Kada se približi vrijeme za odlazak u mirovinu, trebate donijeti niz odluka o kojima će ovisiti vaša primanja u starosti. O čemu sve morate voditi računa kako biste odabrali najbolje rješenje?

U 2023. godini pravo na ostvarenje pune starosne mirovine imaju muškarci s navršenih 65 godina i žene sa 63 godine i tri mjeseca, uz uvjet da su ostvarili 15 godina radnog staža, piše Tportal.

Iznimka su dugogodišnji osiguranici koji imaju više od 40 godina staža, a nedostaju im godine života. Oni stječu pravo na punu starosnu mirovinu kada navrše 60 godina života i 41 godinu radnog staža.

Pravo na odlazak u prijevremenu starosnu mirovinu imaju muškarci koji navrše 60 godina života i žene s navršenih 58 godina i tri mjeseca, uz uvjet da su ostvarili 35 godina mirovinskog staža.

Ako ste u jednoj od navedenih kategorija i planirate odlazak u mirovinu u idućih godinu dana, prvi korak koji morate učiniti je podnošenje zahtjeva za informativni izračun mirovine Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO).

Zahtjev možete poslati putem sustava e-Građani ili pisanim putem. Ako zahtjev podnesete elektroničkim putem, izračun je besplatan, a ako podnosite pisani zahtjev, plaćate naknadu od 70 kuna.

S obzirom na to da ste doprinose uplaćivali u I. i II. mirovinski stup, izračun će se sastojati od dva prikaza: informativnog izračuna HZMO-a (za I. stup) i informativnog izračuna mirovine mirovinskih osiguravajućih društava (za II. stup).

Na temelju dobivenih informacija možete ocijeniti koji vam je izračun povoljniji te donijeti odluku o izboru mirovine, samo iz I. mirovinskog stupa ili iz oba stupa obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja.

Nakon što ste donijeli konačnu odluku najranije mjesec dana prije prestanka osiguranja HZMO-u predajete zahtjev za mirovinu, u kojem navodite kakvu mirovinu želite primati, piše Tportal.

U slučaju da ste se opredijelili za mirovinu samo iz I. stupa, pristajete da se vaša ukupna ušteđena i kapitalizirana sredstva iz II. stupa prenesu u državni proračun. HZMO vam u tom slučaju izdaje rješenje o mirovini kao da ste bili osigurani samo u I. mirovinskom stupu.

Ako ste odabrali kombiniranu mirovinu I. i II. stupa, HZMO određuje osnovnu mirovinu iz prvog stupa, a s odabranim mirovinskim osiguravajućim društvom (MOD), na temelju rješenja HZMO-a, ugovarate isplatu mirovine iz drugog stupa.

Pravo na mirovinu iz I. stupa ostvarujete nakon prestanka obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Ako je zahtjev podnesen u roku od šest mjeseci od prestanka osiguranja, imate pravo na mirovinu od prvoga idućeg dana nakon prestanka osiguranja. Ako je od prestanka osiguranja prošlo više od šest mjeseci, imate pravo na mirovinu od prvoga dana idućeg mjeseca nakon podnošenja zahtjeva i za šest mjeseci unatrag, piše Tportal.

Iznimka su dugogodišnji osiguranici koji imaju više od 40 godina staža, a nedostaju im godine života. Oni stječu pravo na punu starosnu mirovinu kada navrše 60 godina života i 41 godinu radnog staža.

Pravo na odlazak u prijevremenu starosnu mirovinu imaju muškarci koji navrše 60 godina života i žene s navršenih 58 godina i tri mjeseca, uz uvjet da su ostvarili 35 godina mirovinskog staža.

Ako ste u jednoj od navedenih kategorija i planirate odlazak u mirovinu u idućih godinu dana, prvi korak koji morate učiniti je podnošenje zahtjeva za informativni izračun mirovine Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO).

Zahtjev možete poslati putem sustava e-Građani ili pisanim putem. Ako zahtjev podnesete elektroničkim putem, izračun je besplatan, a ako podnosite pisani zahtjev, plaćate naknadu od 70 kuna.

S obzirom na to da ste doprinose uplaćivali u I. i II. mirovinski stup, izračun će se sastojati od dva prikaza: informativnog izračuna HZMO-a (za I. stup) i informativnog izračuna mirovine mirovinskih osiguravajućih društava (za II. stup).

Na temelju dobivenih informacija možete ocijeniti koji vam je izračun povoljniji te donijeti odluku o izboru mirovine, samo iz I. mirovinskog stupa ili iz oba stupa obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja.

Nakon što ste donijeli konačnu odluku najranije mjesec dana prije prestanka osiguranja HZMO-u predajete zahtjev za mirovinu, u kojem navodite kakvu mirovinu želite primati, piše Tportal.

U slučaju da ste se opredijelili za mirovinu samo iz I. stupa, pristajete da se vaša ukupna ušteđena i kapitalizirana sredstva iz II. stupa prenesu u državni proračun. HZMO vam u tom slučaju izdaje rješenje o mirovini kao da ste bili osigurani samo u I. mirovinskom stupu.

Ako ste odabrali kombiniranu mirovinu I. i II. stupa, HZMO određuje osnovnu mirovinu iz prvog stupa, a s odabranim mirovinskim osiguravajućim društvom (MOD), na temelju rješenja HZMO-a, ugovarate isplatu mirovine iz drugog stupa.

Pravo na mirovinu iz I. stupa ostvarujete nakon prestanka obveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Ako je zahtjev podnesen u roku od šest mjeseci od prestanka osiguranja, imate pravo na mirovinu od prvoga idućeg dana nakon prestanka osiguranja. Ako je od prestanka osiguranja prošlo više od šest mjeseci, imate pravo na mirovinu od prvoga dana idućeg mjeseca nakon podnošenja zahtjeva i za šest mjeseci unatrag, piše Tportal.
