Gradonačelnik Zagreba Tomislav Tomašević poništio je u petak javni natječaj za najam 146 vozila procijenjene vrijednosti 4,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a koji je dobila tvrtka Viator, ali je s istom tvrtkom, kako doznajemo, potpisao aneks postojećeg ugovora do kraja godine za najam tri puta manje vozila nego što je bilo predviđeno, piše Jutarnji list. 

Umjesto 146 službenih automobila niže, srednje i više klase, Grad Zagreb koristit će tako ukupno 44 vozila, kako je definirano aneksom, i to samo dva vozila srednje klase i 42 vozila niže klase. Gradonačelnik Tomašević i njegovi zamjenici Luka Korlaet i Danijela Dolenec za protokolarne potrebe koristit će vozilo srednje klase Opel Astra, a predsjedniku Skupštine SDP-ovu Jošku Klisoviću ostaje službeni Passat. Preostala 42 vozila niže klase, marke Opel Corsa, koristit će pročelnici, te druge gradske službe za svoje potrebe, ali neće imati pravo na korištenje službenog auta 24 sata kao dosad, već samo u vrijeme radnog vremena. Predsjednici Vijeća gradskih četvrti više neće smjeti koristiti službeno vozilo.

Dosadašnji godišnji ugovor za najam preko 140 vozila stajao je Grad 4,5 milijuna kuna, polugodišnji bi prema tome iznosio 2,25 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, ali budući da se unajmljuje znatno manje automobila i to samo srednje i niže klase, Grad će ovaj aneks platiti 85 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a.

Aneks je, kako doznaje Jutarnji list, potpisan na šest mjeseci da bi se do provedbe novog natječaja mogli obavljati svi poslovi iz djelokruga Grada, a novi natječaj, kaže sugovornik, bit će raspisan u skladu s potrebama i mogućnostima Grada.

U Odluci o poništenju natječaja, koju potpisuje Tomašević, obrazlaže se kako se „poništava otvoreni postupak javne nabave s ciljem sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s tri gospodarska subjekta na razdoblje od jedne godine, u predmetu nabave 'najam motornih vozila'.

„Odluka o poništenju postaje izvršna dostavom odluke ponuditelju ili natjecatelju, sukladno odredbi članka 308”, stoji u odluci o poništenju.

U obrazloženju se dodaje kako procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 4,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a.

„Tijekom postupka odlučeno je o promjeni o opsegu i sastavu voznog parka, što posljedično dovodi do znatnih promjena u bitnim elementima opisa i količine predmeta nabave u odnosu na postojeći. Navedeno predstavlja okolnost zbog koje bi došlo do sadržajno bitno drugačije obavijesti o nadmetanju i dokumentacije o nabavi da je bila poznata ranije te je temeljem članka 298., stavka 1., točke 2. ZJN 2016 odlučeno kao u izreci”, dodaje se u obrazloženju odluke o poništenju.

Protiv ove odluke može se izjaviti žalba u roku od 10 dana.

Gradonačelnik Zagreba Tomislav Tomašević poništio je u petak javni natječaj za najam 146 vozila procijenjene vrijednosti 4,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a koji je dobila tvrtka Viator, ali je s istom tvrtkom, kako doznajemo, potpisao aneks postojećeg ugovora do kraja godine za najam tri puta manje vozila nego što je bilo predviđeno, piše Jutarnji list. 

Umjesto 146 službenih automobila niže, srednje i više klase, Grad Zagreb koristit će tako ukupno 44 vozila, kako je definirano aneksom, i to samo dva vozila srednje klase i 42 vozila niže klase. Gradonačelnik Tomašević i njegovi zamjenici Luka Korlaet i Danijela Dolenec za protokolarne potrebe koristit će vozilo srednje klase Opel Astra, a predsjedniku Skupštine SDP-ovu Jošku Klisoviću ostaje službeni Passat. Preostala 42 vozila niže klase, marke Opel Corsa, koristit će pročelnici, te druge gradske službe za svoje potrebe, ali neće imati pravo na korištenje službenog auta 24 sata kao dosad, već samo u vrijeme radnog vremena. Predsjednici Vijeća gradskih četvrti više neće smjeti koristiti službeno vozilo.

Dosadašnji godišnji ugovor za najam preko 140 vozila stajao je Grad 4,5 milijuna kuna, polugodišnji bi prema tome iznosio 2,25 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a, ali budući da se unajmljuje znatno manje automobila i to samo srednje i niže klase, Grad će ovaj aneks platiti 85 tisuća kuna bez PDV-a.

Aneks je, kako doznaje Jutarnji list, potpisan na šest mjeseci da bi se do provedbe novog natječaja mogli obavljati svi poslovi iz djelokruga Grada, a novi natječaj, kaže sugovornik, bit će raspisan u skladu s potrebama i mogućnostima Grada.

U Odluci o poništenju natječaja, koju potpisuje Tomašević, obrazlaže se kako se „poništava otvoreni postupak javne nabave s ciljem sklapanja okvirnog sporazuma s tri gospodarska subjekta na razdoblje od jedne godine, u predmetu nabave 'najam motornih vozila'.

„Odluka o poništenju postaje izvršna dostavom odluke ponuditelju ili natjecatelju, sukladno odredbi članka 308”, stoji u odluci o poništenju.

U obrazloženju se dodaje kako procijenjena vrijednost nabave iznosi 4,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a.

„Tijekom postupka odlučeno je o promjeni o opsegu i sastavu voznog parka, što posljedično dovodi do znatnih promjena u bitnim elementima opisa i količine predmeta nabave u odnosu na postojeći. Navedeno predstavlja okolnost zbog koje bi došlo do sadržajno bitno drugačije obavijesti o nadmetanju i dokumentacije o nabavi da je bila poznata ranije te je temeljem članka 298., stavka 1., točke 2. ZJN 2016 odlučeno kao u izreci”, dodaje se u obrazloženju odluke o poništenju.

Protiv ove odluke može se izjaviti žalba u roku od 10 dana.

Tomašević krenuo s velikim rezovima, gradski vozni park sa 146 vozila smanjen na 44: njemu Opel Astra, pročelnicima niža klasa

Gradonačelnik Zagreba Tomislav Tomašević poništio je u petak javni natječaj za najam 146 vozila procijenjene vrijednosti 4,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a koji je dobila tvrtka Viator, ali je s istom tvrtkom, kako doznajemo, potpisao aneks postojećeg ugovora do kraja godine za najam tri puta manje vozila nego što je bilo predviđeno, piše Jutarnji list. 

Umjesto 146 službenih automobila niže, srednje i više klase, Grad Zagreb koristit će tako ukupno 44 vozila, kako je definirano aneksom, i to samo dva vozila srednje klase i 42 vozila niže klase. Gradonačelnik Tomašević i njegovi zamjenici Luka Korlaet i Danijela Dolenec za protokolarne potrebe koristit će vozilo srednje klase Opel Astra, a predsjedniku Skupštine SDP-ovu Jošku Klisoviću ostaje službeni Passat.
