Ako se obistine posljednje prognoze, najjačoj oporbenoj stranci prijeti ozbiljan potop na svibanjskim lokalnim izborima. SDP-ov kandidat u Zagrebu Joško Klisović, prema istraživanju koje je ovih dana objavila N1 televizija, može računati tek na 7,6 posto glasova.

Gotovo upola manje nego što ima HDZ-ov kandidat u Zagrebu Davor Filipović, koji uživa potporu 13,4 ispitanika i koji za sada ima najveće šanse ući u drugi krug. Manje nego što ima politička veteranka Vesna Škare Ožbolt (10,1 posto) i nešto manje od Miroslava Škore (7,7 posto), koji se u utrku uključio tek nakon pogreba Milana Bandića.

Klisović je jedna od perjanica prvo Milanovićeva, onda i Grbinova SDP-a. Bivši diplomat ozbiljan je i odmjeren političar verziran u vanjskopolitičkim pitanjima. No Zagrepčani ga očito nisu prepoznali kao čovjeka promjene, koji će ih izvesti iz kloake mita i korupcije u koju je Zagreb upao tijekom Bandićeve vladavine.

Tu ulogu, sudeći po potpori od 37,2 posto, namijenili su lideru platforme Možemo Tomislavu Tomaševiću. Da stvar bude gora, potpora koju je Klisović imao na početku utrke posljednjih tjedana počela je rapidno opadati.

Razlaz s Bandićem

Najjača oporbena stranka u glavnom je hrvatskom gradu naprosto izišla iz mode. Socijaldemokrati su devet godina upravljali Zagrebom. Sve do razlaza s Bandićem 2009., od kojega se do danas nikada nisu oporavili. Raspuštanje lokalnih organizacija, istjerivanje viđenijih članova, guranje u prvi plan poslušnih mediokriteta bila je glavna odrednica SDP-a u doba kada je tom strankom upravljao Milanović, a ljudi koji danas vode SDP mu u tome sekundirali. Takva politika uzima svoj danak. I na svibanjskim bi lokalnim izborima definitivno mogla doći na naplatu.

Strmoglavi pad SDP nije doživio samo u Zagrebu. U Splitu, gradu u kojemu je ne tako davne 2013. godine osvojio vlast, mladi i agilni SDP-ov kandidat Ante Franić za sada nije u igri za drugi krug. U Rijeci, neosvojivoj utvrdi socijaldemokrata još od 1990., stranački kandidat Marko Filipović vodi, ali ne toliko uvjerljivo da bi bio siguran u pobjedu. Pogotovo ako mu u drugom krugu na megdan iziđe prof. dr. Davor Štimac, bivši ravnatelj riječkoga KBC-a. Riječani su već dulje vrijeme nezadovoljni bilancom SDP-ove vlasti u Rijeci. I lako bi se u drugom krugu mogli okrenuti nezavisnom kandidatu Štimčeva profila.

HDZ je u pravilu oduvijek imao najveći broj gradonačelnika, načelnika i župana. No socijaldemokrati su se sve do 2005. prilično solidno nosili s njima, u prvom redu zahvaljujući Račanovoj taktici sklapanja potentnih koalicija i isticanja najjačih stranačkih imena u prvi plan.

Te je godine SDP uvjerljivo pobijedio u dva od četiri najveća hrvatska grada, Zagrebu i Rijeci. U Splitu na lokalnim izborima 2005. SDP-ova lista je osvojila najviše glasova, iz današnje perspektive nevjerojatnih 28 posto. Te je godine Davorko Vidović uspio pobijediti HDZ i preuzeti vlast u Sisku. Isto je u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji pošlo za rukom i Marini Lovrić Merzel.

Zdravko Ronko odnio je pobjedu u drugoj HDZ-ovoj utvrdi – Požegi. Socijaldemokrati su u Slavonskom Brodu osvojili danas nevjerojatnih 32 posto, u Đakovu 51 posto. Tonino Picula postao je gradonačelnik Velike Gorice. U Brodsko-posavskoj županiji bili su prva lista, a SDP je pobijedio i u Sinju, gdje je alkarski vojvoda Nikola Tomašević postao gradonačelnik. Ukupno gledano, 2005. je SDP zajedno s partnerima – ako se gleda zbroj glasova za županijske liste – ukupno osvojio 41,5 posto glasova. Iz današnje perspektive riječ je o brojci koja zvuči kao "science fiction".

Zvučni porazi

A onda je uslijedila stagnacija. Na izborima 2009., SDP-ova kandidata u Splitu Ranka Ostojića uvjerljivo je pobijedio Željko Kerum. SDP je zadržao Zagreb i Rijeku, izgubio Sisak i Veliku Goricu. Željko Sabo uspio je pobijediti u Vukovaru, Ante Županović u Šibeniku, a HNS-ovac Andro Vlahušić u Vukovaru, što je popravilo ukupan dojam. Četiri godine poslije, SDP je doživio zvučan poraz, u Zagrebu izgubivši bitku protiv Bandića.

Te 2013. socijaldemokrati više nisu bili na vlasti ni u Šibeniku, Vukovaru, Dubrovniku, Požegi, a pokušaj osvajanja Istre kontra IDS-a neslavno je propao. Jedina svijetla točka tih izbora za socijaldemokrate bila je pobjeda Ive Baldasara u Splitu.

Na prošlim lokalnim izborima, SDP je sve snage usmjerio da zadrži ono malo što je do tada imao. Od većih gradova to su bili Rijeka, Sisak i Čakovec. I to je, uz pojedine bljeskove poput pobjede Ante Bilića u Trogiru, bilo to. U Zagrebu je koalicijska lista SDP-a i HNS-a osvojila 20 posto. U Splitu je SDP-ovoj listi pripalo samo 10 posto.

Novog lidera socijaldemokrata Peđu Grbina u svibnju stoga čeka težak izazov. Da očuva Rijeku i zadrži vlast u Sisku. I da ne doživi fijasko u Zagrebu. Sve ispod toga bio bi potop biblijskih razmjera.

Od kojega bi se socijaldemokrati teško oporavili.

Ako se obistine posljednje prognoze, najjačoj oporbenoj stranci prijeti ozbiljan potop na svibanjskim lokalnim izborima. SDP-ov kandidat u Zagrebu Joško Klisović, prema istraživanju koje je ovih dana objavila N1 televizija, može računati tek na 7,6 posto glasova.

Gotovo upola manje nego što ima HDZ-ov kandidat u Zagrebu Davor Filipović, koji uživa potporu 13,4 ispitanika i koji za sada ima najveće šanse ući u drugi krug. Manje nego što ima politička veteranka Vesna Škare Ožbolt (10,1 posto) i nešto manje od Miroslava Škore (7,7 posto), koji se u utrku uključio tek nakon pogreba Milana Bandića.

Klisović je jedna od perjanica prvo Milanovićeva, onda i Grbinova SDP-a. Bivši diplomat ozbiljan je i odmjeren političar verziran u vanjskopolitičkim pitanjima. No Zagrepčani ga očito nisu prepoznali kao čovjeka promjene, koji će ih izvesti iz kloake mita i korupcije u koju je Zagreb upao tijekom Bandićeve vladavine.

Tu ulogu, sudeći po potpori od 37,2 posto, namijenili su lideru platforme Možemo Tomislavu Tomaševiću. Da stvar bude gora, potpora koju je Klisović imao na početku utrke posljednjih tjedana počela je rapidno opadati.

Razlaz s Bandićem

Najjača oporbena stranka u glavnom je hrvatskom gradu naprosto izišla iz mode. Socijaldemokrati su devet godina upravljali Zagrebom. Sve do razlaza s Bandićem 2009., od kojega se do danas nikada nisu oporavili. Raspuštanje lokalnih organizacija, istjerivanje viđenijih članova, guranje u prvi plan poslušnih mediokriteta bila je glavna odrednica SDP-a u doba kada je tom strankom upravljao Milanović, a ljudi koji danas vode SDP mu u tome sekundirali. Takva politika uzima svoj danak. I na svibanjskim bi lokalnim izborima definitivno mogla doći na naplatu.

Strmoglavi pad SDP nije doživio samo u Zagrebu. U Splitu, gradu u kojemu je ne tako davne 2013. godine osvojio vlast, mladi i agilni SDP-ov kandidat Ante Franić za sada nije u igri za drugi krug. U Rijeci, neosvojivoj utvrdi socijaldemokrata još od 1990., stranački kandidat Marko Filipović vodi, ali ne toliko uvjerljivo da bi bio siguran u pobjedu. Pogotovo ako mu u drugom krugu na megdan iziđe prof. dr. Davor Štimac, bivši ravnatelj riječkoga KBC-a. Riječani su već dulje vrijeme nezadovoljni bilancom SDP-ove vlasti u Rijeci. I lako bi se u drugom krugu mogli okrenuti nezavisnom kandidatu Štimčeva profila.

HDZ je u pravilu oduvijek imao najveći broj gradonačelnika, načelnika i župana. No socijaldemokrati su se sve do 2005. prilično solidno nosili s njima, u prvom redu zahvaljujući Račanovoj taktici sklapanja potentnih koalicija i isticanja najjačih stranačkih imena u prvi plan.

Te je godine SDP uvjerljivo pobijedio u dva od četiri najveća hrvatska grada, Zagrebu i Rijeci. U Splitu na lokalnim izborima 2005. SDP-ova lista je osvojila najviše glasova, iz današnje perspektive nevjerojatnih 28 posto. Te je godine Davorko Vidović uspio pobijediti HDZ i preuzeti vlast u Sisku. Isto je u Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji pošlo za rukom i Marini Lovrić Merzel.

Zdravko Ronko odnio je pobjedu u drugoj HDZ-ovoj utvrdi – Požegi. Socijaldemokrati su u Slavonskom Brodu osvojili danas nevjerojatnih 32 posto, u Đakovu 51 posto. Tonino Picula postao je gradonačelnik Velike Gorice. U Brodsko-posavskoj županiji bili su prva lista, a SDP je pobijedio i u Sinju, gdje je alkarski vojvoda Nikola Tomašević postao gradonačelnik. Ukupno gledano, 2005. je SDP zajedno s partnerima – ako se gleda zbroj glasova za županijske liste – ukupno osvojio 41,5 posto glasova. Iz današnje perspektive riječ je o brojci koja zvuči kao "science fiction".

Zvučni porazi

A onda je uslijedila stagnacija. Na izborima 2009., SDP-ova kandidata u Splitu Ranka Ostojića uvjerljivo je pobijedio Željko Kerum. SDP je zadržao Zagreb i Rijeku, izgubio Sisak i Veliku Goricu. Željko Sabo uspio je pobijediti u Vukovaru, Ante Županović u Šibeniku, a HNS-ovac Andro Vlahušić u Vukovaru, što je popravilo ukupan dojam. Četiri godine poslije, SDP je doživio zvučan poraz, u Zagrebu izgubivši bitku protiv Bandića.

Te 2013. socijaldemokrati više nisu bili na vlasti ni u Šibeniku, Vukovaru, Dubrovniku, Požegi, a pokušaj osvajanja Istre kontra IDS-a neslavno je propao. Jedina svijetla točka tih izbora za socijaldemokrate bila je pobjeda Ive Baldasara u Splitu.

Na prošlim lokalnim izborima, SDP je sve snage usmjerio da zadrži ono malo što je do tada imao. Od većih gradova to su bili Rijeka, Sisak i Čakovec. I to je, uz pojedine bljeskove poput pobjede Ante Bilića u Trogiru, bilo to. U Zagrebu je koalicijska lista SDP-a i HNS-a osvojila 20 posto. U Splitu je SDP-ovoj listi pripalo samo 10 posto.

Novog lidera socijaldemokrata Peđu Grbina u svibnju stoga čeka težak izazov. Da očuva Rijeku i zadrži vlast u Sisku. I da ne doživi fijasko u Zagrebu. Sve ispod toga bio bi potop biblijskih razmjera.

Od kojega bi se socijaldemokrati teško oporavili.
