Sudsko vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda pod predsjedanjem Ivana Turudića danas je odlučilo da je pištolj kojim je ubijena mlada odvjetnička vježbenica Ivana Hodak ipak zakonit dokaz.

O zakonitosti dokaza sudsko je vijeće ponovno odlučivalo nakon što je Vrhovni sud 2. prosinca ukinuo rješenje prema kojemu je na suđenju za ubojstvo Ivane Hodak kao valjan dokaz prihvaćen pretres sjenika u kojemu je boravio optuženi Mladen Šlogar.

Obrazlažući novu odluku Turudić je kazao da je policija pištolj izuzela zakonito, jer se Šlogar sjenikom nije koristio kao domom, nego je tamo samo spavao.

Osim toga, nije se radilo o pretrazi već o pregledu prostora koji je bio obavljen u skladu s nizom zakona pa je policija mogla oduzeti predmete za koje sumnja da su povezani s nekim kaznenim djelom, pojasnio je sudac.

Na suđenju beskućniku koji je Ivanu Hodak, prema vlastitom priznanju, ubio zbog osvete njenom ocu, danas je ponovno svjedočio i Vlado Pošta, korisnik sjenika u kojem je Šlogar spavao i gdje je pronađen pištolj za koji se naknadnim kriminalističkim vještačenjem otkrilo da je njime počinjeno ubojstvo.

On je ponovio da je sjenik koristio deset godina te da je tri tjedna prije nego je ugledao skitnicu, za kojeg se kasnije ustanovilo da je Šlogar, u sjeniku vidio nečije stvari.

Suđenje se nastavlja 18. siječnja kada bi trebao svjedočiti Marijan Papić koji je Šlogaru prodao pištolj "berettu".

Sudsko vijeće zagrebačkog Županijskog suda pod predsjedanjem Ivana Turudića danas je odlučilo da je pištolj kojim je ubijena mlada odvjetnička vježbenica Ivana Hodak ipak zakonit dokaz.

O zakonitosti dokaza sudsko je vijeće ponovno odlučivalo nakon što je Vrhovni sud 2. prosinca ukinuo rješenje prema kojemu je na suđenju za ubojstvo Ivane Hodak kao valjan dokaz prihvaćen pretres sjenika u kojemu je boravio optuženi Mladen Šlogar.

Obrazlažući novu odluku Turudić je kazao da je policija pištolj izuzela zakonito, jer se Šlogar sjenikom nije koristio kao domom, nego je tamo samo spavao.

Osim toga, nije se radilo o pretrazi već o pregledu prostora koji je bio obavljen u skladu s nizom zakona pa je policija mogla oduzeti predmete za koje sumnja da su povezani s nekim kaznenim djelom, pojasnio je sudac.

Na suđenju beskućniku koji je Ivanu Hodak, prema vlastitom priznanju, ubio zbog osvete njenom ocu, danas je ponovno svjedočio i Vlado Pošta, korisnik sjenika u kojem je Šlogar spavao i gdje je pronađen pištolj za koji se naknadnim kriminalističkim vještačenjem otkrilo da je njime počinjeno ubojstvo.

On je ponovio da je sjenik koristio deset godina te da je tri tjedna prije nego je ugledao skitnicu, za kojeg se kasnije ustanovilo da je Šlogar, u sjeniku vidio nečije stvari.

Suđenje se nastavlja 18. siječnja kada bi trebao svjedočiti Marijan Papić koji je Šlogaru prodao pištolj "berettu".

Šlogarov pištolj sud proglasio zakonitim dokazom
