Istraga protiv Kalmete, koji obnaša dužnost zadarskog gradonačelnika, i njegovog bivšeg suradnika Zdravka Livakovića Uskok je pokrenuo zbog zlouporaba kojima su navodno oštetili Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture za više od 600.000 kuna, naručivši preko marketinške agencije Fimi media propagandni film "Prometna renesansa Hrvatske", koji navodno nije bio potreban ni korišten.

Glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimir Devčić rekao je u srijedu Hini da je odluka o žalba donijeta i poslana strankama.

Iako Kalmeta do sada nije odgovarao za izvlačenje novca iz državnih institucija i tvrtki preko agencije Fimi media, njegovo se ime spominjalo na suđenju na kojem su zbog korupcije, uz ostale, nepravomoćno osuđeni bivši premijer i predsjednik HDZ-a Ivo Sanader i HDZ.

Kalmeta je lokalnim medijima izjavio da u cijelom slučaju ništa nije sporno jer je ministarstvo od Fimi medije naručilo izradu filma kako bi na jednom mjestu imali evidentirane sve projekte realizirane u višegodišnjem razdoblju.

Dodao je kako je filmom uz cestogradnju obuhvaćena obnova Jadrolinijine flote, željeznice, izgradnja luka i pristaništa, odnosno da je riječ o "dokumentu vremena koji se može i danas prikazivati", objavio je portal "Zadarski.hr".

Prošlog tjedna Kalmeta je nakon duge istrage optužen da je sa svojim suradnicima, među kojima je i Livaković, podijelio preko 15 milijuna kuna i 850.000 eura, no u medijskim istupima i tada je odbacio sve Uskokove tvrdnje, tvrdeći kako nije vjerovao da će doći do podizanja optužnice jer "nije ništa kriv" te da ne planira podnijeti ostavku.

Uskok je optužnicom za izvlačenje novca iz Hrvatskih cesta i Hrvatskih autocesta obuhvatio ukupno 13 osoba zbog više kaznenih djela, prvenstveno udruživanja za počinjenje kaznenih djela te davanja i primanja mita.

Istraga protiv Kalmete, koji obnaša dužnost zadarskog gradonačelnika, i njegovog bivšeg suradnika Zdravka Livakovića Uskok je pokrenuo zbog zlouporaba kojima su navodno oštetili Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture za više od 600.000 kuna, naručivši preko marketinške agencije Fimi media propagandni film "Prometna renesansa Hrvatske", koji navodno nije bio potreban ni korišten.

Glasnogovornik zagrebačkog Županijskog suda Krešimir Devčić rekao je u srijedu Hini da je odluka o žalba donijeta i poslana strankama.

Iako Kalmeta do sada nije odgovarao za izvlačenje novca iz državnih institucija i tvrtki preko agencije Fimi media, njegovo se ime spominjalo na suđenju na kojem su zbog korupcije, uz ostale, nepravomoćno osuđeni bivši premijer i predsjednik HDZ-a Ivo Sanader i HDZ.

Kalmeta je lokalnim medijima izjavio da u cijelom slučaju ništa nije sporno jer je ministarstvo od Fimi medije naručilo izradu filma kako bi na jednom mjestu imali evidentirane sve projekte realizirane u višegodišnjem razdoblju.

Dodao je kako je filmom uz cestogradnju obuhvaćena obnova Jadrolinijine flote, željeznice, izgradnja luka i pristaništa, odnosno da je riječ o "dokumentu vremena koji se može i danas prikazivati", objavio je portal "Zadarski.hr".

Prošlog tjedna Kalmeta je nakon duge istrage optužen da je sa svojim suradnicima, među kojima je i Livaković, podijelio preko 15 milijuna kuna i 850.000 eura, no u medijskim istupima i tada je odbacio sve Uskokove tvrdnje, tvrdeći kako nije vjerovao da će doći do podizanja optužnice jer "nije ništa kriv" te da ne planira podnijeti ostavku.

Uskok je optužnicom za izvlačenje novca iz Hrvatskih cesta i Hrvatskih autocesta obuhvatio ukupno 13 osoba zbog više kaznenih djela, prvenstveno udruživanja za počinjenje kaznenih djela te davanja i primanja mita.
