Sindikat strojovođa Hrvatske za 13 sati je sazvao konferenciju za novinare na kojoj su, kako su najavili, predočiti dokaze o neispravnosti i nefunkcionalnosti sigurnosno-signalnih uređaja između kolodvora Okučani i Novska u vrijeme vožnje vlaka u kojem su poginule tri osobe, suprotno tvrdnjama člana Uprave HŽ Infrastrukture i inspektora Agencije za istraživanje nesreća.

Dalibor Petrović, dopredsjednik Sindikata strojovođa Hrvatske, detaljno je opisao proceduru, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

“Oko 3-4 kilometra oko Okučana postoji smanjena brzina zbog stanja infrastrukture. Znak koji upućuje strojovođu na smanjenu brzinu. Da biste prošli pored žutog signala treba stisnuti jednu tipku, a da biste prošli pored crvenog imate vožnju po nalogu.

"Negdje oko 3,4 kilometara postoji lagana vožnja, zbog tehničkog stanja infrastrukture. Na toj dionici se vozi laganom vožnjom", kazao je Petrović.

"Ovo je neoborivi zapis što se dogodilo, a to je uređaj koji se nalazi u svakom vlaku", kazao je Petrović.

"Stvarna situacija je ovakva: Teretni vlak je izašao, prošao je, vozi se dalje....To je kvar signalizacije i to je registrirano na uređaju", kazao je.

"Vožnju po nalogu radite samo ako vam je netko rekao da možete dalje. Strojovođa je obavijestio svog dispečera u trenutku udara. Vlak je stajao 15, 16 minuta, to je moralo biti vidljivo radniku. Uređaj to mora vidjeti, radnici su to morali vidjeti da strojovođa prolazi kroz crveno. Oni su morali isključiti napon, a strojovođa zna proceduru. Zašto nije pokrenuta procedura da se zaustave vlakovi?", upitao je Petrović.

"Nitko nije ništa poduzeo i on je išao... Na ovaj ili onaj način bio je obaviješten da može voziti, jer proći crveno svjetlo sa sto na sat. To je suicid, a strojovođa nije bio suicidalan...", kazao je.

"Jedino vjerujemo DORH-u, nikome drugome", kazao je Petrović.

Policiji zamjera što nije našla nalog da strojovođa prođe na crveno.

"On je imao samo jedan nalog, ali dozvolite da je on možda imao i drugi nalog. Teško ćemo sve saznati, ali strojovođa sigurno nije prošao dva crvena, prometnik sigurno nije odgovoran", pojasnio je Petrović koji navodi da se sve sada mora točno utvrditi.

Na pitanje je li moguće da je strojovođa shvatio krivo, Petrović odgovara: "Recimo da je strojovođa krivo i shvatio, bilo je 15 minuta da netko vidi da je prošao kroz crveno i reagira".

"Ovdje je niz faktora koji su sudjelovali, a ovdje se sve svodi na onog zadnjeg. Da je signalizacija bila ispravna, sve bi drugačije izgledalo", pojasnio je.

Kazao je i da signalizacija u Okučanima nije radila pet ili šest dana. U zadnje vrijeme je, signalizacija bila u kvaru "barem 20-ak puta".

"Bojimo se da će ekipa iz HŽ infrastrukture... Da je moguće svašta s tom ekipom... Ne isključujem mogućnost da je masno plaćen sustav prometniku pokazivao da je sve u redu, ali to će istraga pokazati", navodi.

Na pitanje je li prometnik u Okučanima ili u Novskoj morao vidjeti je li vlak na otvorenoj pruzi, Petrović kaže kako četiri minute nisu dovoljne da zaključi da je ovaj stajao. "Prometnik nije mogao reagirati na vrijeme, jer je imao četiri minute".

Na kraju su novinari izračunali da je prometnik u Okučanima ili Novskoj imao 13 minuta da zaustavi vlak.

"Vlak nije smio biti otpremljen iz Okučana. Nikad se nije dogodilo da bi strojovođa sam od sebe krenuo. Tu može biti da je dobio nalog, možda ga je netko zvao pa je dobio nalog preko telefona...", kažu.

"Policija jako dobro slaže križaljke, ja se ne bojim", kazao je i ponovio da je strojovođa putničkog vlaka prošao kroz tri crvena, no rekli su da će odgovor na pitanje tko je kriv morati dati policija, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

Sindikat strojovođa Hrvatske za 13 sati je sazvao konferenciju za novinare na kojoj su, kako su najavili, predočiti dokaze o neispravnosti i nefunkcionalnosti sigurnosno-signalnih uređaja između kolodvora Okučani i Novska u vrijeme vožnje vlaka u kojem su poginule tri osobe, suprotno tvrdnjama člana Uprave HŽ Infrastrukture i inspektora Agencije za istraživanje nesreća.

Dalibor Petrović, dopredsjednik Sindikata strojovođa Hrvatske, detaljno je opisao proceduru, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

“Oko 3-4 kilometra oko Okučana postoji smanjena brzina zbog stanja infrastrukture. Znak koji upućuje strojovođu na smanjenu brzinu. Da biste prošli pored žutog signala treba stisnuti jednu tipku, a da biste prošli pored crvenog imate vožnju po nalogu.

"Negdje oko 3,4 kilometara postoji lagana vožnja, zbog tehničkog stanja infrastrukture. Na toj dionici se vozi laganom vožnjom", kazao je Petrović.

"Ovo je neoborivi zapis što se dogodilo, a to je uređaj koji se nalazi u svakom vlaku", kazao je Petrović.

"Stvarna situacija je ovakva: Teretni vlak je izašao, prošao je, vozi se dalje....To je kvar signalizacije i to je registrirano na uređaju", kazao je.

"Vožnju po nalogu radite samo ako vam je netko rekao da možete dalje. Strojovođa je obavijestio svog dispečera u trenutku udara. Vlak je stajao 15, 16 minuta, to je moralo biti vidljivo radniku. Uređaj to mora vidjeti, radnici su to morali vidjeti da strojovođa prolazi kroz crveno. Oni su morali isključiti napon, a strojovođa zna proceduru. Zašto nije pokrenuta procedura da se zaustave vlakovi?", upitao je Petrović.

"Nitko nije ništa poduzeo i on je išao... Na ovaj ili onaj način bio je obaviješten da može voziti, jer proći crveno svjetlo sa sto na sat. To je suicid, a strojovođa nije bio suicidalan...", kazao je.

"Jedino vjerujemo DORH-u, nikome drugome", kazao je Petrović.

Policiji zamjera što nije našla nalog da strojovođa prođe na crveno.

"On je imao samo jedan nalog, ali dozvolite da je on možda imao i drugi nalog. Teško ćemo sve saznati, ali strojovođa sigurno nije prošao dva crvena, prometnik sigurno nije odgovoran", pojasnio je Petrović koji navodi da se sve sada mora točno utvrditi.

Na pitanje je li moguće da je strojovođa shvatio krivo, Petrović odgovara: "Recimo da je strojovođa krivo i shvatio, bilo je 15 minuta da netko vidi da je prošao kroz crveno i reagira".

"Ovdje je niz faktora koji su sudjelovali, a ovdje se sve svodi na onog zadnjeg. Da je signalizacija bila ispravna, sve bi drugačije izgledalo", pojasnio je.

Kazao je i da signalizacija u Okučanima nije radila pet ili šest dana. U zadnje vrijeme je, signalizacija bila u kvaru "barem 20-ak puta".

"Bojimo se da će ekipa iz HŽ infrastrukture... Da je moguće svašta s tom ekipom... Ne isključujem mogućnost da je masno plaćen sustav prometniku pokazivao da je sve u redu, ali to će istraga pokazati", navodi.

Na pitanje je li prometnik u Okučanima ili u Novskoj morao vidjeti je li vlak na otvorenoj pruzi, Petrović kaže kako četiri minute nisu dovoljne da zaključi da je ovaj stajao. "Prometnik nije mogao reagirati na vrijeme, jer je imao četiri minute".

Na kraju su novinari izračunali da je prometnik u Okučanima ili Novskoj imao 13 minuta da zaustavi vlak.

"Vlak nije smio biti otpremljen iz Okučana. Nikad se nije dogodilo da bi strojovođa sam od sebe krenuo. Tu može biti da je dobio nalog, možda ga je netko zvao pa je dobio nalog preko telefona...", kažu.

"Policija jako dobro slaže križaljke, ja se ne bojim", kazao je i ponovio da je strojovođa putničkog vlaka prošao kroz tri crvena, no rekli su da će odgovor na pitanje tko je kriv morati dati policija, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

Sindikat strojovođa Hrvatske za 13 sati je sazvao konferenciju za novinare na kojoj su, kako su najavili, predočiti dokaze o neispravnosti i nefunkcionalnosti sigurnosno-signalnih uređaja između kolodvora Okučani i Novska u vrijeme vožnje vlaka u kojem su poginule tri osobe, suprotno tvrdnjama člana Uprave HŽ Infrastrukture i inspektora Agencije za istraživanje nesreća.

Dalibor Petrović, dopredsjednik Sindikata strojovođa Hrvatske, detaljno je opisao proceduru, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

“Oko 3-4 kilometra oko Okučana postoji smanjena brzina zbog stanja infrastrukture. Znak koji upućuje strojovođu na smanjenu brzinu. Da biste prošli pored žutog signala treba stisnuti jednu tipku, a da biste prošli pored crvenog imate vožnju po nalogu.
