Pulska podružnica poznatog trgovačkog lanca Lidl osuđena je na ukupnu štetu od 58.000 kuna. Trgovinu za štetu tereti sredovječna žena koja se pred trgovinom spotaknula i pala preko crijeva za vodu kojeg nije vidjela, prenosi Večernji list.

Iako je prostor pred trgovinom čistio djelatnik partnerske tvrtke, za ozljedu sredovječne žene iz Medulina je prema sutkinji Mirni Mačešić Biscuoli osuđen Lidl. 

Vlasnik poznate trgovine tvrdi da su mu radnici koji su prali kolica i prilaz potvrdili da su ispred trgovine postavili žuta upozorenja na klizav pod. Za medije je dodao i da se čišćenje trgovine ne odvija van njenog radnog vremena jer bi to značilo da netko od Lidlovih djelatnika s čistačima treba ostati nakon smjene, prenosi Večernji list.

Prema svjedoku koji je pomogao gospođi, prilaz trgovini bio je zakrčen kolicima koja su se također prala. Svjedok tvrdi da znak upozorenja na mokar i sklizak pod nije uočio ni sam. 

Gospođa je padom zadobila frakturu desne nadlaktice i rupturu tetive, a u posljednjih je godinu dana zbog toga prošla 55 fizikalnih terapija u Puli. Ozlijeđena žena je odštetu tražila na osnovi umanjene životne aktivnosti, troškova liječenja, putnih troškova, tuđe pomoći te fizičkih bolova i pretrpljenih bolova i straha.

Vještačenje je potvrdilo da je žrtvi trajno umanjena životna i radna aktivnost za 10 posto u odnosu na ranije te da ni na koji način nije doprinijela nastanku ozljeda. S obzirom na to da je tvrtka koja je provodila čišćenje trebala voditi računa o sigurnosti postupka, Sava osiguranje trebalo bi nadoknaditi prouzrokovanu štetu za koju se ipak tereti Lidl.

Pulska podružnica poznatog trgovačkog lanca Lidl osuđena je na ukupnu štetu od 58.000 kuna. Trgovinu za štetu tereti sredovječna žena koja se pred trgovinom spotaknula i pala preko crijeva za vodu kojeg nije vidjela, prenosi Večernji list.

Iako je prostor pred trgovinom čistio djelatnik partnerske tvrtke, za ozljedu sredovječne žene iz Medulina je prema sutkinji Mirni Mačešić Biscuoli osuđen Lidl. 

Vlasnik poznate trgovine tvrdi da su mu radnici koji su prali kolica i prilaz potvrdili da su ispred trgovine postavili žuta upozorenja na klizav pod. Za medije je dodao i da se čišćenje trgovine ne odvija van njenog radnog vremena jer bi to značilo da netko od Lidlovih djelatnika s čistačima treba ostati nakon smjene, prenosi Večernji list.

Prema svjedoku koji je pomogao gospođi, prilaz trgovini bio je zakrčen kolicima koja su se također prala. Svjedok tvrdi da znak upozorenja na mokar i sklizak pod nije uočio ni sam. 

Gospođa je padom zadobila frakturu desne nadlaktice i rupturu tetive, a u posljednjih je godinu dana zbog toga prošla 55 fizikalnih terapija u Puli. Ozlijeđena žena je odštetu tražila na osnovi umanjene životne aktivnosti, troškova liječenja, putnih troškova, tuđe pomoći te fizičkih bolova i pretrpljenih bolova i straha.

Vještačenje je potvrdilo da je žrtvi trajno umanjena životna i radna aktivnost za 10 posto u odnosu na ranije te da ni na koji način nije doprinijela nastanku ozljeda. S obzirom na to da je tvrtka koja je provodila čišćenje trebala voditi računa o sigurnosti postupka, Sava osiguranje trebalo bi nadoknaditi prouzrokovanu štetu za koju se ipak tereti Lidl.

Svako zlo za neko dobro: Žena ‘teža‘ za 58.000 kuna jer se poskliznula pred poznatom trgovinom, tvrtka se tereti iako tehnički nije kriva

Pulska podružnica poznatog trgovačkog lanca Lidl osuđena je na ukupnu štetu od 58.000 kuna. Trgovinu za štetu tereti sredovječna žena koja se pred trgovinom spotaknula i pala preko crijeva za vodu kojeg nije vidjela, prenosi Večernji list.

Iako je prostor pred trgovinom čistio djelatnik partnerske tvrtke, za ozljedu sredovječne žene iz Medulina je prema sutkinji Mirni Mačešić Biscuoli osuđen Lidl. 

Vlasnik poznate trgovine tvrdi da su mu radnici koji su prali kolica i prilaz potvrdili da su ispred trgovine postavili žuta upozorenja na klizav pod. Za medije je dodao i da se čišćenje trgovine ne odvija van njenog radnog vremena jer bi to značilo da netko od Lidlovih djelatnika s čistačima treba ostati nakon smjene, prenosi Večernji list.
