Država prodaje ruševnu vilu Stejskal u Nazorovoj ulici po početnoj cijeni od 992,7 tisuća eura, a rok za podnošenje ponuda je 11. studenog. Javna dražba održat će se u Ministarstvu prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine 21. studenog u podne, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o vili koja se smjestila u atraktivnom dijelu grada, i u izuzetno je derutnom stanju. Pripadala je nekad imućnom industrijalcu Ferdinandu Stejskalu koji ju je dao izgraditi 1888. godine, a u vlasništvu je države od razdoblja Domovinskog rata kada je kupljena radi tadašnjih sigurnosnih procjena te je do 2002. godine bila na upravljanju Ministarstva obrane. Vila nije pod zaštitom kao pojedinačno kulturno dobro, ali je u zoni koja je pod zaštitom.

Vila ima 182 metra kvadratna, a okućnica se rasprostire na preko tisuću metara kvadratnih. Prvi kat se sastoji od četverosobnog stana, podrumskog stana od 20 kvadrata, još jednog zasebnog stana na prvom katu od 70 kvadrata te stana u prizemlju od pet soba površine od 115 kvadrata. Inače, Stejskal je bio osnivač tvornice cigle u Bedekovčini koju je prodao bečkoj firmi Wienerberger, koja još uvijek posluje u sastavu iste bečke grupacije.

Zanimljivo je da je do vile svojedobno pokušao doći poduzetnik Slaven Čolak iz tvrtke Fantazija projekt koji je zemljišnim knjigama na vilu 2014. godine stavio zabilježbu o pokretanju postupka. U Ministarstvu doznajemo da se radi o tužbi koju su Čolak i njegove tvrtke podnijele protiv države ‘teškoj‘ 2,5 milijardi kuna, a za potrebe te tužbe oni su na brojne atraktivne nekretnine u vlasništvu države pokušali staviti zabilježbe.Ta zabilježba brisana je tek 2021. godine, a prijedlog je odbijen te država tek sada može ići i u realizaciju same prodaje.

Država prodaje ruševnu vilu Stejskal u Nazorovoj ulici po početnoj cijeni od 992,7 tisuća eura, a rok za podnošenje ponuda je 11. studenog. Javna dražba održat će se u Ministarstvu prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine 21. studenog u podne, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o vili koja se smjestila u atraktivnom dijelu grada, i u izuzetno je derutnom stanju. Pripadala je nekad imućnom industrijalcu Ferdinandu Stejskalu koji ju je dao izgraditi 1888. godine, a u vlasništvu je države od razdoblja Domovinskog rata kada je kupljena radi tadašnjih sigurnosnih procjena te je do 2002. godine bila na upravljanju Ministarstva obrane. Vila nije pod zaštitom kao pojedinačno kulturno dobro, ali je u zoni koja je pod zaštitom.

Vila ima 182 metra kvadratna, a okućnica se rasprostire na preko tisuću metara kvadratnih. Prvi kat se sastoji od četverosobnog stana, podrumskog stana od 20 kvadrata, još jednog zasebnog stana na prvom katu od 70 kvadrata te stana u prizemlju od pet soba površine od 115 kvadrata. Inače, Stejskal je bio osnivač tvornice cigle u Bedekovčini koju je prodao bečkoj firmi Wienerberger, koja još uvijek posluje u sastavu iste bečke grupacije.

Zanimljivo je da je do vile svojedobno pokušao doći poduzetnik Slaven Čolak iz tvrtke Fantazija projekt koji je zemljišnim knjigama na vilu 2014. godine stavio zabilježbu o pokretanju postupka. U Ministarstvu doznajemo da se radi o tužbi koju su Čolak i njegove tvrtke podnijele protiv države ‘teškoj‘ 2,5 milijardi kuna, a za potrebe te tužbe oni su na brojne atraktivne nekretnine u vlasništvu države pokušali staviti zabilježbe.Ta zabilježba brisana je tek 2021. godine, a prijedlog je odbijen te država tek sada može ići i u realizaciju same prodaje.

Država prodaje ruševnu vilu Stejskal u Nazorovoj ulici po početnoj cijeni od 992,7 tisuća eura, a rok za podnošenje ponuda je 11. studenog. Javna dražba održat će se u Ministarstvu prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine 21. studenog u podne, saznaje Jutarnji list.

Riječ je o vili koja se smjestila u atraktivnom dijelu grada, i u izuzetno je derutnom stanju. Pripadala je nekad imućnom industrijalcu Ferdinandu Stejskalu koji ju je dao izgraditi 1888. godine, a u vlasništvu je države od razdoblja Domovinskog rata kada je kupljena radi tadašnjih sigurnosnih procjena te je do 2002. godine bila na upravljanju Ministarstva obrane. Vila nije pod zaštitom kao pojedinačno kulturno dobro, ali je u zoni koja je pod zaštitom.
