Računali su da vrijeme radi za njih. I da će afera s HEP-om i plinom za cent pasti u zaborav. No kako vrijeme više odmiče, klupko se sve više odmotava. Posebno kad je riječ o vezama vrha te kompanije s plinskim magnatom Pavlom Vujnovcem.

U najnovijoj epizodi zastupnik Mosta Zvonimir Troskot javnosti je otkrio da je član Uprave HEP-a Tomislav Šambić od Vujnovca, koncem veljače 2021., kupio peterosobni stan od 140 kvadrata na dvije etaže i tri garažna mjesta. I za to platio 280 tisuća eura. Točnije 1784 eura po kvadratu.

Vujnovčeva tvrtka PPD je isti stan kupila u veljači 2012. godine. I platila ga 376.750 eura s PDV-om. A potom je Vujnovčev PPD stan 2017. prodao Vujnovcu za 318 tisuća eura. Svi iznosi su bili viši o onoga koji je platio Šambić. Što, uvjeren je Troskot, budi sumnju u sukob interesa.

– Riječ je o članu Uprave HEP-a koji je radio na poslovima koji su izravno vezani uz Prvo plinarsko društvo. Govorimo o direktnim transakcijama s plinom i indirektnim transakcijama brojila, tu je riječ o stotinama tisuća eura. I onda od svih stanova taj član Uprave baš od Vujnovca kupi dvoetažni stan po cijenama daleko ispod tržišne – upozorio je u srijedu Troskot.

Njegova teza je jasna: slavonski poduzetnik koji se obogatio na plinu pokorio je sve institucije u zemlji. I zbog toga je Most poslao kupoprodajne ugovore europskim istražnim tijelima, koja bi trebala utvrditi ima li kakve uzročno - posljedične veze između činjenice da je Šambić stan kupio od Vujnovca, i transakcija koje je on kao član Uprave HEP-a potpisivao, a koje su se odnosile na Vujnovčevo poslovno carstvo.

U međuvremenu iz Vujnovčeva kruga stiglo je pojašnjenje da je stan Šambiću prodao nakon petrinjskog i zagrebačkog potresa te da ga nije prodao ispod cijene jer je u njega u to vrijeme trebalo dosta uložiti. Šambić je, pak, potvrdio da Vujnovca poznaje već dugo, još iz svojih osječkih dana, te da nema govora o sukobu interesa jer odluke donosi Uprava HEP-a, ne on sam.

Vezama državne energetske kompanije i plinskog tajkuna već neko vrijeme bavi se USKOK. Propituju se pritom i postupci predsjednika Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarića, i zbog afere "plin za cent" i zbog njegove bez građevinske dozvole izgrađene kuće na Hvaru. No bez obzira na pravosudni ishod ove sage, neosporno je da ona već sada ima i svojih političkih reperkusija.

HDZ je imao jasan plan. Vladajuća se stranka intenzivno priprema za superizbornu godinu. Bilda socijalne transfere, umirovljenicima i braniteljima isplaćuje dodatke, zauzdava cijene energenata i trudi se biračima pokazati u što boljem svjetlu. Kako bi za koji mjesec, a možda već i na proljeće, raspisala parlamentarne izbore i sa što boljih pozicija krenula u bitku za još jedan, treći po redu mandat.

No svako malo neki ih novi krak plinske afere vrati unatrag. "Plin za cent" nikako da padne u zaborav.

Da je premijer Andrej Plenković ovoga ljeta smijenio Barbarića s čela HEP-a, puno toga u međuvremenu ne bi isplivalo. Ovako, Barbarić i HEP postali su zbog svojih veza s Vujnovcem laka meta za oporbene napade, u kojima posljedično strada i sam premijer. Pa ga se tako danima proziva kao zaštitnika plinskog tajkuna, njegov HDZ prokazuje kao političku filijalu PPD-a. A na aktualnom prijepodnevu doživi salvu kritika jer još uvijek nije raščistio plinsku aferu.

Svaki premijer, pa tako i Plenković, čuva sebi pravo da sam odabere tajming kad će nekog od dužnosnika koje je postavio smijeniti. Nezgodno je bilo koga micati kad to traži oporba, jer time se de facto priznaje poraz.

Uz to, Barbarić je jasno poručio da se ne osjeća odgovornim za bagatelnu prodaju plina. I da s mjesta šefa HEP-a ne namjerava odstupiti. Plenkoviću otežava poziciju to što plinska afera sada već toliko dugo traje da posljedice počinje osjećati i on sam, kao i njegov HDZ.

A to uoči izbora nije najidealnija situacija.

Pogotovo ako se na njima želi pobijediti. •

Računali su da vrijeme radi za njih. I da će afera s HEP-om i plinom za cent pasti u zaborav. No kako vrijeme više odmiče, klupko se sve više odmotava. Posebno kad je riječ o vezama vrha te kompanije s plinskim magnatom Pavlom Vujnovcem.

U najnovijoj epizodi zastupnik Mosta Zvonimir Troskot javnosti je otkrio da je član Uprave HEP-a Tomislav Šambić od Vujnovca, koncem veljače 2021., kupio peterosobni stan od 140 kvadrata na dvije etaže i tri garažna mjesta. I za to platio 280 tisuća eura. Točnije 1784 eura po kvadratu.

Vujnovčeva tvrtka PPD je isti stan kupila u veljači 2012. godine. I platila ga 376.750 eura s PDV-om. A potom je Vujnovčev PPD stan 2017. prodao Vujnovcu za 318 tisuća eura. Svi iznosi su bili viši o onoga koji je platio Šambić. Što, uvjeren je Troskot, budi sumnju u sukob interesa.

– Riječ je o članu Uprave HEP-a koji je radio na poslovima koji su izravno vezani uz Prvo plinarsko društvo. Govorimo o direktnim transakcijama s plinom i indirektnim transakcijama brojila, tu je riječ o stotinama tisuća eura. I onda od svih stanova taj član Uprave baš od Vujnovca kupi dvoetažni stan po cijenama daleko ispod tržišne – upozorio je u srijedu Troskot.

Njegova teza je jasna: slavonski poduzetnik koji se obogatio na plinu pokorio je sve institucije u zemlji. I zbog toga je Most poslao kupoprodajne ugovore europskim istražnim tijelima, koja bi trebala utvrditi ima li kakve uzročno - posljedične veze između činjenice da je Šambić stan kupio od Vujnovca, i transakcija koje je on kao član Uprave HEP-a potpisivao, a koje su se odnosile na Vujnovčevo poslovno carstvo.

U međuvremenu iz Vujnovčeva kruga stiglo je pojašnjenje da je stan Šambiću prodao nakon petrinjskog i zagrebačkog potresa te da ga nije prodao ispod cijene jer je u njega u to vrijeme trebalo dosta uložiti. Šambić je, pak, potvrdio da Vujnovca poznaje već dugo, još iz svojih osječkih dana, te da nema govora o sukobu interesa jer odluke donosi Uprava HEP-a, ne on sam.

Vezama državne energetske kompanije i plinskog tajkuna već neko vrijeme bavi se USKOK. Propituju se pritom i postupci predsjednika Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarića, i zbog afere "plin za cent" i zbog njegove bez građevinske dozvole izgrađene kuće na Hvaru. No bez obzira na pravosudni ishod ove sage, neosporno je da ona već sada ima i svojih političkih reperkusija.

HDZ je imao jasan plan. Vladajuća se stranka intenzivno priprema za superizbornu godinu. Bilda socijalne transfere, umirovljenicima i braniteljima isplaćuje dodatke, zauzdava cijene energenata i trudi se biračima pokazati u što boljem svjetlu. Kako bi za koji mjesec, a možda već i na proljeće, raspisala parlamentarne izbore i sa što boljih pozicija krenula u bitku za još jedan, treći po redu mandat.

No svako malo neki ih novi krak plinske afere vrati unatrag. "Plin za cent" nikako da padne u zaborav.

Da je premijer Andrej Plenković ovoga ljeta smijenio Barbarića s čela HEP-a, puno toga u međuvremenu ne bi isplivalo. Ovako, Barbarić i HEP postali su zbog svojih veza s Vujnovcem laka meta za oporbene napade, u kojima posljedično strada i sam premijer. Pa ga se tako danima proziva kao zaštitnika plinskog tajkuna, njegov HDZ prokazuje kao političku filijalu PPD-a. A na aktualnom prijepodnevu doživi salvu kritika jer još uvijek nije raščistio plinsku aferu.

Svaki premijer, pa tako i Plenković, čuva sebi pravo da sam odabere tajming kad će nekog od dužnosnika koje je postavio smijeniti. Nezgodno je bilo koga micati kad to traži oporba, jer time se de facto priznaje poraz.

Uz to, Barbarić je jasno poručio da se ne osjeća odgovornim za bagatelnu prodaju plina. I da s mjesta šefa HEP-a ne namjerava odstupiti. Plenkoviću otežava poziciju to što plinska afera sada već toliko dugo traje da posljedice počinje osjećati i on sam, kao i njegov HDZ.

A to uoči izbora nije najidealnija situacija.

Pogotovo ako se na njima želi pobijediti. •
