Javne dražbe zadnjih su godina zainteresirale sve više ljudi. Nekretnine kupuju osobe različite platežne moći. Jedni samo žele riješiti svoje stambeno pitanje, dok drugi već imaju brojne nekretnine i milijune eura na računima, kao što su poduzetnici Željko Kerum i Slavko Gotovac, vlasnik niza kockarnica. Na jednom ročištu za prodaju, koje nije vodila Fina, već splitski sud, prisustvovao je i Mirko Norac, o čemu svjedoči sudski zapisnik.
Mnogi su ulaganjem u kupnju kuća, stanova, poslovnih objekta i zemljišta na javnim dražbama odlučili spasiti svoje štednje od inflacije. No, prosječnim građanima do željenih nekretnina nije uvijek lako doći jer se one sve češće prodaju na prvoj javnoj dražbi, prije nego što im značajno padne cijena. Kada kupe stambeni prostor, nije to uvijek priča sa sretnim završetkom, već ponekad ostavlja gorak okus u ustima jer u stanovima i kućama koje su se našle na "bubnju" često žive starije osobe, osobe s maloljetnom djecom ili oni kojima je to jedina nekretnina.
Ponekad kupac u nekretninu ne može ući godinama, a kao njezin vlasnik dužan je plaćati vodu i struju koju troši osoba koja u stanu živi, kao i sve ostale komunalije. Mnogi ne žele rizična ulaganja pa se prije kupnje pokušavaju dogovoriti s osobom koja je u posjedu stana da iziđe uz određenu novčanu naknadu.
Postoje i slučajevi gdje kupac npr. povoljno izlicitira građevinsko zemljište koje je postalo nelegalno odlagalište otpada, nesvjestan da o svom trošku mora legalno ukloniti smeće, što mu može utrostručiti planirani iznos ulaganja...
Iako je sam ulazak u svijet javnih dražbi prilično jeftin, jer je potrebno platiti 250 kuna za Finin certifikat koji omogućava pristup servisu, potraga za nekretninama, skupljanje podataka o troškovima koji ju prate i licitiranje traži jako puno vremena. Zbog toga za one s jako puno novca te poslove rade odvjetnički uredi, posebno kada se radi o otkupu potraživanja koje terete nekretninu, jer takav način kupnje nekretnina u stečaju može donijeti neplanirane visoke troškove.
Javne dražbe mjesto su i za one s niskim budžetom kada se radi o kupnji određenih pokretnina, kao što su rabljena ugradbena perilica posuđa Končar za 21,24 eura ili rabljeni klima-uređaj marke Vivax za 106,18 eura. Zanimljivo je da će kupci morati ući u u nečiji stan, kuću ili drugi prostor i sami demontirati kućanske aparate, "naoružani" alatom i ljestvama kako bi dosegnuli do klima-uređaja smještenog iznad nečijeg frižidera.

Javne dražbe zadnjih su godina zainteresirale sve više ljudi. Nekretnine kupuju osobe različite platežne moći. Jedni samo žele riješiti svoje stambeno pitanje, dok drugi već imaju brojne nekretnine i milijune eura na računima, kao što su poduzetnici Željko Kerum i Slavko Gotovac, vlasnik niza kockarnica. Na jednom ročištu za prodaju, koje nije vodila Fina, već splitski sud, prisustvovao je i Mirko Norac, o čemu svjedoči sudski zapisnik.
Mnogi su ulaganjem u kupnju kuća, stanova, poslovnih objekta i zemljišta na javnim dražbama odlučili spasiti svoje štednje od inflacije. No, prosječnim građanima do željenih nekretnina nije uvijek lako doći jer se one sve češće prodaju na prvoj javnoj dražbi, prije nego što im značajno padne cijena. Kada kupe stambeni prostor, nije to uvijek priča sa sretnim završetkom, već ponekad ostavlja gorak okus u ustima jer u stanovima i kućama koje su se našle na "bubnju" često žive starije osobe, osobe s maloljetnom djecom ili oni kojima je to jedina nekretnina.
Ponekad kupac u nekretninu ne može ući godinama, a kao njezin vlasnik dužan je plaćati vodu i struju koju troši osoba koja u stanu živi, kao i sve ostale komunalije. Mnogi ne žele rizična ulaganja pa se prije kupnje pokušavaju dogovoriti s osobom koja je u posjedu stana da iziđe uz određenu novčanu naknadu.
Postoje i slučajevi gdje kupac npr. povoljno izlicitira građevinsko zemljište koje je postalo nelegalno odlagalište otpada, nesvjestan da o svom trošku mora legalno ukloniti smeće, što mu može utrostručiti planirani iznos ulaganja...
Iako je sam ulazak u svijet javnih dražbi prilično jeftin, jer je potrebno platiti 250 kuna za Finin certifikat koji omogućava pristup servisu, potraga za nekretninama, skupljanje podataka o troškovima koji ju prate i licitiranje traži jako puno vremena. Zbog toga za one s jako puno novca te poslove rade odvjetnički uredi, posebno kada se radi o otkupu potraživanja koje terete nekretninu, jer takav način kupnje nekretnina u stečaju može donijeti neplanirane visoke troškove.
Javne dražbe mjesto su i za one s niskim budžetom kada se radi o kupnji određenih pokretnina, kao što su rabljena ugradbena perilica posuđa Končar za 21,24 eura ili rabljeni klima-uređaj marke Vivax za 106,18 eura. Zanimljivo je da će kupci morati ući u u nečiji stan, kuću ili drugi prostor i sami demontirati kućanske aparate, "naoružani" alatom i ljestvama kako bi dosegnuli do klima-uređaja smještenog iznad nečijeg frižidera.
