Vlada je na sjednici u petak dala pozitivno mišljenje o izvješću Državnog odvjetništva (DORH) kojim se predlaže sklapanje nagodbe s Franom Lučićem, jedinim preživjelim vatrogascem iz kornatske tragedije, kojom bi se Lučiću isplatilo gotovo 5,5 milijuna kuna uz mjesečnu rentu od šest tisuća kuna.
Premijer Andrej Plenković podsjetio je na sjednici Vlade da je i prije nekoliko tjedana u razgovoru s medijima kazao da bi s obzirom na dugotrajnost postupka u tom slučaju najbolje rješenje bilo da se postigne nagodba.
U međuvremenu Državno odvjetništvo Vladi je podnijelo izvješće nakon razgovora s Lučićem i njegovim odvjetnikom o tome da se postigne nagodba i da se stradalom vatrogascu ponudi isplata u ukupnom iznosi od 5,49 milijuna kuna, kazao je premijer.
Dodao je da bi "ovom nagodbom bila određena i mjesečna renta u iznosu od 6 tisuća kuna i to od 4,500 kuna na ime tuđe pomoći i njege i 1500 kuna na ime vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata“.
Plenković je kazao kako se sklapanje nagodbe u ovom slučaju ni na koji način ne može smatrati priznanjem odgovornosti države za štetni događaj.
"Ovom prigodom želim zahvaliti i ministru pravosuđa i DORH-u na uloženom naporu i trudu na pronalaženju obostranog zadovoljavajućeg rješenja za ovaj dugogodišnji spor uzrokovan teškom tragedijom i s teškim posljedicama za Lučića. Vjerujemo da je nakon 12 godina vrijeme da se ovo pitanje riješi na pravičan način", kazao je premijer.
Lučić je početkom veljače djelomično dobio spor radi naknade štete protiv grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske, no na nepravomoćnu presudu zagrebačkog Općinskog radnog sudažalilo se Državno odvjetništvo zbog bitne povrede odredaba parničnog postupka, pogrešno i nepotpuno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja te pogrešne primjene materijalnog prava u nepravomoćnoj presudi.
Nepravomoćnu presudu Lučić je dobio nakon više od dvanaest godina od tragedije u kojoj je tijekom rutinske intervencije gašenja požara na otoku Kornatu poginulo 12 vatrogasaca iz Šibenika, Vodica i Tisnog, dok je on preživio s višestrukim ozljedama i 90 postotnim invaliditetom.

Vlada je na sjednici u petak dala pozitivno mišljenje o izvješću Državnog odvjetništva (DORH) kojim se predlaže sklapanje nagodbe s Franom Lučićem, jedinim preživjelim vatrogascem iz kornatske tragedije, kojom bi se Lučiću isplatilo gotovo 5,5 milijuna kuna uz mjesečnu rentu od šest tisuća kuna.
Premijer Andrej Plenković podsjetio je na sjednici Vlade da je i prije nekoliko tjedana u razgovoru s medijima kazao da bi s obzirom na dugotrajnost postupka u tom slučaju najbolje rješenje bilo da se postigne nagodba.
U međuvremenu Državno odvjetništvo Vladi je podnijelo izvješće nakon razgovora s Lučićem i njegovim odvjetnikom o tome da se postigne nagodba i da se stradalom vatrogascu ponudi isplata u ukupnom iznosi od 5,49 milijuna kuna, kazao je premijer.
Dodao je da bi "ovom nagodbom bila određena i mjesečna renta u iznosu od 6 tisuća kuna i to od 4,500 kuna na ime tuđe pomoći i njege i 1500 kuna na ime vitamina, poboljšane prehrane i medicinskih preparata“.
Plenković je kazao kako se sklapanje nagodbe u ovom slučaju ni na koji način ne može smatrati priznanjem odgovornosti države za štetni događaj.
"Ovom prigodom želim zahvaliti i ministru pravosuđa i DORH-u na uloženom naporu i trudu na pronalaženju obostranog zadovoljavajućeg rješenja za ovaj dugogodišnji spor uzrokovan teškom tragedijom i s teškim posljedicama za Lučića. Vjerujemo da je nakon 12 godina vrijeme da se ovo pitanje riješi na pravičan način", kazao je premijer.
Lučić je početkom veljače djelomično dobio spor radi naknade štete protiv grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske, no na nepravomoćnu presudu zagrebačkog Općinskog radnog sudažalilo se Državno odvjetništvo zbog bitne povrede odredaba parničnog postupka, pogrešno i nepotpuno utvrđenog činjeničnog stanja te pogrešne primjene materijalnog prava u nepravomoćnoj presudi.
Nepravomoćnu presudu Lučić je dobio nakon više od dvanaest godina od tragedije u kojoj je tijekom rutinske intervencije gašenja požara na otoku Kornatu poginulo 12 vatrogasaca iz Šibenika, Vodica i Tisnog, dok je on preživio s višestrukim ozljedama i 90 postotnim invaliditetom.
