U kaznenoj prijavi voditelja Brodosplitove radionice stoji da je direktor Klarić obmanuo sud izjavivši kako ugovorom s ‘Wesselsom’ škver nije oštećen

Protiv direktora “Brodosplita” Domagoja Klarića podnesena je kaznena prijava zbog, kako se navodi, lažnog svjedočenja u slučaju gradnje četiriju panamax tankera za njemački “Wessels”, čiju je gradnju 2005. godine dogovorila Uprava splitskog brodogradilišta predvođena tadašnjim direktorom Goranom Vukasovićem.

U prijavi stoji kako je Klarić obmanuo sud izjavivši kako spomenutim ugovorom nije nanesena šteta splitskom brodogradilištu. Prijavu je Državnom odvjetništvu RH podnio inženjer Dragan Grgić, voditelj radionice cjevara na montaži, koji tvrdi kako je Klarić spomenutu izjavu dao upravo u trenucima kad je istražni sudac Neven Cambi razmatrao donošenje odluke o “zamrzavanju” imovine osumnjičenika u aferi “Brodosplit”.

Takva odluka nije donesena. Podsjetimo, riječ je o osumnjičenicima bivšem predsjedniku i članu Uprave Goranu Vukasoviću te Anti Luetiću, Mateu Tramontani, čelniku “Brodotrogira”, i brokeru Dragi Mačeku, vlasniku tvrtke “Iceberg”, preko koje je navodno oprano šest milijuna dolara provizije. 

- Pozivam se na stručno vještačenje donedavnog člana Nadzornog odbora Ilje Martinovića iz kojega je vidljivo kako su četiri broda, tipa panamax, podugovoreni za minimalno 12 milijuna dolara po brodu, dok im je cijena na tržištu bila daleko veća.

Brza smjena

Primjera radi, samo godinu dana prije, brodogradilište “Daewoo” za panamaxe “Al Salam II” i “Al Soor II”, isporučenima “Quwait Oil Tankeru”, dobiva 62 milijuna dolara po brodu. Za razliku od “Brodosplitovih”, riječ je o tankerima daleko slabijih tehničkih karakteristika - kaže Grgić, nekadašnji šef odjela normiranja i planiranja.

Cijena “Brodosplitova” panamaxa dogovorena je za 51,5 milijuna dolara, dok im je tržišna cijena minimalna 62 milijuna. Pogodovanjem “Wesselsu”, splitskom je brodogradilištu, prema Grgićevim riječima, nanesena šteta od najmanje 48 milijuna dolara.

- Indikativna je činjenica - nastavlja dalje Grgić - kako je Martinović, koji je kao vrsni brodograđevni znalac višekratno upozoravao na štetnost ugovora, nedavno smijenjen iz Nadzornog odbora “Brodosplita”.

- Sumnjam da su brodovi namjerno podugovoreni jer su predstavnici brodogradilišta i kupca očito našli suglasje u cilju ostvarivanja nezakonite dobiti – kazao nam je Grgić.

Protiv direktora “Brodosplita” Domagoja Klarića podnesena je kaznena prijava zbog, kako se navodi, lažnog svjedočenja u slučaju gradnje četiriju panamax tankera za njemački “Wessels”, čiju je gradnju 2005. godine dogovorila Uprava splitskog brodogradilišta predvođena tadašnjim direktorom Goranom Vukasovićem.

U prijavi stoji kako je Klarić obmanuo sud izjavivši kako spomenutim ugovorom nije nanesena šteta splitskom brodogradilištu. Prijavu je Državnom odvjetništvu RH podnio inženjer Dragan Grgić, voditelj radionice cjevara na montaži, koji tvrdi kako je Klarić spomenutu izjavu dao upravo u trenucima kad je istražni sudac Neven Cambi razmatrao donošenje odluke o “zamrzavanju” imovine osumnjičenika u aferi “Brodosplit”.

Takva odluka nije donesena. Podsjetimo, riječ je o osumnjičenicima bivšem predsjedniku i članu Uprave Goranu Vukasoviću te Anti Luetiću, Mateu Tramontani, čelniku “Brodotrogira”, i brokeru Dragi Mačeku, vlasniku tvrtke “Iceberg”, preko koje je navodno oprano šest milijuna dolara provizije. 

- Pozivam se na stručno vještačenje donedavnog člana Nadzornog odbora Ilje Martinovića iz kojega je vidljivo kako su četiri broda, tipa panamax, podugovoreni za minimalno 12 milijuna dolara po brodu, dok im je cijena na tržištu bila daleko veća.

Brza smjena

Primjera radi, samo godinu dana prije, brodogradilište “Daewoo” za panamaxe “Al Salam II” i “Al Soor II”, isporučenima “Quwait Oil Tankeru”, dobiva 62 milijuna dolara po brodu. Za razliku od “Brodosplitovih”, riječ je o tankerima daleko slabijih tehničkih karakteristika - kaže Grgić, nekadašnji šef odjela normiranja i planiranja.

Cijena “Brodosplitova” panamaxa dogovorena je za 51,5 milijuna dolara, dok im je tržišna cijena minimalna 62 milijuna. Pogodovanjem “Wesselsu”, splitskom je brodogradilištu, prema Grgićevim riječima, nanesena šteta od najmanje 48 milijuna dolara.

- Indikativna je činjenica - nastavlja dalje Grgić - kako je Martinović, koji je kao vrsni brodograđevni znalac višekratno upozoravao na štetnost ugovora, nedavno smijenjen iz Nadzornog odbora “Brodosplita”.

- Sumnjam da su brodovi namjerno podugovoreni jer su predstavnici brodogradilišta i kupca očito našli suglasje u cilju ostvarivanja nezakonite dobiti – kazao nam je Grgić.
