Kakva je daljnja sudbina dojučerašnje načelnice Lovreća Anite Nosić u HDZ-u?

Hoće li biti izbačena iz matične stranke koja joj je i omogućila načelničku funkciju, a koju je izgubila zbog promjene prebivališta nakon što je kupila stan subvencioniranim kreditom, upitali smo prvog čovjeka županijske organizacije HDZ-a Antu Sanadera.

– Bilo bi neozbiljno od mene i privatno, a i kao predstavnika stranke, da komentiram nešto o čemu nemam dovoljno podataka. Kad Ministarstvo uprave obavi inspekcijski nadzor, kad se utvrde sve činjenice ovog slučaja, tada ćemo pred stranačkim tijelima odlučiti o sudbini Anite Nosić – rekao nam je Sanader, predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinske županijske organizacije HDZ-a.

Zahuktali se izbori

No, budući da su HDZ-ovci u zahuktalim izborima za svoj stranački vrh na razini Hrvatske, još se nije raspravljalo o sudbini 30-godišnjakinje koja je promjenom prebivališta osigurala kupnju stana po znatno nižim cijenama od tržišnih, te dvije godine od četiri moguće koristila APN-ovu subvenciju od 1768 kuna mjesečno za plaćanje pola anuiteta.

Kad će se točno na dnevnom redu stranačkih tijela naći njezin slučaj, ovisi o rezultatima nalaza iz Ministarstva uprave.

I mi čekamo podatke za razrješenje cijele ove zavrzlame o čelniku male općine u zapadnom dijelu Imotske krajine iz Ministarstva uprave, jer unatoč njihovu očitovanju od ponedjeljka popodne kako će Anitu Nosić na načelničkome mjestu automatizmom zamijeniti Petar Petričević, njezin zamjenik, on još uvijek nije stupio na dužnost.

On sam nam je rekao u utorak oko podne, kad smo ga pronašli na njegovu radnome mjestu u Zadvarju, u LAG-u “Adrion”, kako ga nitko iz Ministarstva i Općine nije kontaktirao, pa nema komentara oko cijele situacije.

No, očito je da mladi zamjenik načelnice, koji tu funkciju volonterski obnaša od izbora u svibnju 2017., nema ni političkog iskustva, budući da nas je nazvao u srijedu ujutro nakon objavljivanja našeg teksta o stanju u Lovreću tražeći da izbrišemo njegove izjave.

On zaboravlja da je izlaskom na izbore postao javna osoba, politička osoba koja, osim benefita, ima i odgovornost, a to uključuje i javnosti dostupne informacije o njegovu radu, izjave, odluke...

I Anita Nosić i Petar Petričević su u svibnju 2017. godine svojevoljno ušli u političku arenu sudjelujući na lokalnim izborima, gdje ih je u njihovu Lovreću neposredno izabralo 81,34 posto birača. Pa su mlade snage HDZ-a trebale i opravdati povjerenje koje su dobili od svojih sumještana, te su barem mogli pročitati Zakon o jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

Tada bi znali da im promjenom prebivališta automatski prestaje mandat načelnika, i da javnost ima pravo pratiti što rade, da trebaju odgovarati za svoje poteze, te da javnosti trebaju biti dostupne i njihove izjave. A poglavito one jesu li istupili s dužnosti načelnika ili su pak stupili na novu dužnost, odnosno zamjenički status promijenili u načelnički!

Za to su, uostalom, i tražili te dobili glasove i povjerenje svojih sumještana.

Kakva je daljnja sudbina dojučerašnje načelnice Lovreća Anite Nosić u HDZ-u?

Hoće li biti izbačena iz matične stranke koja joj je i omogućila načelničku funkciju, a koju je izgubila zbog promjene prebivališta nakon što je kupila stan subvencioniranim kreditom, upitali smo prvog čovjeka županijske organizacije HDZ-a Antu Sanadera.

– Bilo bi neozbiljno od mene i privatno, a i kao predstavnika stranke, da komentiram nešto o čemu nemam dovoljno podataka. Kad Ministarstvo uprave obavi inspekcijski nadzor, kad se utvrde sve činjenice ovog slučaja, tada ćemo pred stranačkim tijelima odlučiti o sudbini Anite Nosić – rekao nam je Sanader, predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinske županijske organizacije HDZ-a.

Zahuktali se izbori

No, budući da su HDZ-ovci u zahuktalim izborima za svoj stranački vrh na razini Hrvatske, još se nije raspravljalo o sudbini 30-godišnjakinje koja je promjenom prebivališta osigurala kupnju stana po znatno nižim cijenama od tržišnih, te dvije godine od četiri moguće koristila APN-ovu subvenciju od 1768 kuna mjesečno za plaćanje pola anuiteta.

Kad će se točno na dnevnom redu stranačkih tijela naći njezin slučaj, ovisi o rezultatima nalaza iz Ministarstva uprave.

I mi čekamo podatke za razrješenje cijele ove zavrzlame o čelniku male općine u zapadnom dijelu Imotske krajine iz Ministarstva uprave, jer unatoč njihovu očitovanju od ponedjeljka popodne kako će Anitu Nosić na načelničkome mjestu automatizmom zamijeniti Petar Petričević, njezin zamjenik, on još uvijek nije stupio na dužnost.

On sam nam je rekao u utorak oko podne, kad smo ga pronašli na njegovu radnome mjestu u Zadvarju, u LAG-u “Adrion”, kako ga nitko iz Ministarstva i Općine nije kontaktirao, pa nema komentara oko cijele situacije.

No, očito je da mladi zamjenik načelnice, koji tu funkciju volonterski obnaša od izbora u svibnju 2017., nema ni političkog iskustva, budući da nas je nazvao u srijedu ujutro nakon objavljivanja našeg teksta o stanju u Lovreću tražeći da izbrišemo njegove izjave.

On zaboravlja da je izlaskom na izbore postao javna osoba, politička osoba koja, osim benefita, ima i odgovornost, a to uključuje i javnosti dostupne informacije o njegovu radu, izjave, odluke...

I Anita Nosić i Petar Petričević su u svibnju 2017. godine svojevoljno ušli u političku arenu sudjelujući na lokalnim izborima, gdje ih je u njihovu Lovreću neposredno izabralo 81,34 posto birača. Pa su mlade snage HDZ-a trebale i opravdati povjerenje koje su dobili od svojih sumještana, te su barem mogli pročitati Zakon o jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

Tada bi znali da im promjenom prebivališta automatski prestaje mandat načelnika, i da javnost ima pravo pratiti što rade, da trebaju odgovarati za svoje poteze, te da javnosti trebaju biti dostupne i njihove izjave. A poglavito one jesu li istupili s dužnosti načelnika ili su pak stupili na novu dužnost, odnosno zamjenički status promijenili u načelnički!

Za to su, uostalom, i tražili te dobili glasove i povjerenje svojih sumještana.

Kakva je daljnja sudbina dojučerašnje načelnice Lovreća Anite Nosić u HDZ-u?

Hoće li biti izbačena iz matične stranke koja joj je i omogućila načelničku funkciju, a koju je izgubila zbog promjene prebivališta nakon što je kupila stan subvencioniranim kreditom, upitali smo prvog čovjeka županijske organizacije HDZ-a Antu Sanadera.

– Bilo bi neozbiljno od mene i privatno, a i kao predstavnika stranke, da komentiram nešto o čemu nemam dovoljno podataka. Kad Ministarstvo uprave obavi inspekcijski nadzor, kad se utvrde sve činjenice ovog slučaja, tada ćemo pred stranačkim tijelima odlučiti o sudbini Anite Nosić – rekao nam je Sanader, predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinske županijske organizacije HDZ-a.
