Predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske Đuro Sessa pokrenuo je postupak pred mjerodavnim sudačkim vijećima protiv suca Brune Kleina, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Silvija Čovića, predsjednika Upravnog suda u Splitu, Dinka Mešina, glasnogovornika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Mihe Mratovića, suca Županijskog suda i Tomislava Zlodre, suca Općinskog suda u Splitu koji su se okupili u konobi ‘Pršut‘ Željka Keruma kako bi proslavili rođendan bivšeg nogometaša Ivice Mornara, objavljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.

U dopisu Sesse sudačkim vijećima navodi se da je prema medijskim napisima na druženju bilo više osoba te da nisu poštivane epidemiološke mjere ograničenja okupljanja i druge nužne mjere i preporuke koje je naložio Stožer i koje je Sessa pobrojao u dopisu. 

Navodi se i da je kršenje epidemioloških mjera ponašanje koje je suprotno standardnu ponašanja sudaca te da ono ne pridonosi očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstvenog suda i sudačkog poziva. 

- Takvo je ponašanje nedostojno i stvara dojam nedoličnosti. Sudac mora prihvatiti i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujuća. To se posebno odnosi na ograničenja koja su obvezna i naložena navedenim epidemiološkim mjerama. Osim toga, iz snimaka proizlazi da je riječ o okruženju i atmosferi koja stvara dojam nedoličnosti. 

Slijedom navedenog predlažem da nadležna sudačka vijeća na temelju članka 14. stavka 5. Kodeksa donesu odluku kojom se utvrđuje da je opisano ponašanje sudaca suprotno članku 8. stavku 1. i 2. Kodeksa - navodi se u Sessinom dopisu. 

Sessa također smatra da za sada nema osnove da on pokrene stegovni postupak.

Predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske Đuro Sessa pokrenuo je postupak pred mjerodavnim sudačkim vijećima protiv suca Brune Kleina, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Silvija Čovića, predsjednika Upravnog suda u Splitu, Dinka Mešina, glasnogovornika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Mihe Mratovića, suca Županijskog suda i Tomislava Zlodre, suca Općinskog suda u Splitu koji su se okupili u konobi ‘Pršut‘ Željka Keruma kako bi proslavili rođendan bivšeg nogometaša Ivice Mornara, objavljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.

U dopisu Sesse sudačkim vijećima navodi se da je prema medijskim napisima na druženju bilo više osoba te da nisu poštivane epidemiološke mjere ograničenja okupljanja i druge nužne mjere i preporuke koje je naložio Stožer i koje je Sessa pobrojao u dopisu. 

Navodi se i da je kršenje epidemioloških mjera ponašanje koje je suprotno standardnu ponašanja sudaca te da ono ne pridonosi očuvanju ugleda i dostojanstvenog suda i sudačkog poziva. 

- Takvo je ponašanje nedostojno i stvara dojam nedoličnosti. Sudac mora prihvatiti i ona ograničenja koja bi se drugim građanima činila opterećujuća. To se posebno odnosi na ograničenja koja su obvezna i naložena navedenim epidemiološkim mjerama. Osim toga, iz snimaka proizlazi da je riječ o okruženju i atmosferi koja stvara dojam nedoličnosti. 

Slijedom navedenog predlažem da nadležna sudačka vijeća na temelju članka 14. stavka 5. Kodeksa donesu odluku kojom se utvrđuje da je opisano ponašanje sudaca suprotno članku 8. stavku 1. i 2. Kodeksa - navodi se u Sessinom dopisu. 

Sessa također smatra da za sada nema osnove da on pokrene stegovni postupak.

Predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Republike Hrvatske Đuro Sessa pokrenuo je postupak pred mjerodavnim sudačkim vijećima protiv suca Brune Kleina, predsjednika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Silvija Čovića, predsjednika Upravnog suda u Splitu, Dinka Mešina, glasnogovornika Županijskog suda u Splitu, Mihe Mratovića, suca Županijskog suda i Tomislava Zlodre, suca Općinskog suda u Splitu koji su se okupili u konobi ‘Pršut‘ Željka Keruma kako bi proslavili rođendan bivšeg nogometaša Ivice Mornara, objavljeno je na stranicama Vrhovnog suda.

U dopisu Sesse sudačkim vijećima navodi se da je prema medijskim napisima na druženju bilo više osoba te da nisu poštivane epidemiološke mjere ograničenja okupljanja i druge nužne mjere i preporuke koje je naložio Stožer i koje je Sessa ...
