U prosincu ove godine bit će završen prvi od dva hangara za nove helikoptere Blackhawk, tvrdi bojnik Slavko Klapan, koji je ispred MORH-a glavni koordinator gradnje ovih objekata. Tvrdi nam to dok stojimo na gradilištu budućeg hangara u vojarni Lučko kod Zagreba, u ovom trenutku jednog od najvažnijih infrastrukturnih projekata Ministarstva obrane, piše Jutarnji list.
Riječ je o manjem parkirnom hangaru u kojem će za otprilike tri mjeseca biti parkirana dva nova helikoptera koja su Sjedinjene Države Hrvatskoj isporučile još u veljači i privremeno su smješteni u bazi na Plesu. Ukupna vrijednost radova je 14,2 milijuna kuna plus PDV.
Klapan naglašava da je projekt pokrenut 2021. godine da bi mali hangar bio završen do isporuke prvih dvaju helikoptera. No, zbog problema s procesom javne nabave sve se otegnulo i, prema procjenama, oba hangara bit će na raspolaganju krajem sljedeće godine. Zbog kašnjenja s radovima na ministra obrane se proljetos žestoko obrušio i predsjednik Zoran Milanović. No, prema neslužbenim informacijama, Ministarstvo obrane nije moglo utjecati na tijek zakonski propisanog procesa javne nabave. Naime, odabrani izvođač koji je dobio posao na prvom natječaju za manji hangar zatražio je avansno plaćanje, bez čega nije želio početi s radovima.

Drugi natječaj
Kako natječajem to nije bilo predviđeno, natječaj je bio poništen i krenulo se u novi postupak. U međuvremenu su cijene materijala skočile u nebo i ukupni predviđeni iznos prešao je limit, nakon čega se natječaj morao objaviti u oglasniku Europske unije. Sve je to usporilo proces te je izvođač odabran tek u lipnju ove godine, a radovi su počeli 8. kolovoza. Natječaj za drugi, puno veći hangar još je u tijeku, a bojnik Klapan se nada da bi ugovor mogao biti potpisan sredinom studenoga
Parkirni hangar prostirat će se na 1000 četvornih metara, a osim njega bit će sagrađena stajanka za helikoptere veličine 1000 četvornih metara. Prema riječima Tomislava Golubića, glavnog inženjera gradilišta iz tvrtke Graditelj svratišta, na mjestu novog hangara prvo je srušen stari hangar. Potom su izrađeni temelji, a u tijeku su pripreme za betoniranje armiranobetonske ploče hangara. Potom će se montirati čelična noseća konstrukcija te će se ugraditi toplinski paneli. Na krovu će također biti termopaneli te ugrađeni svjetlarnici da bi hangar imao što više prirodnog svjetla. U hangar će, osim dvaju Blackhawka, u slučaju potrebe moći stati jedan Blackhawk i jedna Kiowa ili jedan Mi-8 i Kiowa. Sam hangar visok je osam metara, a sigurnosni perimetar oko helikoptera bit će tri metra.

Američki standardi
Glavni projektant hangara Antun Fajs kaže da su se prilikom projektiranja strogo držali američkih standarda. To znači da je točno definirana visina objekta, udaljenost između parkiranih helikoptera, temperaturni uvjeti te je strogo propisana visoko standardizirana zaštita od požara. Veliki hangar bit će oko 50 metara udaljen od malog i bit će veličine oko 3500 četvornih metara, od čega je oko tisuću četvornih metara namijenjeno za radionički servis u kojem će biti smješten i veliki kran za podizanje tereta. Uz njega će se napraviti i stajanka veličine 7500 četvornih metara. Procijenjena vrijednost njegove gradnje je 55 milijuna kuna plus PDV.

Ovaj hangar, za razliku od manjeg, imat će ugrađene i sustave hlađenja i grijanja. U njemu će istovremeno moći biti smještena četiri helikoptera sa sklopljenim elisama i dva s otvorenim. Dakle, ukupni kapacitet obaju hangara je osam helikoptera Blackhawk. To pokazuje da se računalo i na budućnost jer se očekuje da će kroz nekoliko godina Hrvatska nabaviti još nekoliko ovih helikoptera.
Između dvaju hangara bit će ozelenjeni prostor, u kojem će biti ukopani spremnici za hidrantsku mrežu, aktivni sustavi za gašenje požara, dizel agregati itd. Nedaleko od budućih hangara nalazi se novouređeni objekt koji služi kao skladište za rezervne dijelove za ove helikoptere. I on je uređen po najvišim američkim standardima jer ti dijelovi moraju biti uskladišteni u strogo propisanim klimatskim uvjetima, piše Jutarnji list.

U prosincu ove godine bit će završen prvi od dva hangara za nove helikoptere Blackhawk, tvrdi bojnik Slavko Klapan, koji je ispred MORH-a glavni koordinator gradnje ovih objekata. Tvrdi nam to dok stojimo na gradilištu budućeg hangara u vojarni Lučko kod Zagreba, u ovom trenutku jednog od najvažnijih infrastrukturnih projekata Ministarstva obrane, piše Jutarnji list.
Riječ je o manjem parkirnom hangaru u kojem će za otprilike tri mjeseca biti parkirana dva nova helikoptera koja su Sjedinjene Države Hrvatskoj isporučile još u veljači i privremeno su smješteni u bazi na Plesu. Ukupna vrijednost radova je 14,2 milijuna kuna plus PDV.
Klapan naglašava da je projekt pokrenut 2021. godine da bi mali hangar bio završen do isporuke prvih dvaju helikoptera. No, zbog problema s procesom javne nabave sve se otegnulo i, prema procjenama, oba hangara bit će na raspolaganju krajem sljedeće godine. Zbog kašnjenja s radovima na ministra obrane se proljetos žestoko obrušio i predsjednik Zoran Milanović. No, prema neslužbenim informacijama, Ministarstvo obrane nije moglo utjecati na tijek zakonski propisanog procesa javne nabave. Naime, odabrani izvođač koji je dobio posao na prvom natječaju za manji hangar zatražio je avansno plaćanje, bez čega nije želio početi s radovima.

Drugi natječaj
Kako natječajem to nije bilo predviđeno, natječaj je bio poništen i krenulo se u novi postupak. U međuvremenu su cijene materijala skočile u nebo i ukupni predviđeni iznos prešao je limit, nakon čega se natječaj morao objaviti u oglasniku Europske unije. Sve je to usporilo proces te je izvođač odabran tek u lipnju ove godine, a radovi su počeli 8. kolovoza. Natječaj za drugi, puno veći hangar još je u tijeku, a bojnik Klapan se nada da bi ugovor mogao biti potpisan sredinom studenoga
Parkirni hangar prostirat će se na 1000 četvornih metara, a osim njega bit će sagrađena stajanka za helikoptere veličine 1000 četvornih metara. Prema riječima Tomislava Golubića, glavnog inženjera gradilišta iz tvrtke Graditelj svratišta, na mjestu novog hangara prvo je srušen stari hangar. Potom su izrađeni temelji, a u tijeku su pripreme za betoniranje armiranobetonske ploče hangara. Potom će se montirati čelična noseća konstrukcija te će se ugraditi toplinski paneli. Na krovu će također biti termopaneli te ugrađeni svjetlarnici da bi hangar imao što više prirodnog svjetla. U hangar će, osim dvaju Blackhawka, u slučaju potrebe moći stati jedan Blackhawk i jedna Kiowa ili jedan Mi-8 i Kiowa. Sam hangar visok je osam metara, a sigurnosni perimetar oko helikoptera bit će tri metra.

Američki standardi
Glavni projektant hangara Antun Fajs kaže da su se prilikom projektiranja strogo držali američkih standarda. To znači da je točno definirana visina objekta, udaljenost između parkiranih helikoptera, temperaturni uvjeti te je strogo propisana visoko standardizirana zaštita od požara. Veliki hangar bit će oko 50 metara udaljen od malog i bit će veličine oko 3500 četvornih metara, od čega je oko tisuću četvornih metara namijenjeno za radionički servis u kojem će biti smješten i veliki kran za podizanje tereta. Uz njega će se napraviti i stajanka veličine 7500 četvornih metara. Procijenjena vrijednost njegove gradnje je 55 milijuna kuna plus PDV.

Ovaj hangar, za razliku od manjeg, imat će ugrađene i sustave hlađenja i grijanja. U njemu će istovremeno moći biti smještena četiri helikoptera sa sklopljenim elisama i dva s otvorenim. Dakle, ukupni kapacitet obaju hangara je osam helikoptera Blackhawk. To pokazuje da se računalo i na budućnost jer se očekuje da će kroz nekoliko godina Hrvatska nabaviti još nekoliko ovih helikoptera.
Između dvaju hangara bit će ozelenjeni prostor, u kojem će biti ukopani spremnici za hidrantsku mrežu, aktivni sustavi za gašenje požara, dizel agregati itd. Nedaleko od budućih hangara nalazi se novouređeni objekt koji služi kao skladište za rezervne dijelove za ove helikoptere. I on je uređen po najvišim američkim standardima jer ti dijelovi moraju biti uskladišteni u strogo propisanim klimatskim uvjetima, piše Jutarnji list.
