Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u utorak je ustvrdio da u njegovoj ingerenciji sada nije smjena ravnatelja KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušića, o čijem se slučaju otkrivanja identiteta pacijentice, najprije trebaju očitovati Liječnička komora i druge nadležne institucije.
"Postoje tijela koja se time bave i ona će dati svoj pravorijek i meni kao ministru dati na stol svoje odluke. Ja kao ministar nemam ingerenciju za odlučivanje o ovakvim slučajevima, postoji procedura", odgovorio je Beroš na novinarska pitanja o mogućoj Ćorušićevoj smjeni, o kojoj se govori u medijima.
Reakcija je to na Ćorušićevo otkrivanje podataka na javnoj televiziji o pacijentici kojoj je izvadio krivi jajnik.
Ministar nije želio komentirati Ćorušićev slučaj istaknuvši da je to sada u nadležnosti Hrvatske liječničke komore, Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka i Nacionalnog povjerenstva za zaštitu prava bolesnika.
"Do mene je došla određena inicijativa koja se odnosi na neke inkriminacije koje se stavljaju na teret ravnatelju Ćorušiću, no kao ministar ću sačekati postupanje institucija. A kada one donesu svoj pravorijek, u kontekstu svojih ingerencija, odlučit ću o tome što i kako dalje", rekao je Beroš u izjavi novinarima na manifestaciji "12 minuta kretanja protiv raka".
Hrvatska udruga za promicanje prava pacijenata podnijela je prijavu Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori i Ministarstvu zdravstva protiv Ćorušića tražeći njegovu ostavku i sankcije, nakon njegovog gostovanja u HTV-ovoj emisiji "Nedjeljom u 2". Takvo postupanje traže jer je Ćorušić napravio liječničku pogrešku za koju se nije ni ispričao, prekršio je prava zagarantirana zakonom o zaštiti prava pacijenata, povjerljivost podataka, prekršio kodeks medicinske etike i deontologije, Hipokratovu zakletvu te napravio povredu prava zaštite osobnih podataka.
Novinari su pitali ministra i o slučaju prijave protiv Ćorušića zbog mahanja pištoljem u pijanom stanju tijekom obiteljske svađe. Mediji su objavili da je do policijske intervencije došlo 22. rujna 2009. oko 23 sata nakon što je Ćorušić u obiteljskoj svađi mahao pištoljem pred djecom i prijetio da će se ubiti.
"Mislim da je postupanje glede tih inkriminacija već ranije završeno jer nisu iz mog mandata, one su od ranije. Ali, kad budem imao izvješće nadležnih agencija i tijela, poglavito HLK odlučit ću o daljnjem postupanju", rekao je ministar.

Komora: Tražimo očitovanje ravnatelja Ćorušića zbog mogućeg kršenja Kodeksa
Hrvatska liječnička komora (HLK) izvijestila je u utorak da će njezino Povjerenstvo za medicinsku etiku i deontologiju zatražiti očitovanje od ravnatelja KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušića zbog mogućeg kršenja Kodeksa medicinske etike i deontologije.
Reakcija Komore objavljena je nakon što je Ćorušić u nedjelju, prilikom gostovanja na HTV-u, iznio cijelu povijest bolesti i medicinske dokumentacije te naveo prezime pacijentice kojoj je izvadio krivi jajnik.
Povjerenstvo za medicinsku etiku i deontologiju HLK-a jučer je donijelo odluku da će o tom slučaju tražiti Ćorušićevo očitovanje.
HLK je još jednom podsjetio da svi podaci pacijenta, sukladno zakonima, predstavljaju liječničku tajnu i da ih nije dozvoljeno iznositi u javnost.
Benčić: Ćorušića treba odmah maknuti s mjesta ravnatelja
Ćorušićev slučaj danas su komentirali saborski zastupnici Nikola Grmoja (Most) i Sandra Benčić (Možemo!) prigodom konferencije za novinare udruge Franak.
"Činjenica da gospodin Ćorušić sada iznosi podatke o pacijentici po meni je neprihvatljivo. O tome treba pitati one koji upravljaju institucijom koju vodi Ćorušić. Mi tu nemamo ingerencije niti možemo bilo što napraviti", rekao je Grmoja te podsjetio da je Most svojedobno, za mandata Tihomira Oreškovića, blokirao Ćorušićev dolazak na mjesto ministra zdravstva.
Sandra Benčić smatra da se protiv Ćorušića, zbog otkrivanja podataka o pacijentici, treba pokrenuti kazneno pravni postupak.
"Treba ga odmah maknuti s mjesta ravnatelja bolnice. HDZ je svojim kadroviranjem po bolnicama stvorio atmosferu u kojoj građani ne mogu ostvarivati osnovno pravo na zdravstvenu skrb, kao što je bio slučaj Čavajda", izjavila je Benčić.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš u utorak je ustvrdio da u njegovoj ingerenciji sada nije smjena ravnatelja KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušića, o čijem se slučaju otkrivanja identiteta pacijentice, najprije trebaju očitovati Liječnička komora i druge nadležne institucije.
"Postoje tijela koja se time bave i ona će dati svoj pravorijek i meni kao ministru dati na stol svoje odluke. Ja kao ministar nemam ingerenciju za odlučivanje o ovakvim slučajevima, postoji procedura", odgovorio je Beroš na novinarska pitanja o mogućoj Ćorušićevoj smjeni, o kojoj se govori u medijima.
Reakcija je to na Ćorušićevo otkrivanje podataka na javnoj televiziji o pacijentici kojoj je izvadio krivi jajnik.
Ministar nije želio komentirati Ćorušićev slučaj istaknuvši da je to sada u nadležnosti Hrvatske liječničke komore, Agencije za zaštitu osobnih podataka i Nacionalnog povjerenstva za zaštitu prava bolesnika.
"Do mene je došla određena inicijativa koja se odnosi na neke inkriminacije koje se stavljaju na teret ravnatelju Ćorušiću, no kao ministar ću sačekati postupanje institucija. A kada one donesu svoj pravorijek, u kontekstu svojih ingerencija, odlučit ću o tome što i kako dalje", rekao je Beroš u izjavi novinarima na manifestaciji "12 minuta kretanja protiv raka".
Hrvatska udruga za promicanje prava pacijenata podnijela je prijavu Hrvatskoj liječničkoj komori i Ministarstvu zdravstva protiv Ćorušića tražeći njegovu ostavku i sankcije, nakon njegovog gostovanja u HTV-ovoj emisiji "Nedjeljom u 2". Takvo postupanje traže jer je Ćorušić napravio liječničku pogrešku za koju se nije ni ispričao, prekršio je prava zagarantirana zakonom o zaštiti prava pacijenata, povjerljivost podataka, prekršio kodeks medicinske etike i deontologije, Hipokratovu zakletvu te napravio povredu prava zaštite osobnih podataka.
Novinari su pitali ministra i o slučaju prijave protiv Ćorušića zbog mahanja pištoljem u pijanom stanju tijekom obiteljske svađe. Mediji su objavili da je do policijske intervencije došlo 22. rujna 2009. oko 23 sata nakon što je Ćorušić u obiteljskoj svađi mahao pištoljem pred djecom i prijetio da će se ubiti.
"Mislim da je postupanje glede tih inkriminacija već ranije završeno jer nisu iz mog mandata, one su od ranije. Ali, kad budem imao izvješće nadležnih agencija i tijela, poglavito HLK odlučit ću o daljnjem postupanju", rekao je ministar.

Komora: Tražimo očitovanje ravnatelja Ćorušića zbog mogućeg kršenja Kodeksa
Hrvatska liječnička komora (HLK) izvijestila je u utorak da će njezino Povjerenstvo za medicinsku etiku i deontologiju zatražiti očitovanje od ravnatelja KBC-a Zagreb Ante Ćorušića zbog mogućeg kršenja Kodeksa medicinske etike i deontologije.
Reakcija Komore objavljena je nakon što je Ćorušić u nedjelju, prilikom gostovanja na HTV-u, iznio cijelu povijest bolesti i medicinske dokumentacije te naveo prezime pacijentice kojoj je izvadio krivi jajnik.
Povjerenstvo za medicinsku etiku i deontologiju HLK-a jučer je donijelo odluku da će o tom slučaju tražiti Ćorušićevo očitovanje.
HLK je još jednom podsjetio da svi podaci pacijenta, sukladno zakonima, predstavljaju liječničku tajnu i da ih nije dozvoljeno iznositi u javnost.
Benčić: Ćorušića treba odmah maknuti s mjesta ravnatelja
Ćorušićev slučaj danas su komentirali saborski zastupnici Nikola Grmoja (Most) i Sandra Benčić (Možemo!) prigodom konferencije za novinare udruge Franak.
"Činjenica da gospodin Ćorušić sada iznosi podatke o pacijentici po meni je neprihvatljivo. O tome treba pitati one koji upravljaju institucijom koju vodi Ćorušić. Mi tu nemamo ingerencije niti možemo bilo što napraviti", rekao je Grmoja te podsjetio da je Most svojedobno, za mandata Tihomira Oreškovića, blokirao Ćorušićev dolazak na mjesto ministra zdravstva.
Sandra Benčić smatra da se protiv Ćorušića, zbog otkrivanja podataka o pacijentici, treba pokrenuti kazneno pravni postupak.
"Treba ga odmah maknuti s mjesta ravnatelja bolnice. HDZ je svojim kadroviranjem po bolnicama stvorio atmosferu u kojoj građani ne mogu ostvarivati osnovno pravo na zdravstvenu skrb, kao što je bio slučaj Čavajda", izjavila je Benčić.
