Istražni sudac zagrebačkoga Županijskog suda Ratko Šćekić, koji vodi postupak u “predmetu HAC”, ispitat će u četvrtak suvlasnika poduzeća “Skladgradnja” Slavena Žužula te će nakon toga donijeti odluku o prijedlogu tužiteljstva za proširenje istrage pritvora.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo, naime, Žužula dodatno tereti za utaju poreza, odnosno da je podnio lažnu poreznu prijavu i time protupravno pribavio svojoj tvrtki sedam i pol milijuna kuna.

Njegov branitelj, odvjetnik Ante Madunić, naznačio je, pak, kako je obrana predočila istražnom sucu dokumente Porezne uprave koji potvrđuju da je tvrtka “Skladgradnja” za 2,8 milijuna kuna preplatila porez.

Iz dokumentacije Ministarstva financija vidljivo je da spomenuta tvrtka na dan 10. veljače ove godine nema nikakav dug prema državi, odnosno da ima preplaćen porez od 2.813.285 kuna.

Žužul je, inače, jedini od okrivljenika u “predmetu HAC” ostao iza rešetaka, dok je ostala četvorka puštena. U javnosti se, s tim u vezi, spekulira kako bi Državno odvjetništvo od Žužula možda moglo tražiti informacije o nekoj drugoj aferi.

Istražni sudac zagrebačkoga Županijskog suda Ratko Šćekić, koji vodi postupak u “predmetu HAC”, ispitat će u četvrtak suvlasnika poduzeća “Skladgradnja” Slavena Žužula te će nakon toga donijeti odluku o prijedlogu tužiteljstva za proširenje istrage pritvora.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo, naime, Žužula dodatno tereti za utaju poreza, odnosno da je podnio lažnu poreznu prijavu i time protupravno pribavio svojoj tvrtki sedam i pol milijuna kuna.

Njegov branitelj, odvjetnik Ante Madunić, naznačio je, pak, kako je obrana predočila istražnom sucu dokumente Porezne uprave koji potvrđuju da je tvrtka “Skladgradnja” za 2,8 milijuna kuna preplatila porez.

Iz dokumentacije Ministarstva financija vidljivo je da spomenuta tvrtka na dan 10. veljače ove godine nema nikakav dug prema državi, odnosno da ima preplaćen porez od 2.813.285 kuna.

Žužul je, inače, jedini od okrivljenika u “predmetu HAC” ostao iza rešetaka, dok je ostala četvorka puštena. U javnosti se, s tim u vezi, spekulira kako bi Državno odvjetništvo od Žužula možda moglo tražiti informacije o nekoj drugoj aferi.
