Nezavisni sindikat vozača taksija najavio je utorak da će zbog neodrživih cijena taksi prijevoza, koje im ruše Uber i Bolt, tražiti od Vlade da izmjenom Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu ograniči minimalnu cijenu vožnje po kilometru.

Goran Črešnjek, potpredsjednik sindikata koji je u procesu osnivanja, ustvrdio je na konferenciji za novinare da zakon, koji je donesen prije četiri godine, ima puno nedostataka pa izmjenama po uzoru na brojne europske države traže uvođenje minimalne cijene kilometra, koju će utvrditi u dogovoru sa stručnjacima.

"Imamo dvije kompanije Uber i Bolt koje se bore za tržište, rušeći postojeće cijene kilometara. Trenutna cijena od 2,8 kuna po kilometru sve nas je dovela pred propast", rekao je Črešnjek.

Od te cijene, kaže, 25 posto odlazi na PDV, o od 20 do 25 posto na proviziju Boltu ili Uberu. Uz to moraju održavati vozilo, plaćati gorivo, doprinose, porez, HGK i turističku zajednicu.

Sindikat stoga traži i da im se smanji PDV na 13 posto, te da propisana starost vozila bude deset godina umjesto sadašnjih sedam, dok kompanije traže da vozila budu starosti do pet godina.

Predsjednik sindikata Tihomir Jaić rekao je da su danas organizirali prosvjed upozorenja te da idu s konstruktivnim prijedlozima, a ako ih ne shvate ozbiljno spremni su na jače prosvjede i blokade.

U sindikatu zasad ne otkrivaju koje će cijene predložiti, jer će ih formirati na temelju matematičkog izračuna. Odbacili su kao netočna nagađanja da bi vožnja od Glavnog kolodvora do Autobusnog kolodvora stajala sto kuna, ali poručuju da ne može stajati niti samo 14 kuna.

U Hrvatskoj ima više od 10.000 vozača, a broj vožnji im je zbog pandemije pao za 50 posto, pa u sindikatu strahuju da bi to moglo pokrenuti zatvaranje niza obrta.

"Uvjeti stavljeni pred naše poslovanje nisu održivi", rekla je tajnica sindikata i vlasnica obrta za taksi djelatnost Iva Filipović, upozoravajući da će, poput brojnih kolega, biti primorana za par mjeseci zatvoriti poslovanje i postati teret državi, dok će se uvoziti jeftina radna snaga koja ne poznaje hrvatski jezik ni kulturu.

Smatra nedopustivim to što kompanije preko leđa vozača financiraju borbu na tržištu. "Priča koja nam je bila ponuđena - da ćemo s 20 posto nižom cijenom zarađivati više potpuna je besmislica", kaže Filipović.

Iz sindikata poručuju da podupiru slobodno tržište, ali ih rušenje cijena dovodi do propasti jer im nakon podmirivanja svih troškova ostaju samo lipe.

Nezavisni sindikat vozača taksija najavio je utorak da će zbog neodrživih cijena taksi prijevoza, koje im ruše Uber i Bolt, tražiti od Vlade da izmjenom Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu ograniči minimalnu cijenu vožnje po kilometru.

Goran Črešnjek, potpredsjednik sindikata koji je u procesu osnivanja, ustvrdio je na konferenciji za novinare da zakon, koji je donesen prije četiri godine, ima puno nedostataka pa izmjenama po uzoru na brojne europske države traže uvođenje minimalne cijene kilometra, koju će utvrditi u dogovoru sa stručnjacima.

"Imamo dvije kompanije Uber i Bolt koje se bore za tržište, rušeći postojeće cijene kilometara. Trenutna cijena od 2,8 kuna po kilometru sve nas je dovela pred propast", rekao je Črešnjek.

Od te cijene, kaže, 25 posto odlazi na PDV, o od 20 do 25 posto na proviziju Boltu ili Uberu. Uz to moraju održavati vozilo, plaćati gorivo, doprinose, porez, HGK i turističku zajednicu.

Sindikat stoga traži i da im se smanji PDV na 13 posto, te da propisana starost vozila bude deset godina umjesto sadašnjih sedam, dok kompanije traže da vozila budu starosti do pet godina.

Predsjednik sindikata Tihomir Jaić rekao je da su danas organizirali prosvjed upozorenja te da idu s konstruktivnim prijedlozima, a ako ih ne shvate ozbiljno spremni su na jače prosvjede i blokade.

U sindikatu zasad ne otkrivaju koje će cijene predložiti, jer će ih formirati na temelju matematičkog izračuna. Odbacili su kao netočna nagađanja da bi vožnja od Glavnog kolodvora do Autobusnog kolodvora stajala sto kuna, ali poručuju da ne može stajati niti samo 14 kuna.

U Hrvatskoj ima više od 10.000 vozača, a broj vožnji im je zbog pandemije pao za 50 posto, pa u sindikatu strahuju da bi to moglo pokrenuti zatvaranje niza obrta.

"Uvjeti stavljeni pred naše poslovanje nisu održivi", rekla je tajnica sindikata i vlasnica obrta za taksi djelatnost Iva Filipović, upozoravajući da će, poput brojnih kolega, biti primorana za par mjeseci zatvoriti poslovanje i postati teret državi, dok će se uvoziti jeftina radna snaga koja ne poznaje hrvatski jezik ni kulturu.

Smatra nedopustivim to što kompanije preko leđa vozača financiraju borbu na tržištu. "Priča koja nam je bila ponuđena - da ćemo s 20 posto nižom cijenom zarađivati više potpuna je besmislica", kaže Filipović.

Iz sindikata poručuju da podupiru slobodno tržište, ali ih rušenje cijena dovodi do propasti jer im nakon podmirivanja svih troškova ostaju samo lipe.

Taksisti zbog Ubera i Bolta traže od Vlade ograničavanje minimalne cijene vožnje: ‘Trenutno stanje gura nas u propast. Uvjeti nisu održivi...‘

Nezavisni sindikat vozača taksija najavio je utorak da će zbog neodrživih cijena taksi prijevoza, koje im ruše Uber i Bolt, tražiti od Vlade da izmjenom Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu ograniči minimalnu cijenu vožnje po kilometru.

Goran Črešnjek, potpredsjednik sindikata koji je u procesu osnivanja, ustvrdio je na konferenciji za novinare da zakon, koji je donesen prije četiri godine, ima puno nedostataka pa izmjenama po uzoru na brojne europske države traže uvođenje minimalne cijene kilometra, koju će utvrditi u dogovoru sa stručnjacima.

"Imamo dvije kompanije Uber i Bolt koje se bore za tržište, rušeći postojeće cijene kilometara. Trenutna cijena od 2,8 kuna po kilometru sve nas je dovela pred propast", rekao je Črešnjek.
