Krajnje neodgovorni 33-godišnji Zadranin vjerojatno je na autocesti A1 propustio izlaz Ravča te potpuno nerazumno, možda površno slušajući uputstvo navigacijskog uređaja da se polukružno okrene kad sigurnosno bude moguće (“make U-turn when safely possible”), ili drugih sumanutih razloga, Volkswagen T-Rocom, sa zaustavne trake napravio polukružni okret, krenuo u suprotni smjer i frontalno se sudario s zahuktalim sportskim terencem BMW X5, piše prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić za Autoportal.

U tragičnoj prometnoj nesreći, sinoć oko 22:45 na autocesti A1 nakon izlaza Ravče u smjeru juga, u frontalnom sudaru kompaktnog SUV-a Volkswagen T-Roc, kojim je upravljao 33-godišnji Zadranin te se sa zaustavne trake polukružno okrenuo i zaputio suprotnim smjerom (!), i SUV-a više srednje klase BMW X5. u kojem je bila obitelj s Kosova.

Ovu nesreću izazvalo je sumanuta vožnja i ponašanje u prometu 33-godišnjaka, pri čemu sve treba uzeti u obzir, od pogoršanog medicinskog stanja vozača (prvenstveno psihičkog), korištenja nedopuštenih sredstava (alkohola, droga,,,) i ekshibicionizma, potaknutih umorom.

Strahovite posljedice rezultat su i prebrze vožnje našim autocestama, kombinacije tolerancije mjerenja od 10 posto i manjkavog članka 54. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, koji ne kažnjava prekoračenje brzine do 10 km/h.

Stoga se nekažnjivo može voziti brzinom 160 km/h po brzinomjeru (155 km/h realno), Ako vozite 180 km/h po brzinomjeru, riskirate kaznu, uz minimalnu izvjesnost kažnjavanja, od 60 eura, odnosno 30 eura (!), ako platite odmah ili u roku od tri dana. ako vozite 200 km/h, riskirate kaznu, od 260 eura, odnosno 130 eura za plaćanje na licu mjesta.

Ali, rizik da ćete platiti kaznu za prekoračenje brzine u noći, na hrvatskoj autocesti, ako usto gledate da vas ne prati neka brza limuzina srebrne ili tamne boje, jednaka je riziku da će vas pogoditi meteorit.

Po njemu, ova nesreća ukazuje na nužnost sljedećih mjera:

1. Vožnja u suprotnom smjeru treba kažnjavati izravnim istražnim zatvorom, poništenjem vozačke dozvole i oduzimanjem vozila, neovisno o vlasništvu.

2. Sve nadzorne radarske kamere na autocestama treba unaprijediti i uključiti u dokazna sredstva za kontrolu poštivanja Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

3. Članak 54. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama dopuniti odredbom o kažnjavanju prekoračenja brzine do 10 km/h u iznosu sadašnje od 10 do 30 km/h, koju treba povisiti na razinu sadašnje od 30 do 50 km/h, koju pak treba udvostručiti.

4. Toleranciju policijskog mjerenja 10/10 (10 km/h do 100 km/h i 10 posto iznad 100 km/h) promijeniti u 3/3.

Krajnje neodgovorni 33-godišnji Zadranin vjerojatno je na autocesti A1 propustio izlaz Ravča te potpuno nerazumno, možda površno slušajući uputstvo navigacijskog uređaja da se polukružno okrene kad sigurnosno bude moguće (“make U-turn when safely possible”), ili drugih sumanutih razloga, Volkswagen T-Rocom, sa zaustavne trake napravio polukružni okret, krenuo u suprotni smjer i frontalno se sudario s zahuktalim sportskim terencem BMW X5, piše prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić za Autoportal.

U tragičnoj prometnoj nesreći, sinoć oko 22:45 na autocesti A1 nakon izlaza Ravče u smjeru juga, u frontalnom sudaru kompaktnog SUV-a Volkswagen T-Roc, kojim je upravljao 33-godišnji Zadranin te se sa zaustavne trake polukružno okrenuo i zaputio suprotnim smjerom (!), i SUV-a više srednje klase BMW X5. u kojem je bila obitelj s Kosova.

Ovu nesreću izazvalo je sumanuta vožnja i ponašanje u prometu 33-godišnjaka, pri čemu sve treba uzeti u obzir, od pogoršanog medicinskog stanja vozača (prvenstveno psihičkog), korištenja nedopuštenih sredstava (alkohola, droga,,,) i ekshibicionizma, potaknutih umorom.

Strahovite posljedice rezultat su i prebrze vožnje našim autocestama, kombinacije tolerancije mjerenja od 10 posto i manjkavog članka 54. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, koji ne kažnjava prekoračenje brzine do 10 km/h.

Stoga se nekažnjivo može voziti brzinom 160 km/h po brzinomjeru (155 km/h realno), Ako vozite 180 km/h po brzinomjeru, riskirate kaznu, uz minimalnu izvjesnost kažnjavanja, od 60 eura, odnosno 30 eura (!), ako platite odmah ili u roku od tri dana. ako vozite 200 km/h, riskirate kaznu, od 260 eura, odnosno 130 eura za plaćanje na licu mjesta.

Ali, rizik da ćete platiti kaznu za prekoračenje brzine u noći, na hrvatskoj autocesti, ako usto gledate da vas ne prati neka brza limuzina srebrne ili tamne boje, jednaka je riziku da će vas pogoditi meteorit.

Po njemu, ova nesreća ukazuje na nužnost sljedećih mjera:

1. Vožnja u suprotnom smjeru treba kažnjavati izravnim istražnim zatvorom, poništenjem vozačke dozvole i oduzimanjem vozila, neovisno o vlasništvu.

2. Sve nadzorne radarske kamere na autocestama treba unaprijediti i uključiti u dokazna sredstva za kontrolu poštivanja Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

3. Članak 54. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama dopuniti odredbom o kažnjavanju prekoračenja brzine do 10 km/h u iznosu sadašnje od 10 do 30 km/h, koju treba povisiti na razinu sadašnje od 30 do 50 km/h, koju pak treba udvostručiti.

4. Toleranciju policijskog mjerenja 10/10 (10 km/h do 100 km/h i 10 posto iznad 100 km/h) promijeniti u 3/3.
