izjavio je prije nekoliko tjedana Ressler na televiziji N1, a sada u Novom listu tvrdi da je za njega ipak Plenković najbolji odabir i dodaje da je bio žrtva 'neutemeljenih interpretacija'.

Na pitanje hoće li se i sam kandidirati te koga će podržati za predsjednika HDZ-a, Ressler kaže da u demokratskom procesu unutar HDZ-a trebaju sudjelovati svi.

- Odgovornost svakog člana je izreći svoje mišljenje o tome kako osnažiti HDZ da budemo spremni za parlamentarne izbore. Preduvjet za to je da razgovaramo otvoreno i iskreno jedni s drugima. Trebamo biti realni i prepoznati sva postignuća koja su ostvarena, ali isto tako prepoznati da je HDZ trenutno pred izazovima na koje treba znati dobro odgovoriti. Ovo je prilika da se konsolidiramo, da ojačamo stranku, da izvučemo pouke iz prethodnih izbora i biramo kandidate koji su se dokazali svojim radom, sposobnošću i osobnim integritetom te mogu donijeti pobjedu HDZ-a na izborima. Uvjeren sam da iz ovih unutarstranačkih izbora možemo izaći jači, rekao je Ressler.

Na pitanje o njegovoj izjavi za N1 od prije dva tjedna Ressler odgovara:

- Meni se to čini kao dosta normalan stav. Bilo je i neutemeljenih interpretacija koje su išle puno dalje od onoga što sam rekao. Ali prošlo je vrijeme polaganja nekakvih političkih zakletvi vjernosti. Godine 2020. se ne može očekivati razmišljanje u kategorijama političkih prisega, a posebice unaprijed, prije nego su i raspisani izbori. Moramo inzistirati na znanju i poštenju, nastaviti s modernizacijom HDZ-a i prilagodbom izazovima današnjice. Moramo objektivno sagledati rezultate, sve ono što je napravljeno, ali i kako osnažiti HDZ. I zbog svega toga smatram da je na unutarstranačkim izborima Andrej Plenković najbolji odabir za HDZ, ali isto tako smatram da je iznimno važno da se u vodstvu HDZ-a okupe svi dijelovi stranke, rekao je Ressler u intervjuu za Novi list.

Na pitanje znači li to da smatra da Plenković treba ostati na čelu stranke, Ressler odgovara da je bio jasan, no ni da ne želi proces stranačkih izbora svesti samo na to pitanje.

Kratko se osvrnuo i na kandidaturu Plenkovićevih oponenata, Mire Kovača, Davora Ive Stiera i Ivana Penave. Kaže da je dobro da će biti više kandidata, a na pitanje novinara progovorio je o svom odnosu sa Stierom.

- Poštujem ga, slažemo se oko puno toga i vjerujem da ćemo i ubuduće kvalitetno surađivati.

HDZ-ov zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Karlo Ressler u velikom intervjuu za nedjeljno izdanje Novog lista reterirao je od svog nedavnog istupa na televiziji N1 koji je protumačen kao njegovo okretanje leđa Andreju Plenkoviću uoči predstojećih unutarstranačkih izbora.

- U fazi smo kada nitko od kandidata neće imati a priori bjanko podršku od nikoga, razgovarat ćemo o svemu. Cijenim Andreja Plenkovića, sve što je napravio i za HDZ i za Hrvatsku, izjavio je prije nekoliko tjedana Ressler na televiziji N1, a sada u Novom listu tvrdi da je za njega ipak Plenković najbolji odabir i dodaje da je bio žrtva 'neutemeljenih interpretacija'.

Na pitanje hoće li se i sam kandidirati te koga će podržati za predsjednika HDZ-a, Ressler kaže da u demokratskom procesu unutar HDZ-a trebaju ...
