stdClass Object ( [id] => 195020 [title] => "Uzrok otrova u mlijeku je - štednja" [alias] => uzrok-otrova-u-mlijeku-je-stednja [catid] => 142 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Nakon otkrivanja povećanih doza aflatoksina u mlijeku, u Hrvatskoj se s razlogom počelo propitkivati kakva je kvaliteta sve ostale hrane koju jedemo, kako se učestalo kontrolira njena zdravstvena ispravnost i komu je prepuštena kontrola i odgovornost za kvalitetu.

Domaći proizvođači mlijeka od otkrivanja povećane koncentracije aflatoksina uporno ponavljaju da njihove krave jedu kvalitetnu hranu i da ta hrana nikako ne bi mogla biti uzrok nedopuštene kontaminacije aflatoksina u mlijeku.

U utorak nam je jedan proizvođač mlijeka iz Slavonije, na čijoj farmi su u dva navrata uzimali uzorke i potvrdili potpunu zdravstvenu ispravnost, otkrio kako su i zašto krave ipak mogle biti pojačano kontaminirane.

Taj naš sugovornik, koji je zahtjevao da mu se ne navodi ime, tvrdi da je za sve kriva visoka cijena energije koja se troši u pripremi stočne hrane, ponajprije pri sušenju kukuruza. Tijekom berbe zrno kukuruza zna imati i do 25 ili 30 posto vlažnosti, a da bi se mogao spremiti u silose, potrebno ga je osušiti i postići maksimalno 14 posto vlažnosti. Pritom se koriste velike količine energije, odnosno sve skupljeg plavog dizela.

A budući da su posljednjih godina cijene mlijeka gotovo prepolovljene, farmeri imaju sve manje novca, te nastoje uštedjeti gdje god je moguće, pa umjesto maksimalnih 14 posto kukuruz ostave s jedan, dva ili tri posto vlažnosti više. U primitivnim plitkim ambarima takav kukuruz nastavlja “disati” i ostaje kvalitetan.

U modernim velikim silosima, međutim, kod nedovoljno osušenog kukuruza dolazi do razvoja plijesni iz koje nastaje aflatoksin. Ili, kako bi rekli seljaci, kukuruz se upali. Kad takav kukuruz pojede muzna krava za posljedicu se dobije mlijeko kontaminirano aflatoksinom.

Naš sugovornik nam je još otkrio da kukuruz nije jedino krmno hranjivo kod kojega se na slavonskim farmama mogu razviti plijesan i aflatoksin, ali je najčešće jer se u pravilu samo kukuruz strojno suši. Tko u tome želi uštedjeti dogodi mu se da umjesto dobiti požanje gubitke.

Domaći proizvođači mlijeka od otkrivanja povećane koncentracije aflatoksina uporno ponavljaju da njihove krave jedu kvalitetnu hranu i da ta hrana nikako ne bi mogla biti uzrok nedopuštene kontaminacije aflatoksina u mlijeku.

U utorak nam je jedan proizvođač mlijeka iz Slavonije, na čijoj farmi su u dva navrata uzimali uzorke i potvrdili potpunu zdravstvenu ispravnost, otkrio kako su i zašto krave ipak mogle biti pojačano kontaminirane.

Taj naš sugovornik, koji je zahtjevao da mu se ne navodi ime, tvrdi da je za sve kriva visoka cijena energije koja se troši u pripremi stočne hrane, ponajprije pri sušenju kukuruza. Tijekom berbe zrno kukuruza zna imati i do 25 ili 30 posto vlažnosti, a da bi se mogao spremiti u silose, potrebno ga je osušiti i postići maksimalno 14 posto vlažnosti. Pritom se koriste velike količine energije, odnosno sve skupljeg plavog dizela.

A budući da su posljednjih godina cijene mlijeka gotovo prepolovljene, farmeri imaju sve manje novca, te nastoje uštedjeti gdje god je moguće, pa umjesto maksimalnih 14 posto kukuruz ostave s jedan, dva ili tri posto vlažnosti više. U primitivnim plitkim ambarima takav kukuruz nastavlja “disati” i ostaje kvalitetan.

U modernim velikim silosima, međutim, kod nedovoljno osušenog kukuruza dolazi do razvoja plijesni iz koje nastaje aflatoksin. Ili, kako bi rekli seljaci, kukuruz se upali. Kad takav kukuruz pojede muzna krava za posljedicu se dobije mlijeko kontaminirano aflatoksinom.

Naš sugovornik nam je još otkrio da kukuruz nije jedino krmno hranjivo kod kojega se na slavonskim farmama mogu razviti plijesan i aflatoksin, ali je najčešće jer se u pravilu samo kukuruz strojno suši. Tko u tome želi uštedjeti dogodi mu se da umjesto dobiti požanje gubitke.
