[fulltext] => Velik broj nezaposlenih te smanjivanje socijalnih prava otežavaju naplatu mjesečne RTV pristojbe. Sve veći broj obveznika odgađa ili odbija plaćanje pristojbe, a učestali su zahtjevi za odjavom i molbe za otpisom dugova.
Referenti svakodnevno slušaju nove teške životne priče, ali su izloženi i neugodnim napadima - stoji u Izvješću o poslovanju Hrvatske radio-televizije za 2013., koje potpisuje glavni ravnatelj
Goran Radman, a koje je na zadnjoj sjednici usvojila Vlada.
Godinu je HRT zaključio s čak 111,7 milijuna kuna potraživanja po osnovi pristojbe, od čega je 30,1 milijun dug stariji od pola godine, 37,2 milijuna su dugovi stari od dva do šest mjeseci, a ostatak je dug koji nije stariji od dva mjeseca.
No, u izvješću navode kako su zadovoljni iznosom naplaćene pristojbe tijekom 2013., uz napomenu kako su to ostvarili uz otežane uvjete, te uz brojne mjere kojima su nastojali olakšati obveznicima, ali i istodobno osigurati bolju naplatu.
U izvješću, istina, stoji kako je planirani prihod od pristojbe za 2013. tek za 0,2 posto manji od planiranog (planiran je prihod od milijardu i 191 milijun kuna, a uprihođena je milijarda i 189 milijuna), dok se oko četiri posto od ukupnog broja obveznika upućuje na ovršni postupak putem javnih bilježnika, a naplata se uglavnom provodi redovnim putem ili uz opomene.
HRT je obveznicima pokušao olakšati plaćanje pristojbe uvodeći u suradnji s računima HR i I-računima mogućnost on-line plaćanja preko poslovnih banaka.
HRT inače planira uvođenje naplatnih uređaja za kontrolore. Takvi uređaji omogućili bi automatsko prenošenje podataka u bazu umjesto sadašnjeg prepisivanja s prijavnih kartona, te osigurali mogućnost plaćanja karticama.
Sve to lijepo zvuči, ali uz stopu nezaposlenosti od 17,5 posto, razumljivo je da sve veći broj ljudi nema tih 80 kuna za televizijsku pretplatu.

Goran Radman, a koje je na zadnjoj sjednici usvojila Vlada.
Godinu je HRT zaključio s čak 111,7 milijuna kuna potraživanja po osnovi pristojbe, od čega je 30,1 milijun dug stariji od pola godine, 37,2 milijuna su dugovi stari od dva do šest mjeseci, a ostatak je dug koji nije stariji od dva mjeseca.
No, u izvješću navode kako su zadovoljni iznosom naplaćene pristojbe tijekom 2013., uz napomenu kako su to ostvarili uz otežane uvjete, te uz brojne mjere kojima su nastojali olakšati obveznicima, ali i istodobno osigurati bolju naplatu.
U izvješću, istina, stoji kako je planirani prihod od pristojbe za 2013. tek za 0,2 posto manji od planiranog (planiran je prihod od milijardu i 191 milijun kuna, a uprihođena je milijarda i 189 milijuna), dok se oko četiri posto od ukupnog broja obveznika upućuje na ovršni postupak putem javnih bilježnika, a naplata se uglavnom provodi redovnim putem ili uz opomene.
HRT je obveznicima pokušao olakšati plaćanje pristojbe uvodeći u suradnji s računima HR i I-računima mogućnost on-line plaćanja preko poslovnih banaka.
HRT inače planira uvođenje naplatnih uređaja za kontrolore. Takvi uređaji omogućili bi automatsko prenošenje podataka u bazu umjesto sadašnjeg prepisivanja s prijavnih kartona, te osigurali mogućnost plaćanja karticama.
Sve to lijepo zvuči, ali uz stopu nezaposlenosti od 17,5 posto, razumljivo je da sve veći broj ljudi nema tih 80 kuna za televizijsku pretplatu.
